I had a tour on 9/14 with Ms Karen. That was by far one of the best apartment tours I ve had. She was beyond thorough and made she I had time to really the property. It felt like I had known Ms Karen all my life. Aurora is a beautiful property. I love that it s a small community that also interact with the 55+ property next door. I believe I m going to love it there. If you re looking for an apartment that gives you a boutique feel, this is the one.

I cant say enough good things about Aurora Watson Branch Apartments! From the moment you step into the building, you feel like youre staying at a first-rate resort. The amenities are top-notch, making it a truly luxurious experience. The management here is fantastic. Sherry and Terrance are always available when you need them, and they handle everything with the utmost professionalism. Its clear that they genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to ensure we have a great living experience. Karen and Ruth are another bright spot they always greet you with a smile and make you feel right at home every time you walk in. Their friendliness and warmth add such a personal touch to the experience. Overall, living at Aurora is a dream! I ve loved my first year at Aurora Watson Branch. I feel like I have a wonderful extended family here. The management team will not disappoint you. They are very personable. Sherry and Terrance go above and beyond to help you make your home here. And the leasing ladies Karen and Ruth are so helpful and friendly. Addy our maintenance lady is amazing. She always has a huge smile for you. Our service team is always on top of work orders. You will absolutely love living here. I had the pleasure of touring this facility with Ms. Karen. I can t say enough about how personable and inviting she was! I felt like I was being welcomed into her home - she loves her property and job and it shows! But it s not just the job - I could tell she is a genuinely sweet person. The property was beautiful - you can tell facilities management takes pride in their community. It was clean and smelled amazing! There was so much activity on the premises, yet it was still quiet! If that makes sense :) I haven t made my final decision on where I will move - but I m down to the last two properties and this is one the two and it s because of my experience on the tour!

My partner and I had a tour scheduled for today (8/3/2024) at 2:00pm. We ended up calling the office to ask if we could come sooner than 2:00pm, and Ruth was very polite on the phone and told us that we could just come earlier (without a scheduled time) and we d be taken care of. My partner and I were very excited that Ruth was accommodating us on such short notice so we ended up arriving at the complex between 1:15pm and 1:30pm. Upon our arrival, we sat down with Karen who noted that we were early and I told her about our prior communication with Ruth and Karen stated well you didn t hear that from me but I will still assist you . This was said very passive-aggressively as if we were inconveniencing her by showing up early and as if there was no communication between Karen and Ruth. From then on, the experience was soured and the tour with Karen felt very rushed as if she just wanted to get us over with. My partner and I will be looking elsewhere in the Arlington/Mansfield area for an apartment. Shoutout to Ruth though for at least trying to make us feel welcome. Karen noted that we should leave a review so she could get free lunch from cane s, but the only person that deserves that free lunch is Ruth.

Such a beautiful community. Karen toured me and her customer service is top tier! You can really tell that she takes pride in her community. She was super knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I have toured many luxury communities in Mansfield and Karen dominated them all with her customer service. NOBODY in Mansfield can touch her with her customer service. She made me feel so welcome and acknowledged everyone who came in her path. All I have to say is Aurora Watson Branch is the place to be if you are looking to move into the Mansfield area.

This place is the best apartment complex I ve toured and I fell in love with it the day I had my tour. It was so clean and they have great amenities that are very family friendly. Everyone in the office is so nice, friendly and welcoming which made me love the place even more. I had such a sense of peace as I did my tour and I was also able to speak with Sherry (I hope I m spelling her name correctly), the property manager and was able to share with her all of the positive things I had to say about the complex. I moved to Aurora in April and i have been loving it. I held off giving a review just so i can give my honest opinion. Tbh, i love it here. I relocated from New Jersey and while looking i walked into Aurora and instantly felt at home. Chris did my tour and he was amazing. I moved in with no issues. The maintenance team has also been great. I have had maybe 2 small issues and it was solved within days. The front desk staff is extremely friendly, if they see you around the property, you will get a hello. As far as the units go! 10/10. Love my unit, perfect size for me. I have a pool view which is great because the pool is beautiful! The complex itself is quiet for the most part. Love that! Even when people are at the pool you barely hear them. They keep the property extremely clean and the hallways smelling good. They do have events, unfortunately i am never home to attend but it s a plus. Food trucks do come some weeks, which i always miss too. The location is also perfect. You are about a 4 minute drive from tons of food places, grocery stores, and downtown. As a female, i do feel safe here, a huge plus. I could go on and on with my review because i love it soooo much here but thats all for now! It s a 10/10 over here. I am glad that out of the 10 apartments i visited around the metroplex, i chose Aurora. This was not paid, my honest review

Today 6.19.2024 I visited the property and received a warm and welcoming tour by Ruth. She guided r like I was Naomi. Lol. But for real tho, she was excellent. Beautiful and well built property. Great attention to detail went into the design and decor. The property has tons of amenities. Also, you may wanna canceling gym membership because this gym is GOALS. The gym is 2 story with multiple rowing machines, treadmills, weights, and more. I definitely recommend this place.

