*My friend Kyle is not a doorDasher. He works a 9 to 5pm job. Also if you would have looked at his review again you would have seen he updated it that same day to address the concerns of his allergies that the manager disregarded. Also thats nice of you to restrict someone but just to let you know Im gonna take a wild guess and say their are more then one Kyle A in Lubbock lol. So how are we gonna address the allergies concerns. Cuz a Dasher has nothing to do with a paying customer that the manager didnt care about allergies. We can even show you the receipt in person lol. We both had lunch there. He just couldnt eat it unfortunately. Sense the owner replies to my friend Kyle A and dont look at the update he left. Kyle is not a Dasher or had no idea what a Dasher is. But he was a customer. Which had allergies in which the manager didnt care about. He even made them aware if it when ordering and still got it wrong and could have landed him in the hospital. Im not sure what yalls issue is with dashers Im assuming is drivers for door dash maybe but that is between you and them not my friend which was a customer and payed for the food despite not being able to eat it safely

Update: Ken you must have me mistaken from someone else. I ate there yesterday as a customer. Not sure what a Dasher is. Im not sure if I signed anything yesterday when I used my credit card but would be accepting the charges. This review is regarding an allergy I have and the manager said they cant do anything about it when I got my food. I made them aware while ordering Manager is disrespectful and rude Needs to take a lesson on customer service. Fire him or teach him customer service

This place was a bit noisy and there were not a lot of people there. The food was so so .. felt microwaved. The sauce was good. The place was clean and fresh and the bread sticks were delicious and come to take hot. Our pasta just had very little flavor.

Stopped in to eat while out of town for a soccer game at LCU. Staff was friendly, the place (including the bathrooms) was really clean, and the food was hot and delicious! Their lunch deal is unbeatable. We love Fazolis, and this one was defintely one of the best ones we ve been to.

As soon as I was approaching for fazolsis Im seeing 2 employees coming to the door so I open the door and held the door for them. Once I was approaching the counter, one of the 2 employees had called for front Melinda came to the counter with a smile and took my order, and she was very polite and respectful P. S. Fazoli s is always good but today it was just wonderful. This was primarily because of the worker James. This man is so kind and helpful. How can a man have such genuine kindness in the time we live in, I could not tell you but we truly appreciate who he is. Today we are moving our little sister who just graduated from Lubbock to Dallas and this will be our last time here and he made this exit even more bittersweet. Thank you James!

We came in today for lunch. First impressions very clean and greeted by counter lady. Food was fast and hot. But the staff I will have to say is the reason we will come back. Its fast food Italian. It basically tastes like fast food Italian. Im in the middle on this place because we eat here somewhat regularly, but not because were crazy about the food, but because its something different than just stopping at McDonalds or something. Breadsticks are good when fresh, the food can be super hot when its a dish served in their foil pans, and portions are ok on the dishes we get. They get heavy-handed on the sauce for me, but thats easily remedied by asking for light sauce. They have gone up in price quite a bit over the last couple of years, but sadly, who hasnt? Our last meal, just a day or 2 ago, was $23 & change for 1 Baked Spaghetti w/meatballs & 1 (non-baked) Spaghetti w/meatballs. Thats pretty steep, in my opinion. So, if youre looking for something different than the normal fast food places, this is a good option. Dine in, drive thru, take-out, & online/app ordering offered.

This was a breathe of fresh air. When I walked up the Mgr quickly acknowledged me and said we will be right with you. The young lady that came to take my order was amazing, very polite and entertaining. The other you lady working the lobby was also very friendly and super duper helpful. Again a breathe of fresh air in days where customer service is a thing g of the past. Thank you guys.

For what Fazolis is, its 5 stars to me. Fazolis is a discount Italian restaurant with a drive-thru but can have a good sit down Italian meal as well. My base meal #16, the Ultimate, was under $9. Now I added salad and a drink for like $3 more and could not quite eat it all. #16 normally comes with lasagna, spaghetti, fettuccine, and pennte. I tweak it a bit, cancel the spaghetti, add extra helping of fettuccine, and add the roast of chicken. They have lots of choices and you can customize most of them great value my son loves the spaghetti and I tried the pizza for the 1st time its way better than any dominos or Pizza Hut that Ive ever had. Update 7/23. Still doing Great here. Now I order the Spicy Zita sausage pasta. Kid-friendliness: Good menu for the kids

The food is great. They have a lot of different choices. I like the loaded spaghetti and baked meatballs. And of course, the bread sticks. I usually eat lunch around 1pm so its never crowded. The people are always nice. There is a lady who is always running around, asking me if I need anything, bringing out more bread sticks, to go containers, picking up my dirty dishes so the table doesnt stay cluttered, etc. She even came over to tell me she was going on her break but wanted to make sure I didnt need anything first. Shes so nice and always in a great mood. Lots of energy. Shes a credit to the restaurant.

This is my son and I s go to spot. He always gets the kids meal pepperoni pizza and I stick with my spaghetti with meat sauce. Our meal is around $15. We always dine in and it s usually pretty steady when we are inside. We just left from here! Not only did the manager bring our food out to us, he also swung back by and asked us how our meal was, bussed tables in the dining area, handled another families meal, all while training a new employee. That s what I like to see.

On a late evening, spur of the moment dinner with my dad, we ended up at Fazzolis. We decided to eat inside rather than have dogs stare us down as we ate at home. The food was very good and exactly what we have come to expect. We I did not expect was the amazingly friendly staff, especially one young man in particular. I wish i had asked for his name. He brought us breadsticks, and was so polite and made us feel like we were not in a fast food restaurant. I will go back to eat inside because of him.
