They will lay you off with no explanation. Very rude and unprofessional. Hannah never called me to laid me off it was sent via Text message which is unacceptable. The Game Stop location they place you at is a very messy place and the environment is not healthy for you if your a peaceful person. I asked for corporate number and was told since i was a temp that information is not allowed to be given to me .

Horrible horrible do not work for them had complications after working for a job for 2 weeks and wasnt able to return paycheck was supposed to be $500 and was only $200 they said they deducted for not coming back who deducts $300 outrageous not worth it anything can happen in life and if you cant return theyll take half of your check of what you worked who does that its probably a scam somewhere it probably was pocketed it cant get any information from anybody

Dont forget here. I literally got fired because I left early because I was throwing up at work and told the lady I was theorizing up on my way to the doctors just so I wouldnt get fired just to get fired. Also I have a son who started daycare when I got hired who was having a fever every day so I had to leave early and the lady literally yold me just LET ME KNOW SO I CAN EXCUSE YOUR POINTS but still got fired. Went to Ontrack staffing and met with Erica Guardiola to see if they had any jobs that I was looking for and she was willing to talk to me without me having to do application. Great professionalism from her and she helped answer all my questions and she tried to also help find my needs for the shift and pay I was looking for. She didn t have anything that worked for me right now but said she would keep me in mind if something came up. Overall she didn t waste my time or gas going to see what they had, It was a pleasant experience to talk with her, She went above and beyond to try to help me. Started off excellent but due to on the job harrassment, I resigned without a 1 or 2 week notice so instead of $15/hour I would only earn $7.25/hr on my last paycheck & every since then OnTrack recruiters made it their mission to make me unhirable for any other jobs with them which is fine since they prefer to place foreigners on all the warehouse jobs anyway.

Said they would give me a raise but didnt just because I was part time, said I would get a $100 bonus the 1st month, $200 bonus the 2nd month, and $300 bonus the 3rd month, then ended up being a $50 bonus for 12 weeks and stopped getting them halfway through because Im suppose to work Monday-Friday even though it was originally Monday-Thursday instead because those days were mandatory, Friday never was mandatory until that point. Terrible communication they never respond to a question of yours until 3 or 4 days later, said they would give a $150 bonus for working on Friday and Saturday but again that only qualifies for full time workers and if you work up to 55+ hours, said my break would be 30 minutes ended up only being 15 minutes. My point here is that they give you promises that never happen, unprofessional, and theyre terrible at communicating I would not recommend this company if youre looking for a temp to perm job.
