Great staff, They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection of cigars, but extremely unorganized. Humidor seems to be working overtime and all of the cigars I bought in the last 2 trips were a bit dry. Work on the Humidor and it will be the place to go for tobacco needs.

I am new to cigars and walked into this store. I was greeted by Brooklyn and he was super knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me through the different types of cigars, what to look for in terms of flavors, and explained the proper way to light them. I think this place is great and go back regularly now. I come to buy my brothers cigars. They know I dont like to walk in their establishment because I dont smoke or like the smell . They come to door and take my order and charge my card without me going in..very polite and friendly. My brother says their cigars are great.

Its a fantastic place for cigar lovers, but its just a bit small for us pipe smokers. They do have some great pipe tobaccos, but a limited variety. Coming from eastern USA, theres a huge variety and different qualities as well. There are clubs just for the pipe smokers and cigar smokers as well. Hopefully Lubbock will gain that in the coming years. In the meantime, Ill stick with it and enjoy my pipe!!!

Went here to get my father a Christmas gift. I myself am not knowledgeable in pipes or tobacco but let me tell you how awesome the service we received. It was SUPERB! The GENTLEMAN that helped us was very honest and reccomended we start with a cheap base pipe as a introduction and we decided to buy both because of his honesty and expertise explaining the different pipes. He even gave us a box with the tools and cleaning utensils. If you need any pipes or supplies for your tobacco needs I highly reccomend this place. We will be going back for my fathers needs!

Man these guys were awesome! My good friend was interested in smoking pipes and knew nothing about tobacco mixes and pipe quality. Several of the employees took their time explaining the quality differences in the pipes. Instead of taking advantage of an easy mark they steered him towards a much cheaper option until he developed his tastes. Impressive to not take advantage of an upsell. Will return.

Always a friendly face waiting to help the beginner cigar smoker, the veteran cigar smoker who knows what they like and want to try something new,and the person shopping for a friend who has no idea what cigars they like.
