stayed here for one night, this hotel is very nice and comfortable the beds are very luxury sheets, I would like to see the bathroom cleanliness stepped up a tad bit it was basically very clean but could use some more attention by the housekeepers . The front desk employee from yesterday night was extremely respectful and kind and got us extra towels when we needed them.

This place is like a hidden Gem. Rooms are spacious. Everything looked brand new and the cleanliness of everything was wonderful. Great big Bar area and the outside pool/lounge area is very large and full of places to sit and relax and tables to eat at. If I had anything negative to say about this hotel is the absence of a hot tub, but that alone isnt enough to keep me from staying here each time Im in town.

Nice hotel but no microwaves in the rooms and you have to order and pay extra for breakfast. Not great when the rooms are $200/night. Rooms: Nice rooms. Water pressure not so great. No microwave. They do have a mini fridge but it doesn t really get super cold. Food and drinks: Food bar really expensive. No breakfast buffet.

If you stay on a weekend request a room on the opposite side from the convention center and if it s not guaranteed, stay somewhere else. We are on the top floor and the music and bass is so loud that my child is trying to fall asleep with noise canceling headphones on. The staff here is great and everything is clean but don t expect to relax, terrible for hotel guests!

I want to thank the ladies at the front desk they were so accommodating and patient with my son who has autism. They made my day. Also to the ladies who work breakfast in the morning for going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so nice from the moment we walked in. I will definitely stay here again. Nearby activities: It was close enough to drive where we needed and we had an amazing time. Food and drinks: Everything we had was amazing and I got my kiddo at French toast, hes picky. So thats a plus.

The biggest lobby for a Courtyard that Ive ever seen. The room was clean and still feeling new. That showerhead, though, should be able to point more downward since there is no shower door. The bathroom floor can become a pond if youre not paying attention. The door to the room doesnt close smoothly, maybe a poor install or settling. Because of this, the door is set to close quickly and forcefully, which creates loud noises. I guess the other doors are like this as well because I heard them all night. I was here for only one morning, and the line for breakfast around 7am was about seven people and was slow moving. There was only one counter staff for all those rooms. However, there are a few restaurants open at this hour close by.

We decided to extend out stay two additional nights only to be charged for four additional nights. Rather than charging me for the additional two nights because I was already charged for two nights upon arrival, the incompetent staff member charged me for four nights instead of two. A $1,100 additional hold was placed on my bank card in addition to the $1,056 it cost to stay here for four days. When I contacted guest services to discuss the charges, instead of listening to me she kept trying to talk over me rather then providing quality customer service which is the reason for this poor review. For this reason, I would not stay here again or any Courtyard Marriott, nor do I even want to stay here for the next two nights but unfortunately I have paid three times the cost for the room and we do not leave TX for two more days. This $1,100 extra charge was the remainder of my spending money while on vacation so now the next two days of our trip has been ruined. In addition to piss poor service with guest services, the staff in the restaurant downstairs was less than pleasant as well. I will definitely stay somewhere else when I visit Austin again.

A great stay for an event that was being held at the hotel. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The event venue was nice the staff was great and friendly throughout our stay. Not a major deal breaker but for a Saturday night it seemed strange that with a large event happening in the hotel the hotel bar didn t open until 8 and closed by 1030. Typically when you stay at a hotel because an event is being held there a social gathering at the hotel bar is anticipated. Would recommend for staying overnight for its staff, modern appeal and cleanliness.

Very nice place. The staff was very nice. I was in a suite room and it was very spacious, although for me it was a family of 5 it seemed there werent enough towel racks nor hand racks, but we improvised. While there were 2 queen beds in my room and 1 sofa bed, I picked the sofa bed. First and foremost, the sofa bed is terrible. It was literally made of springs so I just grabbed the bedsheet in the closet and slept on the sofa. Not too big of a deal. In my opinion, surprisingly it was more comfortable than I thought. The TV had a good selection of channels. The wifi speeds are about 10 downloads and 10 uploads, good enough for watching YouTube and internet use. The window views are pretty nice as well. Overall the experience was nice. I didnt try out the other areas like the swimming pool because it was about 35 degrees outside but it looked pretty relaxing. Also, there is a Starbucks there as well as breakfast. Rooms: For the room I was in which was the suite, the room is a living room and a bedroom with a door between them for extra privacy. Bathroom is pretty spacious with the toilet in a separate little space and a door for privacy.

