My experience was GREAT!!! My doctor retired several years ago and I ve been searching for a new primary care doctor. I ve tried a few and have not been satisfied. I met with Antresa Weatherby NP and I m sold!!! She spent quality time discussing my health history and concerns. She was attentive and kind, and is exactly what I ve been looking for my medical care. She talked about her mentor physician on staff and he sounds great too. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new primary care clinic.

My family joined Questcare Mansfield, Texas when first opened in the Mansfield Tom Thumb shopping center Walnut Creek and Country Club Dr. At our appointments we are always greeted with a friendly smile, treatment by knowledgeable professionals, and it s genuine. It was wonderful. I signed in. 10 or 15 minutes later I was called. When you walk the receptionist is very polite and has a warm smile. The is very professional but at the same time makes you feel at ease. I would rate my overall visit a 10. Thank You

Office staff is professional and attentive. Dr Iyamu is great. Anthresa Weathersby is unwilling to treat normal PCP issues and wants to refer out constantly. If a specialist exists for any issue, she wants to send you there. It defeats the purpose of a PCP and wastes your time and money for very simple issues.

I had my routine appointment today with Antressa Weathersby and she was very interested and concerned about my well-being. She took her time going over all my meds and questioned how I was doing with the meds. Antressa is a very kind and very patient healthcare provider. I wanted so bad to find a doc to listen. I have a list of issues, and felt like this would be a great visit. I was interrupted. I told the NP my family situation, that I probably have a lot of issues because of my situation. No response. TY but, I see a psychiatrist. I got my lab results on my thyroid. Blessed its normal. I told Abraham, Medical Assistant, that I would still like to see an endocrinologist. Thinking that NP knew I needed a GI most of all, I didnt get a call from one. I did get a call from an endocrinologist. This endo doc does NOT take anything but your cash dollars. No commercial insurance. I have BCBS. Why would the NP even suggest this doctor?? Im assuming my other lab results are normal? He didnt say. As a med tech, I would like to know the LFP results on CMP. Something is wrong with my stomach! Whether I thought it was thyroid or an issue with swallowing, I am losing weight rapidly. I just did not connect. A lot of the miscommunication could have been handled if NP would have listened to why I believe these problems exist. There was so much I didnt say. Blood in urine? Well, if you would have listened, you would know my past with that. Im not pleased. I am losing patience, and Im tired of being herded like a sheep. Shes very nice. I just wanted a little more response from her. BTW, my shingles got worse. But the anti-virals you Finally called in, are doing just fine.

My parents are 88 and 84 years old and have been patients of doctor Lilly s for several years. They both came down with Covid and the home health care nurse contacted doctor Lilly s office to let them know my parents needed prescriptions called in to the pharmacy,which she never got a response.When my sister in law spoke with them (after calling multiple times in a 24 hour period) she was told that they have given doctor Lilly the information but that s all they can do and so sorry but we close at 11 am today so they may have to go to an urgent care clinic. Classy way to treat your elderly and loyal patients!

Dr. Brenda Iyamu consistently displays: - Combative behavior - Insincere attitude - Anger - Bluntness - Limited capacity Please do yourself a favor; do NOT allow this woman to treat you. She s not dealing with life well and her lack of coping skills are spilling over as negativity to patients seeking treatment. Quest is questionable for employing Brenda.

The front desk staff was friendly, but the doctor I saw seemed like she was in a bad mood. I read reviews and chose her based on those reviews. Dr. Iyamu was cold and unfriendly. She kept cutting me off when I was answering her questions. I will not be returning, and will continue my search for a genuinely compassionate PCP.

I have had Anna Weathersby for many years as my health consultant and have always enjoyed her bed side manner she listens well and gives you direct answers to your questions. If she has any concerns about your health she directs you to a specialist for answers. I am very happy with my Nurse Practitioner and would recommend her to anyone both my husband and myself used this practice . Will continue to use quest as long as she is there .

Questcare is according to me perfect in services. Dr. Theodore Lilly is a very detailed and knowledgeable Medical Doctor. He has never been in a hurry when examining me and my wife Jeanne Jasadiredja. The examination took always more than 30 minutes per person that has nearly never been done by other primary care Doctors as far as our experience. Andrea is also just and to the point and is always very helpful. Blood withdrawel was good, did not cause pain at all. The Administration are all very kind, friendly and helpful. I got also the Charlie Care that is very useful and wise for BP monitoring. We are of course very delighted about that all. However, the way in managing the PATIENT-PORTAL has been not well as others like UT Southwestern for instance. Please improve it. Thank you, Petrus

Doctor Iyamu has been great, but the office staff are unbelievably rude. I have been trying to get results for a few scans ordered by my doctor a month ago. They received the results, lost them, failed to return my or the Imaging places call. I have called 4 times with promises of a doctor following up. Never happens. Still waiting at this current time.

Dr Iyamu treats you like a revenue source rather than a patient. I take daily medication and my insurance company required me to switch to a 90 day supply rather than a 30 day supply. Dr Iyamu would not write the 90 day prescription when requested by my pharmacy without seeing me for an office visit first, even though she had previously written and refilled the 30 day prescription multiple times over the prior 18 months, and seen me in her office 5 times over that same time period. Im canceling my previously scheduled appointment and am seeking a new primary care provider.

Every time I call I m placed on hold for a very long time. It appears to me that they are short staff because when the receptionist picked up the phone she said that she is the only one in the office and she needed me to continue to hold. I ve been trying to make an appointment with Dr. Iyamu for the past couple of days and I have not been able to get through to anyone. I guess I will be finding me another Dr. office to go to.

Terrible staff. Dr Iyamu is off middle of the week every week, so if you have a serious illness or are waiting to hear for results for something be prepared to wait awhile so she can get back to you. Nurses and front staff also seem like they need more training. Sad that medical providers have no personal skills anymore.

Easy to get an appointment. Office was very new and clean. Staff are very friendly and prompt. Dr. Lilly was phenomenon! If youre looking for a doctor that practices medicine the old-school way where the doctor actually takes time and listens to your problems, hes the one. However, if you just want to come in to get some medications and get out quickly, hes definitely not for you. Dr. Lilly loves to talk! Im a millennial, so I kind of grew up with the kind of medical visits where the doctors always seem busy. They just want to address your problems quickly, but dont really have the time to get to know you as a person. A lot of them just assume they know what you have and want, slap you with some medications so you can get out of their hair. I didnt know any better until I met Dr. Lilly. He spent an hour getting to know me and educating me about my illness. An hour! We had a very thorough conversation about the cause, different treatment options and why/when to follow certain treatment. This was definitely the kind of discussion I needed from a physician, which I could not get from the previous one I went to. Dr. Lilly is very down-to-earth. I highly recommend him and hope that he will continue to be at this clinic for many more years to come.

Absolutely hands down the worst office staff that I have ever encountered. My son needed an appointment for his foot, hes 3, and she was soooo condescending and rude. Dr. Lukaska is amazing, but unfortunately his new office staff is terrible.
