I saw one of the managers treat there employee so poorly, demanding the employee to finish their other employees task and refusing to send them help. I overheard the manager telling there employee that they have to get everything done before clocking out or they ll be fired even though they have other employees who can do the work or help out.

I m just a nice man who just wanted some Ulta perfume. Fitting room associate was super polite in paging someone over, however after 30 minutes the Ulta section remained akin to a desert, with no one in site. Upon that red barren wasteland, I found no help. No help means no money, and that is why I left. Be better, do better >:)

Shopped this Target today and it was a very nice experience. Normally online ordering is not my first priority, but I took a chance, and they surprised me. Not only was the product ordered perfect, it was exactly as advertised. It worked great. I did a pickup, the order was ready before the time schedule (that was a big plus, for me). The store was neat, clean, and great customer service. I will be returning to the online ordering in the near future. Love this store, Target Westwood Village. Thanks for being in the nearby, neighborhood. A very satisfied customer.

So my husband, son (3 year old), & I went to target yesterday afternoon. My son is VERY talkative I know some people don t have the patience for. But we were in the shoe section looking for some shoes for Christmas for my son. One of the associates named Nancy I think she s a supervisor or manager came up to us to ask if we needed any help, I said no thank you. My son then starts to ask her a million questions. Nancy was so sweet and patience with him! She was answering all the questions even if he asked twice. He started talking about how he wanted pink drink and cake pop & how we were going to get it after we leave. She then asked my husband & I if she could get him the cake pop and asked what s his favorite. I said omg yes thank you, she came back with his favorite cake pop and some stickers! She made my sons day & mine as well. Thank you so much NANCY, you are so kind & sweet. We couldn t stop talking about what happened. We need more kindness from people! Target if she didn t already get a raise please give her one! & thank you for spreading holiday joy god bless you Nancy

Great Experience We go to this Starbucks once a week. Always have a positive customer service experience, and excellent coffee. Cassandra at this location- 6643 FM 1488 Magnolia, TX 77354 makes the best cup of coffee ever! The sad thing is that this store has no tipping option for customers paying with credit or debit cards. Few people carry cash anymore, so these employees arent getting the tips they deserve, as they do at other Starbucks locations. Hope to see that change!

This Target is fine. Generally well stocked with friendly staffed. I knocked a star off for occasionally struggling with inventory management. There s been more than a handful of times I ve either ordered something online or gone in when they ve shown it in stock and it simply doesn t exist. I could see this being the case every once in a while, but it got to the point where I simply don t order online from them anymore.

Its conveniently located to where I live, and its perfect to pick up necessities and such. This location is in Westwood Village, and its a nice area to get the things you need. I frequent this location to purchase Panini trading cars packs and I usually buy in large quantities. I went today and saw the donruss value packs were on sale for 2.99 so I grab a whole box. I was told I couldn t buy more than 5, but I have bought entire boxes before at 4.99. I can t believe I have to resort to fake mustaches and wigs to build my collection.

Absolutely pathetic management and customer service. I came to pick up a drive up order, which was one water bottle. The store employee walked to my car, without the water bottle and asked me to pull in front of the store, which is a moving lane of traffic, to get it. I m sorry, you can walk to my car but you couldn t bring the water bottle. This is laughable

Worst target experience I was told by the manager Ashley that international customer cant buy medicine or alcohol as they only take Texas Id or passport something that in my 20 years as a target customer have been told. I need a medicine for my child and it wasnt sold. It is a shame you have such a terrible manager. All the store was out of stock. No one wanted to be at the cashier. Victor the cashier was in his phone and never found the policies when I arrived I asked the manager for the ice machine ours and she said they closed at 9pm. When we left at 8 was close and they said it always close at 730 they dont have a clue of their business

I love this location, its a nicer remodeled location and the staff is overall fine, my only complaint is to get rid of the AT&T reps in electronics. I think its kinda scummy having them there because all they do is bother guest while just trying to shop with trying to convince people to make haste decisions about their phone plans with cheap promises of cheaper bills. I hate being stopped every time Im walking around with my wife and they come up constantly asking. sometime multiple times in 1 trip! kick them of the store please.

I dropped by today to try return some sandals I recently bought from this location and the experience couldnt have been better. The person who helped me was super friendly, quick and helpful - despite me fumbling through the refund process. I used the wrong card for the refund but the target employee laughed off my mistake and offered a cash refund. He was really patient and I appreciated it. Love this target!

If I could give no stars I will do it... me and my wife got a TV on Black Friday 2020, we got charged in our CC. We couldn t pick it up the item sooner so they cancelled the order after we confirmed we were in our way to pickup. At the store Richie the floor manager or whatever... said we have to call Target even if we were at target to get our money back! They said Target doesn t charge until the order is picked up but we got charged before. Now we don t have the TV due to 3 days availability and no money refund. How come we have to call Target when we re at the store ? There wasn t any authority at the store just cashiers that didn t know how to handle an easy situation like issue a voucher for the money charged and credit it to get the Tv. Very poor service for an easy case never ever will shop black Friday specials at Target again lesson learned. Amazon will never ever let you down like this.

The Magnolia target is awesome. I walked into the electronics section and was immediately greeted by Patrick, who asked if I needed help finding something and within 2 minutes had me on my way with what I needed. Pleasant interaction.... then a female team member whose name I did not get was very pleasant and kind while pointing me towards the bandanas. Today was great, as well has been my service experience any other time I have shopped here.

I always enjoy shopping at Target. But, now, shopping is something that causes anxiety. I try to stay home as much as possible, but when I need to get necessitites, I feel safest going to Target. There are visual and audio reminders to everyone regarding social distancing. I feel like everything is as clean as it can be. I am able to get through the store quickly and get what I need. The check out process is also speedy and the employees are always friendly. My heart goes out to all who are working right now during this pandemic. It is scary and there is so much we do not know. The online order pick up process was very quick and convenient! I appreciated the associate going piece by piece through my order with me to ensure all of my items were there and accounted for. I have pleasant experiences shopping inside of the Westwood Target often, as well. The store is clean and the stock is always full. Thank you!

Tonight we had a return/exchange that was a REAL hassle. Maggie in Customer Service went above and beyond to accommodate us. She was patient and kind the entire time. RoiAnn has always been friendly and kind to us, as well. And their pharmacy staff is great, too!

Usually clean fast and friendly. Runs out of size 3 diapers super fast! Weve gone diaperless on 3 seperate occassions, even had a team member check their inventory and the last box was already in someones cart. ):

Staff here are always pretty friendly and helpful, but the dollar spot is sparse every time I have been here in the past year. My kids and I really enjoy this part of the Target experience, so we are going to start going to a different location.
