Worst experience I ever had came in and they had 20 lanes available but they told me I had an hour and half wait to get a lane and then the entry had security and literally couldn t bring a bottle of water into the place. I mean how much does it take to just bowl

Ive never been to a bowling alley where I had to pull everything out of my pockets. As well as take my watch and bracelet off in order to go through the metal detector. At least have a tray to sit my items in. No, it just scattered all on the table for others in line to admire. There was a wait, which was okay. That gave me a chance to grab something to eat. They give you a number to sit on the table so they can bring the food out to you. I finally had to chase someone down to find out where my order was. Yep, you guessed it. The food was barely warm and the fries were a degree from being cold. I didnt want to send it back just in case it would take another hour to get it. And I did want to be bowling and eating. But once we were bowling, everything was good.

I was overcharged $122 on my account on Sunday 9/1/24. I dont even drink and had a total of 3 players who only bowled 1 game. Make sure if you go to check your bank account, if I hadnt I wouldnt have noticed them stealing from my account. Also very bad customer service and unprofessional, they sent us to a lane later than what they told us and it was occupied then sent us to another lane, it took us over 30mins to get service on our lane too. Never going there again other than to get my money back Smh

Came in recently with some friends and the staff were cool and wait time wasn t bad. Alan, the bartender, was very friendly and recommended some margarita and food items. The bowling lane was a little bit slow, but overall very fun experience. Ended up coming back with my parents.

The prices are great for the family & the wings were great everything came right the FIRST time around with no complaints. Awesome place to visit when I came into town. Customer service was amazing from start to finish The Front Desk Clerk (Deja) was very welcoming friendly. We were there for family meet and greet she very knowledgeable with answering my questions. Beautiful smile very energetic the establishment is clean food great most importantly the bathrooms were serviced I d recommend 10/10 especially with front desk clerks/greeters such as Deja aboard you can t go wrong

Sad to see the bowling alley ive been going to for 35 years go down hill so drastically! Walking in seeing only 7-10 lanes occupied I was annoyed to find out that there was apparently reservations for all 20-25 lanes that were completely empty and it was going to be a 1.5 hr wait. With no explanation as to when the reservations were for we proceeded to pump money into the games with our kids for the next 30 minutes. Of course 9/10 machines were broken, inluding the machine they have for the prizes. Completely ripped off of $100 I decided to go verify if our lane was close to ready since not a single person showed up for any of the lanes that were empty. Of course no, it was still over an hour wait they told us, so we left. No reason to wait for another hour with our kids just sitting there with nothing to do asking why there were 20 open lanes spread through the alley with still no one using them. 5 minutes after they see us leave, they notify us that a lane is ready for us. Of course it was. It was ready for us the entire time. Whoever the management company of this alley is now (bowlero) should take a very close look at who they hire, and how poorly this location is being taken care of.

The hubby and I went on a Friday afternoon for a day date. For two games and two shoe rentals it was about $45. The bowling alley was stylish and clean. It seemed very family friendly with chutes and gutter guards for kids. They also had an arcade. Bar prices were typical bar rates with limited selection. All of the fun looking drinks - bowl cocktails and beer tower require party of 4 or more. It was a more expensive experience than we anticipated but it was still fun.

I just left this place and was very disappointed. I m rating it two stars because the place itself is really nice. The lanes looked awesome and the arcade was a nice touch. It s sad that a location this cool has terrible employees. As I walk in- there was no line. As I approach the counter, two employees were carrying a personal conversation. Eventually one acknowledge me and said yes? I then asked her if there was lanes available for 4 people and she said yeah, we have a lot and looked around the nasty attitude was something I was okay with dealing but then she wanted to charge me 124.75 for one game and 4 shoes. At first I thought I didn t hear her right because the music was loud but after I asked her how much, she repeated the total. I decided not to go continue the conversation and left. The math was not adding up and the employee had an ugly attitude. As a manager of a business, your employees will make or break your business. Bowlero Stafford, train your staff properly. 7/13 @8:15pm.

If I could rate it a zero I would. Went in at 513pm with three children and my husband. Went to the bathroom, no toilet paper, told the female employee. An hour later, still no toilet paper she handed me brown rough paper towels and rolled her eyes, Ignored it. Another hour passes, still no toilet paper. By this time there was a male employee, I believe the manager. Short, round, with a tiny little ponytail on top of his head, like a toddler. Asked him if they could plz put tp in the ladies bathroom. Went back to my family and gave it some time. Went back to the bathroom, just to find him in there, on the phone, and when he saw me he said, Is this what u are looking for? In a very antagonizing voice, while using the round toilet roll in between his legs to mimic a male body part! I was mortified, asked he to leave the paper and get out, but he kept it going. The service was bad, chicken wings undercooked. Worse place ever!!! They need to rehire better people. BTW police were called. They said it was a corporate matter.

