They dont carry size 0 in store, have to order smaller sizes online. Also since they sold the credit card to synchrony bank it has gone further downhill, they closed the account after I payed it off, and I was told because they can close it at will, when asked about my rewards Ive been saving up for the past year, which was over 180$ in rewards, they said they are forfeited when the account is closed. Well I didnt decide to close, so how does that work? No change, they only kept it open when I was carrying over a balance in the prior months. Cant get the new sign up bonus if no one wants to sign up anymore.

Will no longer be shopping here. Found a blazer on the clearance rack with the DISCOUNT TAG on it, when I went to check out it was ringing up regular price. Cashier went to go take a look and came back saying that it was not on sale. Another lady told me that they will not redeem the discount price even though the tag on the blazer was showing different price. I then asked WHY? and she said it was regular price, not on sale and refused to give me price that was on the tag, FALSE ADVERTISING !

I always have a great experience shopping at this location. Good amount of inventory and good sales. Employees are very friendly and helpful. If I cant find a particular item in the store, then I place an order online and have it shipped to the store. I picked up my order on July 4th, and two employees made sure that I was able to get my large order to my car. Looking forward to my next shopping visit there.

I drive past my neighborhood JC Penney about 15 minutes out to go to this location. Love the people here and the place is way bigger. With a lot more selection. One request though, large bath rugs good job though guys!!

Great sales always fantastic customer service. Security and safe. Great parking and most of all this company is by far one of the best in retail for entire family. Here it is in December and with the pandemic going on this store is still among the best in League city to fulfill your needs for Christmas or anytime of the year. I cant say enough about this store in the overview of topnotch customer service and friendly employees especially in the jewelry dept with its fine staff especially Kathleen and Maria who go out of their ways to make you feel @home and provide you with excellent customer service and great sales in jewelry. I urge all League City citizens to shop @ Jcpenney for the very best in all of your family needs.

Just went in to buy my wife some jewelry for Christmas. I wanted to use my rewards before they expired. Turns out JCPenney likes to discount the rewards when using a coupon. Of course you dont get credit when earning a reward pre-coupon. Just another way JCPenney is taking advantage of customers. You should avoid JCPenney as their whole sales process is too complex and always works in their favor when couponing, rewards, or just actual sales. It wont be long before they go bankrupt again with this kind of service.

They are the style of JCPenney franchises. 2 floors with quite an assortment. What I liked is that now I see that there are many discount coupons that make you happy with what you bought. It is not exclusive to that store, this happens in all of them.

First time visiting this store for a hair cut for my 9 years old. We were able to get a same day appointment which is very unlikely those days somewhere else. Employees are very friendly and welcoming not only at the salon but throughout the store as well.

Great deals, great quality, but staff at registers looked tired and edgy, NO staff at womens but like shopping here. Need scooters for disabled customers. 11-24-23 great deals, Timex watch for $30, coffee pot with store credit and Black Friday coupons got the compact coffee maker for my RV for on $4.88!!!! Yep four dollars .88 cents!!

TOO LOUD background music you cant escape anywhere in the store, most of it monotonous 2 or 3-note pop songs, VERY IRRITATING!! We made our purchases, thanks for the 50% off Levis, but got OUT as quickly as we could!! Not willing to shop more... Appreciate the clean store, the very few helpful staff, but the noise in this store is oppressive!!

I went to the store to make a return and was told customer service was closed, and that they could attend me at the front cashier. I was perfectly fine with that because I wasn t too aware of there hours. When I went up to the cashier I got called up by a young lady. Everything would ve gone smoothly if I wasn t being attended by a teenager who was high and unconscious of what she was doing. When she called me up I was unclear of what she was doing as she kept tapping at the screen of the computer and not realizing I was waiting for her to attend me. I asked to do a return and she was unaware of how to do one without a receipt which was understandable to a certain ex. She called over her coworker she instructed her how to do so and she seem disconnected in the whole process. After that she went on with my purchase scanned two items out of the four I was trying to return. She completely tossed over the other two one which had a tag that had fallen which she says and said we don t need this. I trusted her thinking she knew what she was doing until she only returned a total of $8 back. My return from the purchase was supposed to be around $54. How do you confuse or disregard that mistake? I believe if you re going to have someone working a front desk they should be conscious of what is happening even if they re barely learning. Why put an individual who is high and smells like dope to attend people. For all you know the person can be doing all sorts of transactions to make the store look bad.

Just popped in first a few things. The store was pretty empty, it was after 5PM. I found the items I was looking for pretty quickly then had to wait in line to checkout as there was only one checkout location open. And one of the registers malfunctioned. Disappointing but nothing critical, just mild inconvenience.

The quality in their clothes and shoes has declined so much, I just cant justify spending money here. Many of the blouses I tried on were so uncomfortable and itchy. I looked at one label which said 100% cotton but felt like a Walmart shopping bag. The next shirt used something called Lyocell in it. Needless to say it wasnt comfy. Lastly, the Linen shirt felt like wool and made my skin itch. I used to love the Liz Claiborne line, but it is sloppy and poorly made now. Headed to Macys instead.

Do NOT order curbside. I arrived and had to wait 20 minutes to finally get my order. Turns out I only received 1 out of 3 things I ordered. Had to walk to the other side of the store (with my bad leg) to figure out why Im only getting 1/3 of my order when the email said its ready for pickup. Then I had to wait another 10-15 minutes to finally talk to an associate. Didnt get help for another 10 minutes. Almost an hour wasted trying to pick up an order which should only take 5-10 minutes.. Never again.