Pricey for how much you get, but I will say I had some of the best hashbrowns Ive ever tasted here. Otherwise a pretty good stay.

I will never stay here again if I come back to Austin ... Booked 2 nights and had a family emergency that meant I could only stay one night. When I check out and try to explain my situation, Im told they cannot refund my credit card for the second night. The only option they give me is to have a nights credit to stay at the same hotel sometime in the future! As a Silver elite Marriott customer, why would I return to this hotel when the service is so poor?

This was by far the worst experience I ve ever had at a hotel, nothing worked. We checked in late after a long drive, and the first thing we noticed was the TV wasn t working, then we tried to call front desk and found the phone wasn t working either. We then called with our call phones and someone came and fixed the tv (the same person that checked us in), at this point we were too tired to care and it wasn t really a problem, next we tried to order room service as they have a restaurant onsite, only to find out they don t do room service, you had to place a to-go order and pick it up. The tipping point however was the next day when we tried to use the toilet and found out it doesnt flush (there was no water in it to flush), after multiple attempts we had to call again and they sent up housekeeping instead of a plumber, now this is when we started to get frustrated. I called again and they informed me they didn t have someone available to fix it and all they could do is switch us to another room. We decided to check out at this point and leave this horrible place.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, and weve been to a lot. The front desk staff was always very pleasant and helpful, and requests were tended to right away. Our room was comfortable, spacious and very aesthetically pleasing. LOTS of counter and storage space everywhere and spacious vanity with bright lighting in the bathroom. Whoever designed the layout and details of the rooms did a phenomenal job. We couldnt have been more comfortable except maybe a bit more seating options in our King room (the loveseat was too deep to be comfortable without lots of pillows). And as is with all the Marriott branded hotels, the bed was oh so comfy. Thats our first requirement when looking for a hotel. The lobby was spacious and absolutely beautiful. We ate at The Bistro, conveniently located in the lobby, and breakfast was amazing. Thats the only meal we had since our stay was just one night. After continuing on our journey and staying at the next hotel, we wished we could have stayed at this wonderful hotel the entire time. We will definitely be back.

The soffit, above the bed, hold the pipes for the rooms above, so anytime someone flushed the toilet you heard it. The walls are incredibly thin! You can hear the TV in the room next door. My daughter and I checked in last night about 9pm, and Austin was at the front desk and helped me checked in. The downfall to this was I have never been to this location so I was not told were the Elevators was - thats strike 1. Nor were we greeted, Welcome to the Marriott ! Were walking in the lobby towards the conference room when I see the Bartender cleaning tables. I asked him, Would I be able to order a drink? He says, Food service stops at 9pm! I said no food - a drink? He says drinks stops at 10pm. Time now is 9:14pm - strike 2 I went upstairs after finding my way to the Elevators I saw someone getting off. This morning Saturday 9/25th, I awaken to use the bathroom and the water is shut off. No call, no text, no curiosity knock on our door, no text via - BONVOY App, no complementary water UNEXCEPTABLE!! I call downstairs and Melissa answers and explain its the city not Marriott - NEVER ASKED DO you guys need anything? Water, we have bottles.....NOTHING!! AS long as Ive been a Marriott Bonvoy Member, I have never seen this type of treatment. I have a wedding to attend today and have no way of getting ready! It is now 11:21 am and Im forced to check out to find another hotel room so we can shower and get dress. I understand its out of your control if the city shuts down the water, BUT NOT OUT OF YOUR CONTROL TO GIVE A CURIOSITY TO YOUR GUEST - PLATINUM MEMBERS AT LEAST A TEXT VIA THE BONVOY APP. I paid for my room for stay for 14hrs not a whole 24hr stay and I need some type of compensation - whether its through my app or points because this is NOT COOL NOR PROFESSIONAL!!

