Hina was a great help, not with just the food, but outside my order as well! I saw a fire burst out in a nearby residential district and she went a saved her weight in cats alone! Dont even get me started on how many people she was able to carry- Id never seen anything like it! She must go to the gym a lot becuase even I, a full grown man over 200lbs, wouldnt be able to carry that much weight. Outstanding work! She should get a raise!

Hina was my carhop and she went above and beyond ! I pulled up after a breakup and got the 99 cent motz sticks and she gave me a water for free ! My tire also went flat and she literally got on her hands and knees and changed it for me ! She is literally the best sadly I didnt have any cash to tip her:/

10/10 would visit again! I live in Dallas, TX and Ive been to Sonics ALL OVER the DFWA area, and this sonic.... THIS SONIC has THEEE FRIENDLIEST and KINDEST people working at it. Tyler taking the order. Was SOOOO GOOD. Haley brought our meal and READ THE RECEIPT to us.... WHAT?! ... then I pressed the red button to let them know how good they did and I got Nicholas and HE MATCHED the SAME ENERGY. Great job Sonic! Whoever is in charge of hiring is KICKING BUTT. Just driving through and decided to stop at this sonic location. Ordered my chili cheese tots with ranch. Once I got my meal, I noticed there was no ranch. Absolutely ridiculous that they conveniently cannot do anything with ice cream during the time they are running a promotion. I literally waited for 30 minutes for my MOP to process and the app was down, then I go to a box, wait another 20 minutes to get attended only to get told they cannot serve me. It s quite literally always something with this Sonic location. Do not waste your time or money. Go to the McCarthy location.

I have stopped by this location 3 times and they have managed to mess up my order on every time. Today I ordered a meal and the fries were so salty that I could not eat them. I ordered me and my son some food on the sonic app and when I arrived to pick up the order I my sons bacon on his order was burned along with other issues but all I complained about was wanting fresher bacon for his burger. I originally asked Manager (Micayla O brien) and was told to hold on.. then seconds later I was denied the request by a manager (Keno Sunderlan) said the bacon is not burnt and there s nothing we can do for you then walked away before I could even respond. Then was upset that I wanted a refund. I then went to the door to ask for a refund and was stopped and said I could come inside because I was not an employee. (Marissa Molina) tried to intervene but was ignored.

Come here all the time, and I understand being busy and being slammed. I am a manager in food service as well, but to put mozzarella sticks that you did not even cook all the way into a bag just to push it out quickly is a food safety violation.and sadly have had multiple issues with this location with food safety issues and it just seems like it s really poor management at hand because you never can interact or speak with a manager. You re always talking to an employee it s like I m so sorry. I ll relay the message to my manager extremely frustrating.

So me and my girlies were just stopping here on our way to Austin, and we ordered blue raspberry slushes and we clearly stated blue. When we got our order we were given raspberry slushes, which wasn t an issue. We then pressed the red button and said that we had ordered blue raspberry slushies not raspberry. They fixed our order, however, when the employee came out to give us the slushes they rudely gave us the slushes with the cups covered in syrup, but what made me the most upset was the fact he said for future reference we have two raspberries make sure to order right one next time because I know for a fact you ordered raspberry and now because of you we have to waste product so yea be careful how you order it was also how rudely he said it. Wouldn t recommend this spot if I would ve know I would ve stopped at 7-11 instead. <3

They lost my order and to make up for it they gave me expired free drink tokens. When I tried to redeem them, I then had to pay full price for the drinks. The staff was unhelpful and unapologetic. there is not a single sonic on earth that is capable of getting an order right im convinced. everytime ive went here there has been something missing. this time, my caramel was switched out with m&ms, my shake had no extra cookie dough and there was no sauce from my pretzel. last time an order of cheese sticks was missing. i dont blame the lovely workers, theyre probably underpaid and overworked. but there has to be a manager or something overseeing orders to make sure theyre right. inshallah sonic will get it together

Its sad that I use to work here and i was just being respectful to the staff. The kid came out with my order he didnt give me the full amount i was like ah hey did the change blow away since it was windy out a little bit. But it was what ever he fixed his mistake and i just was like hey just keep this 10 as your tip to make sure you dont come up short and just check at the end of the day to make sure since i knew he was sorta new to working or may have previously worked here who knows. But my old manager comes out and tells me not to tell her staff what to do and i was just being nice. It was very rude since i was a customer looking out for the employee to not come up short. Ive had random customers tell me the same thing and thats how i never came up short other then one time. But the way she said was hey i see you gave my employee his 10 back that was nice of you since she said he over payed me when he didnt she wants watching. Im not happy with how she told me so after that i will never come here again this place has gone down hill since i left and now i see why. And excuse me if i want to tell a employee just to make sure they dont come up short on the cash they handle like i had respect for sonic and still do but thats now changed thanks to my old manager who she didnt have to do that to me today when im a customer now its rude and thats why i didnt say anything rude to her. I asked for a Strawberry lemonade and was charged extra for the strawberries but got a sprite with strawberries. I didnt ask for soda. Im so disappointed. Im never coming back. Cuz the people here are so dumb. Sprite with Strawberries is not the same as strawberry lemonade. I got to sonic 2 minutes after 11pm, which is the time they close. All I wanted was a Rt. 44 cup of ice, which I had the exact change for. They told me no, because theyre closed. Sonic restaurants or a hit and miss on some of their promotional items advertised. They run out to soon or are completely out. One thing thats great is theyre Happy Hour for Route 44s and and occasional meal deal. Overall Sonic in my opinion needs to have enough items they promote and advertise. Still a favorite pit stop on hot days. Parking: Parking is limited to small spaces and sometimes it completely full, but good at times. Kid-friendliness: Has good selection of kid meals, but no safe for kids to play, could possibly get run over.

Waited 20 minutes for a strawberry limeade. They got my order wrong and I had to wait another 10. I pressed the red button and told him my drink was missing and no one came. Pressed the button again and it took 10 more minutes. Whats the point in fast food if its no fast. Maybe if sonic actually paid their employees a living wage itd make people willing to give better service. Sonic is the issue not the employees. But also come on.

Was waiting for my food and had a big roach literally fall onto my windshield. This is the same sonic location my roommate had them leave plastic somehow in his burger but I gave the benefit of doubt. Cant see going to or recommending this location to anyone.
