WOW with big smiles! We are a senior couple moving to a senior living facility. Russ and his team sold our 7-year-old home in Teravista. Russ Phillips and his team are by far the best real estate professionals Ive ever worked with. Even in a time of great uncertainty, they managed to quickly get me a full price offer, even when I was in despair of being able to sell. Russ worked with the buyers agent to keep everybody happy, which can be a challenge if youve ever bought or sold real estate. Russ even came over to my house the night before closing to help with some last minute details to ensure the closing went smoothly. I cannot recommend Russ Phillips and his team more, they are miracle workers.

This was our first time selling a home and we were doing a lot of research, trying to locate the top realtor in our area. After finding Russ Phillips Team | Keller Williams Realty, we knew we made the right choice. When Russ & Jennifer came to our home, they explained the whole process with us thoroughly and were very transparent. They both answered all our questions and concerns. Their recommendations were definitely top notch, the photographer made our home look like it was in HGTV! Our listing went up on a Thursday and that same day, we had someone look at our house! LOOK NO FURTHER, if you are buying or selling a home, these are the people you want to work with. We have sold many homes over the years and have never had an experience this FANTASTIC. Excellent communication, honest feedback, they treat you as if you are their only customer and we new we had made the right choice for our home listing. They spend the time showing you market analysis and how they arrive at pricing and have alot of tools they use to reach out to possible buyers. After we had a contract, they sent us a detailed sheet with all the next steps and dates they would take place. Left absolutely nothing to our wondering. This team is FANTASTIC! They were on top of everything. We had an issue with a fairly severe plumbing leak. I live out of town which made it difficult to set up trades to make repairs . When we decided to sell our home we spoke with a few realtors to see what their plan would be. We immediately decided that Russ Phillips was the way to go. Although we had dealt with realtors in the past having sold 3 homes in New York, the process is much different in Texas. Any questions I had were answered quickly and in great detail. I can t thank Rachel Bandon enough for helping us with this extremely stressful move cross country. She was amazing to work with. We multiple times and didn t love any of our potential homes so she would intermittently check in and provide new listings. I was having difficulty with a mortgage company in getting a title company to do their job. One call to Russ solved the issue. He immediately connected me with a title company on a conference call and the issue was resolved. I would strongly recommend Russ Phillips and his team for any residential real estate needs! He explained the process of selling our home in great detail, which helped us out a lot. Thanks to his extensive networking and great reputation we were able to sell our home WITHOUT having to go on the market. We didnt have to worry about preparing our home for pictures and showings, and we were greatly relieved. Russ and his team walked with us during the negotiation and offer process. He explained all of the documentation and processes in detail. He worked very well with our buyers agent to ensure we knew the up to date situation with our buyer and kept open a line of communication with them. To sum it up, Russ and his team made the home selling process a little less stressful for us, and that makes all of the difference!

Russ and his team were very professional and communicated with us constantly. Their Team were very informative about what we needed to do to sell our home quickly. Russ was also very honest about the market and had all the information together when he came to our home to show us what other homes looked like and what they were selling for. First Class across the board. I have sold 3 homes in my life and this was by far my best experience ever. I could not imagine another team doing more to sell your house then The Russ Phillips Team. I have nothing to say but GREAT things about Russ & his team! After looking at the reviews on Google from other folks, my family and I decided to have a consultation with Russ. Russ set aside a specific time to thoroughly explain how his team works and why they would work best FOR us. He took the time to explain everything in detail and what to expect from the team. Russ and his team definitely exceeded those expectations! We were ALWAYS kept in the loop. We ALWAYS got a response! We felt like we were his only client. I just wanted to share a quick word of gratitude concerning the Russ Phillips Team. To make a long story short, not only did Ashley Brinkoeter and the team do an excellent job of marketing our rural property, (the drone pics were amazing,) ... but their experience in the field essentially saved our closing. We had an unexpected complication because our home was in the name of a Trust. Fortunately Russ knew what to do and saved the day. I would hate to think what would have happened had I picked a real estate team that did not have the in-depth experience and knowledge of these things! Believe me... experience and clout makes a huge difference when choosing a realtor! So glad we didnt have to find that out the hard way!

Ashley Brinkoeter and PJ Briggs did everything they could to ensure we had what we needed for our first time home buying experience. We were lucky to find Ashley through a friend and he was amazing. Answering calls, texts and emails at all hours of the night, he certainly works hard to get what you want and need. He visited multiple houses a day through tough COVID times. This all comes from people trying to buy from CA and doing everything virtually. Ashley made it seem like we were there and part of the experience! On the back end, PJ and her team were coordinated and responsive every step of the way. She was also able to answer all of our questions and stayed on things to make sure we stayed on track and closed on time. We even closed earlier than expected. We used Russ when we sold our home in Austin to buy a little hobby farm in Georgetown. His team was awesome! Our house sold in about three hours - and we werent *quite* ready to sell that fast! Russ came out and did some finishing touches on the house himself to get it ready for the new owners. Years later, when we decided to move out of state, Russ was more than willing to help out - and always gives great advice. He knows the market and knows how to get your house sold. We have used Russ twice. He sold our house in Georgetown 5 years ago after we moved out of state. This time my father died and he helped with the sale of that property in Austin. He is absolutely the most reputable realtor I have ever worked with, and I have worked with several. When things go sideways he has the know how to get you back on track.