Would not recommend if youre a person of Darker Skin. The Manager Don singled me out of all the people which all were white, asked me if I need help as if I was lost . An told me to wait up front outside the lobby, which is open to the public by the way. He told me he had guest coming in this week and didnt want me in the lobby at all, even though Im a guest and spend my hard earned money here. Which none of the people inside are wearing mask besides me. An they tried to say he didnt want me around them?? Like Im going to sit right next to them. Which made no sense. He approached me first and followed me around the hotel being passive aggressive, once I asked him what his name was, he asked me who my managers name was which is none of his business and made me uncomfortable. Then, he proceeded to tell me to leave an to not come back without any explanation, when I did nothing wrong . He would of threatened to call the cops Im sure. Its truly disappointing to be racially discriminated in 2021 by a so called Manager (Don, white guy upfront with the stomach) of your business an honestly that type of behavior should be unacceptable. This is a business open to the public an I should have as much equal opportunity as the next person regardless of my skin color an shouldnt singled out an told to wait outside.

Mighty disappointed in this Marriott. Our stay was 5 nights and it was not the best experience. I would suggest skip this location if you have other options. Food is NOT free as others have stated in their reviews. We gave up after the $13 buffet on our first morning was just a step below ihop quality. But hey, the coffee is free during the weekend-only buffet. The staff were attentive and nice. But, after that we found our meals elsewhere. One of two elevators was broken. By the look of the faded and tattered signs on the doors, it had been out of order for quite awhile. Everyone had to share one elevator which became a big time issue because we had to wait upwards of 10 minutes or more for it to arrive. The check-in times were more. Sometimes you had to wait even longer because there were so many people you couldnt get on. Forget about social distancing! The room not only smelled like wet dog a little, it wasnt clean. In the room we found food and trash from previous occupants. Yuck! The sheets were okay, but dont put your nose to the comforter. Not fresh. Mud (we hope) was not cleaned up in the elevator doorway on the 2nd floor the whole length of our visit. Floors in the elevator and lobby felt dirty in general. The beds were tight. Closer in width to a full than to the queen size advertised. There was frayed carpet and stains on the walls. The cabinet for the coffee maker and fridge rendered them almost unusable. I could barely make coffee because it was on the top shelf. The fridge fit our needs for refrigeration of meds, but was really tiny, much smaller than a dorm size fridge. No microwave in room or available on the floor. The internet was not password protected and we found spyware after using it. Not surprisingly, I had to strip that out of our phones and computers. So dont use internet at this location unless you go through a VPN. We liked the mattresses on the beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby and outdoor areas were nice. Plenty of towels upon request. We liked the convenience of the location. Parking lot was well lighted. There are USB plugs in the rooms for charging devices.

This is a beautiful location. Beautiful lobby, beautiful rooms. I really loved the shower, too. The beds were super comfy. I couldn t even hear the people above me nor people in the hallway!! The front desk was amazing and friendly and the bistro staff were also outstanding, kind, and professional. I didn t catch her name, but the lady at the bistro who makes the food and takes the orders deserves a raise in my opinion. She is so nice and goes out of her way for her job!!! Whenever I m in the area, this is the hotel I will stay at. Beautiful place and kind staff. This is the hotel to stay at!! The hotel was also clean.

Here is my story, title as Fellow meets Marriott . ( Fast forwarding ) upon arriving to the location, it was a easy comfortable drive from Austin airport to Courtyard by Marriott ( hotel where Ill be staying ). The parking lot is well kept and clean. As I made the approach, passing the 2 double sliding doors, I was double hit with such great clean detail and an amazing smell. Now, inside of the Courtyard, everything was clean, well detail with their materials and easy access from the entrance to check-in point and to the elevator ( sad only one was working). At check-in, I was warmly welcome and was given with their outmost professional and caring service. As I turned around to head to the elevator, I notice their pool and a modern beautiful bistro bar. In the hallway , as I make my way to the room, everything seem clean and well kept. In the room, everything was nice, clean, very space all around. For those who work to keep the room nice and neat, you guys did amazing to our room. Days went on and my experience couldnt be any better. As departing shines over the horizon, I must say that a fellow who has meet with Marriot - seeks to meet again. These man and women aims highest and beyond to cater for us as customer, and this weekend they have achieved it. Thank you all at the Courtyard by Marriott and see you guys soon. I highly recommend it, pay my friends a visit.

Not good, elevator was out and to walk up two flights of stairs with a baby, no microwave in the room, the refrigerator was tiny. The elevator was eventually fixed but it time to check out. Otherwise very clean but probably will stay elsewhere next time Im in town.

