We drove in from the Sip ( Mississippi) was tired didnt want to cook so we wanted footlongs so it was late so had to come here. The footlong were ok the footlong always looks burnt at the ends there not as good as they use to be. Just ok...didnt want to take pictures

Where to start, went for ice cream and we were the only car there. We were ignored for 5-10 mins before anyone answered the red button, cut off at every chance while ordering, was told they didnt know what a master shake is when its right on the menu. Pic attached is how the shakes were brought out, when we asked for napkins the server just repeated the total. Eventually brought back napkins, then the server tried to just keep the change. After complaining was offered 2 coupons with purchase.... why would I want to order from this place ever again? Then was told oh well sorry how about a $5 gift card, for what? That doesnt even cover one of our shakes. Very disappointed

Avoid this place at all cost. First off, pulled up and the screen was stuck (sign of poor management), ordered a drink. Literally one drink. The person next to me got their order brought out three times and sent back. 25 mins later, the car that I witnessed pull in 10 mins after I ordered my drink got their order which looked to be 3 shakes or ice creams. Granted I know making a single drink is EXTREMELY challenging. Anyways, I left without getting my drink. Silver lining is because their screen was stuck, I didnt pay and be forced to endure this pathetic excuse of a service HAHA. Went to the one in harker heights and got my drink in less than 5. Take notes killeen location. Yall suck. Ps. Please spare me the copy and paste were sorry to hear your experience. Hope to see you blah blah blah reply.

This Sonic is close by so we used to stop by often. Lately I would choose driving a little further over convenience. I had to pull into 4 different screens before I found one to work. I finally found a screen that was not malfunctioning, placed my order and the screen went blank after I selected my payment. The ice cream machine was done. I still have four stars because the price, service and food were all great. Food came out fast, hot and yummy. My little one loves the bacon breakfast burrito. Our food runner was very pleasant.

The atmosphere was great only because it was with my family and we were having a great time. We had milkshakes, and while good, they werent mixed thoroughly. Service, the cc reader was broke, and instead of saying something when she delivered our shakes, she hinted around about it. I finally figured out why she was still there and told my husband.

Me and the grandkids stopped for lunch and instead of eating in my new car, I wanted to eat on the picnic table that was there until I saw that there were nails sticking out of it and it was about to fall over. Edited update: Sonic on WS Young is usually pretty good with orders today was the worst. I had a mobile order and was missing a chicken slinger plain with bacon and cheese. I go back to get it and it took them 15 mins to bring out the WRONG item. It was some kind of chicken sandwich with lettuce, mayo, and pickle all over it. I asked for another one and they brought out the exact same sandwich. (Wasnt remade fresh) I even told the female server ( young black girl with the afro and braces) what I wanted and gave her the receipt. She still brought out the wrong sandwich. It wasnt until the male server with the dreads and gold teeth ( I didnt catch any of their names) came and with excellent service and the right sandwich made fresh. Well done sir. Thank you. I always get the same thing every Sunday. And its usually made perfectly.

Normally do not like the food at sonic and extremely expensive. On this day had a Sonic Blast Butterfinger Small. Was surprised by the size and the price much larger then the small size when you receive the Blast at Dairy Queen and much better price. Only thing that needs to be better is to add larger pieces and little more butterfinger needs enough so that the candy bar is mixed all the way through the ice cream. Went back and odered another Sonic Blast Butterfinger small. Received a medium and was not as happy with as the first one. Didnt seem to have any Butterfinger in it that i could taste, after searching for finally found a few very very small pieces so small the vanilla ice cream flaver seemed to over power.

My order was wrong. They heard me say number two instead of number ten. I understand mistakes happen and I assumed they would make it right. But instead of just making my order the right way, I got a sandwich with a mashed up piece of chicken that had been fried till it was inedible. Its quite obvious that it was done out of spite. I work in construction, I dont have time to have them make it right so Im leaving and going back to the job site. Someone blamed me for their mistake and thought they would make a point. I NEVER leave bad reviews, but this is just petty and childish. I will never eat here again. You shouldnt either. Id leave 0 stars if I could, but Google wont let me.

Normally this location is about 50/50 for good vs bad experiences/food & bev but when only half of the stalls work causing people to park and check each one before ordering/checking in for mobile orders, thats a mulit-level issue (lost revenue, safety, improper store maintenance, etc). This isnt a random occurance but rather a long term issue that never gets handled. The employees have zero control yet have to deal with complaints. Corporate should be highly concerned due to revenue loss alone yet here we are.

Stopped here at 9pm abbie was rude constantly asking, are you done, or is that it after every single thing I ordered. After working in customer service and the restaurant industry for 15+ years I would encourage management to inform employees to be patient and let the customer tell you when they are finished ordering. Also, the food was a mess when we got it and the water taste absolutely terrible! I would be happy to forward pictures if theyd like. I would not recommend this sonic. Although, the gentleman that delivered my food was very respectful.

I got a sonic burger with cheese. Usually I am disappointed in the quality of the lettuce put on my sandwich. My expectations were exceeded. I had the ends of the lettuce and other random bits. The rest of the sandwich was very good for Sonic once the nasty pieces of lettuce were removed. I also ordered tater-tots and an Oreo blast. I love that the Oreo Blast did not have whipped cream on it a I only like fresh whipped cream if I have any at all.

Foods expensive for fast food. Nothing original on menu. My wife goes there for 1/2 off drinks. She stopped going there because Panera has better drinks at 10$ a month. Lost stars for order menus being blacked out everytime we go there,rotten parking. Almost auto collision everytime we back out of there...they shrank their drink menu to cheap slushes that taste artificial, only thing going for them is you get a piece of fruit in the bottom.. Employees are great though.

Have not eaten a burger at Sonic for quite awhile have had their stanks and drinks quite often. My family and I go at least once a week for a drink. The slushes, floats, blasts and teas have always been great. If I had one complain I would say they need to make the floats in a larger size. The totchos and pickle fries need to stay 9n the menu!

Everything about this sonic sucked, my 2 daughters got the pop orn chicken, both were over cooked and mostly breading, one got fries with her and those were fine the other got tots and they were over cooked. I ordered 2 lg mozzarella sticks and they gave 1 marinara sauce for 16 mozzarella sticks, they forgot to even put my other daughters hotdog in the bag, had to call them back to ask for the hotdog, ketchup and marinara sauce. Then they didnt bring any marinara sauce. Maybe it was a bad day but i wasnt pleased.
