This restaurant was recommended by friends. I had the pork and vermicelli. The pork was so flavorful, the egg roll was crispy and not greasy, and the vegetables were very fresh. The server was very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely return! Parking was great!

10/10 Recommend! Came in to order some Pho to-go (since it was close to closing time) but ended up dining in as I was offered a table. Kelly was really great, very friendly, and made the overall experience very enjoyable. The Pho tasted great, and the large bowl portion was more than enough for one person. The best Vietnamese food you can get in the DFW area - and I ve tried many. Jenny, Kelly, and the rest of the staff are very friendly and the service never skips a beat even when they are short staffed. I ve tried the eggs rolls and spring rolls to start and you can tell they are made to order - fresh and flavorful. They make a fantastic bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup) - rich, spicy broth with tender meat. Everything from their pho to pork vermicelli bowls has been just as good. They are quick to offer their housemade chile oil and chile paste which add a nice heat and great flavor to literally everything. Everyone I ve taken here has been impressed and we will surely love to support this family owned business as often as we can.

Got the opportunity to come here for the first time today and I was pleasantly surprised with this place. The place is very clean and spacious. The customer service was amazing and the food is very delicious! They have a very welcoming environment and the lady took the time to explain the menu items, she gave us choices for the food and even offered suggestions to make our experience better. I am not sure is she was the owner but she acted like one, definitely coming back!

Jenny was absolutely amazing. It was my first time trying Pho and she was so helpful and accommodating to my VSG surgery. This is a family owned business and these Okies will for sure be coming back when we re in this area of Texas! I recently dined at Big Bowl Pho, and it was an outstanding experience. The broth was incredibly flavorful and comforting, while the beef was tender and delicious. Our server, Kelly, was utterly amazing!!! She was the only seasoned server on the floor and was even training someone while managing all the floor! It was super cold in there, my food was cold before I got halfway done with it. I ordered Pho. But the broth doesn t stand out to me. I couldn t taste the seasonings at all, and the tendon was chopped up into little pieces, I couldn t really feel the texture of it. My waitress was dumbfounded. She had blue hair and kept trying to talk to me in slang because I m African-American. I saw the manager/owner looking lost when customers came in to dine. It was me and maybe 3 more tables, and they were acting overwhelmed. Just my opinion.

You know when the owners are addressing customers by their first name it s a hit! One of the few restaurants that serves green thai tea- game changer. This is by far the BEST!!! Pho restaurant in Dallas hands down!! The customer service is amazing the staff is warm and friendly and Kelly and Sheila are the best, talk about service with a smile. My wife and I have been searching for good Pho and Banh Mi ever since we moved to Dallas. Big Bowl Pho knocked it out of the park! My pork banh mi was perfectly cooked. The bread had a great crust while still being soft. The egg was cooked with a perfect runny yolk. My wife s pho was delicious even before adding sriracha and hoisin. My daughter and I come every week, sometimes more than once. Everything we get is always made fresh, comes out hot and absolutely delicious. Kelly and Judy are usually the ones we sit with and they are so great at remembering what we like and also recommending new things when we bring friends along. First time at this place, and I went during low traffic hours (around when the store opened on a Saturday, ~11:00 AM), and I have to say the order-to-table time is the fastest I ever had at any Pho bistro in my life, and the quality-to-time ratio is rather high, as most other bistros Ive been to had similar tasting Pho broth, but twice or thrice the waiting time. For drinks, we got water, limeade, and soy bean milk (Yeos). Yeos is standard from a can, and it tastes exactly as I expected, would have liked the option for the Vietnamese style can. Limeade is a bit sour for my tastes, I like the perfect balance between sour and sweet, but they included little slices of lime in the drink, which is a great touch. Kelle/Kelly was our waitress, and she has been excellent on checkups and refilling our drinks, and she has been very transparent on the background of the restaurant. Whenever Im in the area to shop, and wanting a quick bite to eat (especially for pho), Ill definitely be coming back to try more. I highly recommend coming during non-peak traffic time, and youll see what I mean. Parking: Parking during non-peak hours isnt too hard, it is standard for any strip mall plaza parking, but it isnt much compared to the neighboring Walmart Neighborhood market. Be sure to come during non-peak hours if you want a guaranteed spot.