Been living here a little over a year and renewed my lease for another . Probably the most peaceful complex and friendliest staff. Karen and Terrance are always welcoming and understanding. Their respect and friendliness doesn t change after you sign the lease or outside of business hours(when they re about to close) like other places. Amenities and common areas are always kept clean and neat. The woman that helps keep the first building clean and the other buildings hallways / elevators clean is always friendly and greeting people .. The maintenance team and the company they have for pest control are nice and we dont have to wait forever either. The neighbors are really friendly (probably the most I ve ever been greeted in a complex) or quiet. It is pet friendly , I m pretty sure every other person has a dog lol. However, for my building I don t really hear them unless they re meeting another dog on the elevator lol. Insides of the apartments are really nice and have plenty of a room. However, noise from the hallways can be loud. Sometimes hear my neighbors through the walls but they have to talk really loud or yell. My renewal was really reasonable and made me happy because I thought it was going to be way more, and I preferred not leave. There s only a few things I don t like but aren t a big deal to me The bedroom howls when the wind is blowing could sound like a tornado in a storm. I wish the common area, in front of the gym, at the lease office could be open longer outside of business hours.. it does have a access point for key holders and is closed off to the management/lease agents desk. Even though we have the offices on 2nd floor and the sky lounge , sometimes the wifi or TVs won t connect after 5. Also, the gym is see through after dark, if we could have a one way tint or something for night time. Only because I m a loner as well as a lot of people here. The electricity seems to go out at the lightest storm but that s not their fault. Otherwise it s really a great place to live and is around plenty of grocery stores, food places and other retail shops.

Ive lived at Aurora Watson for over a year, and Ill start off with the positives. The staff are overall nice and friendly, also very informative. And whenever you have issues with neighbors, etc. they do take action, unlike most apartment offices. Thats definitely appreciated. They answer emails and phone calls for the most part, and there are elevators, they host cool events for the residents. So there are good sides, but now Ill get into why I decided not to renew my lease. Now this review isnt meant to bash or anything, Im just simply giving my detailed and raw experience living here. Also hearing from other residents experiences as well. Although the layout of the apartment is nice...truthfully it was horribly built. Every time Ive had company, they would always talk about the noise above. And theres no reason with me paying over 1,500 each month that I had to constantly beat on the ceiling. Ive unfortunately dealt with noisy neighbors with a wild toddler (twice), so that made my living experience here for the most part traumatic. Dealing with that on a daily and then twice from two different neighbors, it was hell. Especially with the super thin barrier between us. Secondly, the smells, the insides always smelled like trash, and theres not really ventilation so odors easily get trapped. Third, theres too many people that live here and not enough parking spots, so youll mainly have to pay for one or just try to be lucky enough to find an open one. Elevators would constantly stop working. Gates were always randomly shut down. You take your own trash out during the weekend, which I feel like for that you shouldnt be charged 25$ per month. The trash service is at least worth a good 10$ monthly. It could be a beautiful apartment complex if it was an actual luxury apartment, well built, and very well managed. I just went through way too much living here for something thats supposed to be luxury and comforting. Save the troubles and save your money and find something more affordable and worth the price! We all deserve to live happy and comfortable! Unfortunately, living here I wasnt able to experience that.

I had a very limited window that wknd to view as many apts as possible and make the right decision. As soon as I was greeted by Mrs. Ruth, I knew that she was special. She was very friendly and easily approachable, while maintaining the utmost level of professionalism!!! She was glad to show me around the property and a few units of varying sizes to make sure I chose the best fit for all of my belongings. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Here we are a few weeks later, and I can now call Aurora Watson Branch home!! Aurora Watson Branch is beautiful! This happened to be the first apartment complex my boyfriend and I went to see. Once we finished the tour we KNEW this was the one. We messed up by coming here first because all the apartments we saw after COULD NOT compare AT ALL to what we saw at Aurora. The process of applying, getting approved, and being able to move in went smooth. All of our questions and concerns were addressed promptly. The main person that helped us with our transition was Ruth. She was great! Very helpful and always responded to us in a timely manner. Terrence who I believe is the assistant manager was also very helpful to us. He always made sure all of our questions were answered, and that we were good. We actually move in today and I m super excited for our future here in our new home. I know without a doubt we made the right choice.

She goes out of her way to answer questions and makes you feel confident in your decision and is not pushy at all. I was looking for a one bedroom. I definitely would have rented the apartment because with the staff and the amenities, it is absolutely amazing and definitely luxury apartments and still affordable but unfortunately the apartment was out of my budget. I came for a tour of the space and the apartment and Karen left such a positive impression on me that I felt like I was at home already.
