Working with Bryan at Voss and his amazing team was an outstanding experience. They made what is typically a hyper stressful environment as stress free as anyone could hope for. They keep you up to date on where things stand, and next steps. I am a huge fan that they follow up each call with an email so you have documentation of everything. They kept expectations real as far as how long each step typically is and makes sure we stayed in the know with each update or change. Bryan takes the time to ensure you understand the information and not rushed. I could not be more happy with the service and support Bryan and the Voss Team provided my family.

Insane amounts of spam to acquire new business and they won t let up despite demands to stop. Reporting to FTC and TX Bar. Response, never interacted with you once, multiple emails, multiple phone calls to multiple numbers, one of which on Federal DNC. Stop spamming.

After a short phone call ( less than 10 minutes) discussing my issue with the insurance company a few days later I get an email saying they cant help me. In my opinion the person I spoke with should have been honest and told me there was not enough money in it for them.

I just received my settlement from a car accident I was in last year. In less than 12 months we were able to settle. I fully expected for this to drag on for years. Im very thankful it didnt take that long, and that I was also able to receive the medical treatment(s) needed. I wanted to give a review on a wonderful gentleman that I spoke with today. Even though I live in a different state that I wont be able to receive the help from this law firm. But the gentleman gave me all the information that I need to help with my claim and directed me how to handle things he was very professional very pleasant to talk to I felt very cared for I didnt feel like a number I felt I was treated like a human being and that the situation that I have going on does matter. If I could give negative stars, I would. I put in an online inquiry to chat with an attorney about our situation and instead of an attorney calling, some guy named David called, didn t say he wasn t an attorney and after explaining our situation he said and I quote you have a big nothing burger here. - I m sorry, what? - he then identified himself as a Business Development Rep and said we don t have a case so there was no need to speak to one of the attorneys on staff. Perhaps if you are not an attorney, you should refrain from giving legal advice. And oh by the way, David - you might want to look into getting a business coach because your level of professionalism was a joke.

Water Damage We sustained extensive water damage to our home from the 2021 Texas freeze. Our homeowners insurance grossly underpaid us for our damaged material removal, money needed to fix repairs and restore our home. After searching the internet, we hired the law firm who assigned Mr. Beverly to our case. From the start they had us complete a questionnaire to ascertain our claim. Mr. Beverly and his legal assistant Mrs. Blankenship kept me informed about the case and answered my questions expediently. Mr. Beverly is very knowledgeable about insurance claims, aggressive and works diligently to obtain the best results for his client. We were able to settle for an amount that was acceptable and fair. We are thankful we hired the firm and highly recommend them.

We had a roofer stop by and inspect our roof after a storm. They said we had damage from the storm and offered to file a claim on our behalf. Unbeknownst to us, they mistakenly gave 2 separate dates of loss (one was outside of the policy period) to the claims department, so our insurance company used that as an excuse to deny the entire claim. Voss law firm battled the insurance company for 2 years on our behalf. Although their portion of the recovery was more than we ended up receiving, we have no doubt the insurance company would have never paid us a dime without Voss. They were tenacious, professional and thoroughly explained everything so we knew what to expect.

I called The Voss Law Firm from online and immediately I was transferred to Todd who allowed me to explain my situation. He took down my information and said that he would call me back after speaking with an attorney. Todd called me back after 5 minutes with Dan on the line who proceeded to ask me questions and explained what I should do. Im not in the same state and though they cant be my lawyer they spent so much time with me and told me what I needed which was an Injunction against the party causing me damages. I knew what I needed to do and I cannot thank Todd and Dan enough for helping me. The best is that they want to know how things turn out, I will be texting them the results.