Best PHO in Carrollton/Colony/Coppell/Lewisville area! The pho is top tier. Hot, fresh and delicious broth. The meats are tender and the broth cooks them to perfection. The noodles were delicious (not soggy as if the noodles have been in the broth for hours). They offer all the fresh garnishes like Thai basil, jalepeno, bean sprout and lime. Hoisin, soy sauce and of course, siracha. Their shrimp fried rice is great and offer customizable spice levels of 1 to 4. More of a dry spice/dry heat rather than an oil type of spice-incredibly delicious!! Wide variety of beverages from fresh limeades and Vietnamese coffee to coke products served with a cup of ice. The atmosphere is great and you can tell they take great pride in cleanliness and modern decor while also keeping it authentic with their menus underneath well maintained clear table liners. The staff was super friendly and our waitress was thoughtful, effective and accommodating. She really embodied what great customer service is. She is amazing. Repeat customer for sure.

They did not have chicken broth or any vegetarian broth options. Couldnt try the pho. The service was fine but it seemed like the Asian lady was managing the place. She had to give direction to the others, etc. They have a sign on the door saying understaffed so wait times will be longer. There was only 1 table sitting there eating & my order was the only to-go. Its very pricey also to basic fried rice but it tasted cooked right. They were stingy with the Sriracha packets (i understand that tho with the shortage), but also the soy packets. When we want to order something spicy on the online order page, we have to pay $0.50 for choosing our spice levels as if were paying for the cayenne power or peppers (whatever they use to make it spicy). But I found that crazy. So if you eat there, you can add as much Sriracha as you want because the whole bottle is on the table. They do give a lot of food for the high prices and its clean food.

Today my partner and I were feeling adventurous on what we wanted for our Sunday date night, and my partner is big on pho so we tried the Pho Big Bowl out. This incident may have occurred about 2 months ago, where I witnessed I believe the kitchen manager arguing with a customer in front of everyone. Apparently the customer informed that food she ordered wasn t what she expected, and was hoping to exchange it for something else. But was told that they don t do food exchanges. Either way, it was very unprofessional and unpleasant by the way the kitchen manager handled the situation. He even went as far as calling the customer the B word. For that reason, I wouldn t step foot back into this restaurant. At the end of the day, if a customer isn t satisfied with their food, why not just try making it right, vs taking it personal. It s just food for God s sake. Update: On 1/25/24 I got a response from the owner. This outlandish comment is yet another confirmation that these people are outright unprofessional & repulsive. She even went as far as assuming that I was the customer, whose name is mentioned in her response Melissa. They don t respect their customers personal info, and that s lack of business acumen. What if I had given the guy s name to the public who was arguing with the customer? The owner is even using profanity in her response, such as ( IDGAF ). We all know, including a kindergartener, what that acronym stands for. And for you the Owner to put this on a public forum is hideous, and tells me that you all don t take your business seriously. She has a track record of verbally assaulting and belittling customers. Just read through the comments to see the way she attack customers for voicing their opinions. They obviously can t take constructive criticism. This behavior will cause their untimely demise. This is America, so act civilized and stop acting like a Neanderthal. Pho broth tasted rather bland, nothing special. Pho was mostly noodles with 5-6 slices of meat that was just ok for $13. Try out Pho Pasteur II on Belt Line for a more authentic and flavorful broth. Biggest gripe was about the servers attitudes and atmosphere. Servers seem to have an unpleasant attitude, so the atmosphere did not feel that welcoming. It almost felt like we were being a nuisance by eating there. They also got our order wrong and did not apologize or seem apologetic, but rather it felt like it was our fault. Also, the manner in which the owners respond to negative reviews online also is very unprofessional for a business.
