If ZERO stars was an option! Sounds cliche but this restaurant or employee deserves just THAT! I went to order 3 subs foot longs. It closes at 10, and I went at 938. I asked him if he still had product available and he said yes so I told him I ll be ordering foot longs and he smacked his mouth and did a BIG sigh ( that s because the speaker is very faint) that I heard clearly. He was so bothered that I wanted to order 3 foot longs instead of 6 inches. I told him never mind I didn t want to order with his attitude and left! If you don t want to work at night why even have a job at night! I took my service and money to the KFC. Never Again.

The ingredients are better preserved than in other stores, the sandwich artists themselves are much better than in other stores. Rarely do I get a messy sandwich here in comparison to the other stores. Highly recommend!

Been coming to this subways for years I come in at least twice a week, we ll when I went to the the workers told me they would not take my subway coupons because the owner said that was their new policy, if I wasn t buying the lunch for my mom I wouldn t not have taken the food. Now is this a franchise chain issue or the owner of this establishment? If not that s so not right and will be complaining to corporate and will never come here again. Coupons are from official subway restaurant and expires February 26

Ignored me in the drive thru for about 1/2 an hour and then said *were not doing drive thru you need to go inside with attitude. Didnt even try to help after making us waste our time. What didnt make sense was that she did take the orders of 2 cars in front of us. Horrible service.

The Subway on Old 83 in Mission is the worst, the kid in there gave attitude and I had to ask to speak to his supervisor on the phone..the whole time he was rolling his eyes and throwing a tantrum... His supervisor told him to make my sandwiches and he refused, kept calling her back, but she wouldnt answer, tried messaging her and she ignored me completely.. The kid said he didnt care because he had pull ..so thats that... Doesnt even deserve the one star rating, but I cant post this without selecting a rating

I dropped my wallet on the floor here last week and the staff and manager were kind enough to keep it safe for me. Everything was in it, nothing was missing and Ibwas SUPER HAPPY three days later when I back tracked using google and my daily timeline. My sandwich was made very well and the customer service was exceptional.
