Joe Schultz has been very helpful to me. As a passenger i must say i didn t think i would get the medical help i needed. One call to Joe i was getting appointments 3x to 4x a week with a local chiropractor i also received treatments and was having doctor visits till i felt well everything was so convenient and everytime i called him or text he responds at quick response nothing was a hassle at all and he made sure at the end of my case I received a great payout way before a year goin bye he the most fast motivated lawyer i ever deal with. First and foremost, I would like to start off by saying that Joe Schultz Has been the greatest experience I ve ever had in a vehicle crash incident from the start. He s made sure that everything had been taken care of, My experience was horrible, Starting out with my insurance company I went four weeks without a vehicle and one day after making a post about my crash, and how I didn t receive a replacement vehicle, I was referred to Joe Schultz by a friend and it has been the best experience after, I made one phone call and he got right to work after Vehicle had been sitting at the yard for a whole month I made one phone call to Schultz, He made sure I had The vehicle towed to the correct dealership of choice to be repaired, and also made sure he got me in a rental car the same day in about a hour, after that I started receiving treatment for my injuries the next day, no matter the day, no matter the time, no matter the circumstance he made sure that everything he could possibly do to take care of me was taken care of. I ve never had attorney go above and beyond like Schultz when I had No other options he made away for everything when I say everything I mean everything when it came down to the rental when it came down to my injuries He was very informative about everything from the first step to the last step. My experience has definitely been great and I will be referring family friends and whoever is needed of attorney you ll be crazy not to have a attorney like Joe Schultz on your side. In 2021 I was driving through an intersection one night after leaving work when my vehicle was struck and totalled by another driver running a red light. I woke up in the hospital where a police officer told me that my car was totalled and the other driver was at fault with many eyewitnesses. My own insurance company dropped the ball and did not check in on me nor did they deal with the at fault drivers insurance company when I filed my claim. 30 days later I was still in immense pain, I was experiencing blurred vision and had yet to be contacted by either insurance company. It was at this point that I decided to respond to a solicitation I had received in the mail from the Joe C. Schulz Lawfirm. He offered to work to represent me and pursue the other insurance company for payment of my medical bills on contingency that he would be paid a small percentage if they settled at an agreement and a slightly higher percentage if we had to take them to court. I agreed to take Mr. Schultz on as my personal injury attorney and he worked with me to ensure that I received the medical care I needed to rehab my injuries so that my health and wellness could be restored. Joe was Always polite, patient, understanding, respectful and he was upfront and realistic with me about his expectations of the case every step of the way! Joe handled all negotiations with the other insurance company to make sure that they were held accountable for the actions of their client and that my medical bills would be covered! In summary, I was the victim of a crime and Mr. Schultz worked around the clock to get me the money that I deserved! Joe is down to earth and Always answered my txts and calls in a timely manner! At the time I only had basic liability auto insurance and no health insurance so Joe worked on my behalf to get medical bills reduced as much as possible based on my financial disposition! We settled out of court in 2022 and received a favorable outcome allowing me to pay the hospital bills and all of my care providers without leaving me in debt! Ive since contacted Joe for other legal advice and I would reccomend him to friends, family or anyone in need of legal representation!

If you re needing an attorney, I absolutely, whole heartedly recommend Mr. Schultz!!! He ALWAYS answered my call/texts, and all questions..