The place was clean. The service was great really couldn t complain, however, making each player pay for themselves on one lane is a little extreme for me. It use to be where you can pay for one lane and then the player pays for their shoes however, each player had to pay for a lane. Beyond this the food was good and the bartenders were friendly.

Bowling was alright, but I encountered the laziest and discourteous wait staff ever in an establishment. First of all they did not clean up after the party that used the lane previously left. Upon asking the young lady whose responsibility it was, to clean up and help her employer from what was about to be a liability, She outright ignored us. This was after paying over $200 for a party of 6. I definitely will not be going back based on their nasty attitude alone.

My husband and I played 6 at $12.99 ea but they kept telling us we played 18 games total , But the guy in the front wanted to gives us a deal for 10 games total how is that possible ? if he said we play more games not including the shoes . We also spend over $100 dls in alcohol. Keep up with how many games you play so they won t take advantage of you this is the last time we spend our money here. They will rip you off if you left them I wont come back here or recommend this place for to anyone people beware and keep track of how many games you play or they will rip you off.

I have been to this certain establishment more than a few times, and every time has been more than enjoyable and exciting. I enjoy the bowling, the food, drinks and customer service. The one excellent thing that always makes it a great place is from one particular worker, that would be Jasmine Frank, she is the party hostess for this location. I love the vibes of this place! It s trendy and cool instead of old and 80s. They have good deals Monday-Thursday for unlimited bowling. I come often to bowl with my friends and relax.

Visited today for a birthday party. Lots of fun but the arcade can use an upgrade. Food was okay given the fact it s a bowling place and not a restaurant. Will definitely go back!

This was my first visit to Bowlero. The experience was all right, nothing much to rave about. If I were to go bowling again, I would probably look at other locations first. We had to wait about 30 minutes to get a lane. Thats understandable; it was a Saturday afternoon and it was quite busy. There were a lot of people there. Plenty of parking so you wont have trouble with that. The bowling experience was good. The staff are quite indifferent though. I mentioned it was my first visit there and they really didnt help out much in terms of helping me get oriented. Food is very mediocre. Definitely not worth the price they are selling it at. I got an order of chicken tenders for my young daughter and it was too measly pieces of chicken and a few fries. The quesadillas had no flavor. Chicken wings were dry and flavorless. Chips and dip that come with some of the food items are basically chips from the store and salsa out of a bottle. The wait time for the food is long. We waited about 40 minutes for the complete order to get to us. Unless you are really hungry, skip food!

I visited this bowling alley recently and we had a good time. The lady at the front desk was very nice. She gave us our bowling shoes and we headed to our lane. It was really a fun filled night. I had a cheese pizza and my guest had the chicken tenders and fries with a side garlic bread. Everything tasted fine. We really had lots of fun. The music they played was also good so we danced as well. I think our server had to take be in charge of too many guests but she did her best. It was a lot of people there for a Monday so I know the weekends here are probably hectic. They also have a cool arcade area. There is also some dining seating for people who don t want to bowl but rather just dine instead. There is a huge parking lot with ample parking. We will come back!

Visit this bowling alley on 01/19 in search for some down time after my Uncle funeral.This center definitely delivered the peace and relaxation I needed! From the time I entered the customer service flowed! Our host was a young guy named Dj, he was every part of amazing! He walked me to my lane I was at set up the board with me and other players name. He was charming and respectful very very attentive throughout the whole night. His customer service at a early age was unmatched! Kudos to him and the next time Im in Houston this will be my go to spot! Thank you again! 10/10 would highly recommend

My experience was dreadful. We had to go through metal detectors at the entrance, while doing so security were very rude to customers coming in, yelling at customers if they didnt follow instructions while never giving us the instructions to follow in the first place. We were in the check in line for about 30 mins, when we were finally next we were ignored. Never acknowledged, the group behind us started asking a female cashier questions and she then started checking them out tho we were the first ones up. Obviously we noticed there was favoritism if your skin color was African American. Then we were finally attended but it felt we were more of a bother to the male checking us out. Overall the customer service was awful, we decided to leave without ever playing because the atmosphere was a buzz kill by the staff. Very last time were visiting this location.

We celebrated my daughters 21st birthday there with friends and family. We had a blast! The service was excellent and the food was so good! Everyone was so accommodating.,especially Kaylee and Bree!! No hiccups. We will be back for more family fun!!