This Courtyard in Pflugerville is amazing. The service from the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping was above and beyond excellent. My guest room was clean and they gave us extra towels before arrival. This hotel anticipate our every need in advance. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the 24 hour fitness center. This hotel is Pflugerville hospitality 100 percent.

This hotel is beautifully designed and has all the amenities you couldnt ask for more in this small town outside of Austin. However, our experience with this hotel last night Saturday (3/13/2020) was the absolute worst hotel experience Ive ever had. We stayed on the 3rd level and was immediately awake at 2am by loud voices, jumping, and dropping heavy things on the floor above us. My husband went up to the 4th floor to speak to the young hispanic kids about the noise but no one ever answered the door. So I told him to just call guest services because it was beyond crazy and loud. Guest services told us she would call them and speak with them. The noises and banging became even worst to the point we had to call the police. Hotel management didnt do a thing to help solve the noise issue. I feel sorry for the room next four to them. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. This PLACE WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDED TO ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY MEMBERS. I am definitely going to write a letter to Corporate about this hotel and their management services.

We stopped in before a design center meeting nearby thinking we can get some food. We parked at the center and walked over there. Unfortunately, during Covid, the restaurant was typically closed during lunch time on a weekday and no other places in walking distance were serving lunch. Enter Peter the cook at the Courtyard Marriott restaurant . He was willing to fire up the grill and cook us some pizza and wings. Wouldn t accept a tip and was genuinely happy to help us out! The food was great as well! My wife said what that an act of genuine authenticate kindness. Have not seen that in awhile. We weren t even staying there and he treated us like guests in his home. Could not have said it better myself.

Large TV in the room (looks like 55). Its wall-mounted, and rotates. The AC is easy to use, and is accurate. Bed is comfortable, and the rooms are clean and modern. The front-desk attendant is very nice and accommodating. The shower is large. No issues, will stay again! Edit: While staying here, an issue arose. At 2AM, and the smoke/fire alarm went off and woke me up. I went downstairs, looking for smoke, fire, a crowd... and nothing. The alarm was only sounding in my room... Confused, I went to the front desk, and they had no record of any alarm. I went back to bed, and once again at 4AM, that high-pitched, ear-shattering sound... The hotel staff was super nice and apologetic. They moved me, and the manager gave me the night for free. Customers Service is Righteous at Marriott

We stayed here due to the storms in texas knocking out our power at home. This hotel was absolutely amazing. They offer three hot meals per day (maybe limited menu due to the storm, or maybe this is how they always operate). Regardless it was all really delicious and the staff was SO accommodating despite short staffing. You could tell the cashier had to do the duties of delivering food, answering questions, ringing up orders and pouring drinks. Despite all of that they did a fantastic job and were so friendly. The rooms were very nice with built in netflix on the TVs in every room. Microwave and mini fridge were both in our room despite the fact the website does not mention microwaves in their amenities. I was very pleased by this. While I was unsuccessful getting through ahead of our stay to ask a question using the main phone number, I assume this is not typical and due to the amount of traffic at the hotel because of so many displaced residents nearby. Finally I would like to recognize Joe England as being the friendliest person ever, despite the circumstances that brought so many people into the hotel this week- he was a delight to talk to and he seems to genuinely love his job. I look forward to referring out of town guests to the courtyard Marriott Pflugerville

First, I want to note that I have only written one previous review regarding a bad experience I had with a restaurant... so a positive review is new to me. So here we go... From 2/15/2021 to 2/18/2021 Central Texas (and nearly all of Texas) experienced a black out due to winter storms that resulted in both dangerous ice and snow. No power, no water and very limited resources throughout the greater Austin area. My wife and I came to the Marriott in hopes that we could find a place warmer than our home. Phones were down so we drove to the hotel as a last resort in thinking that we could secure a room. Even with an under-staffed hotel, we were eventually able to book a room. When I say understaffed, I mean that there was one front desk employee (Austin), one chef, one housekeeper, one bartender/waitress and the hotel manager (who stayed at the hotel working 16 hour days the entire time).Though there was no power or water for the first day and a half, the staff went to extreme measures to ensure that we were taken care of. The front desk made sure that we had what we needed - blankets, snacks, room for our pets and enough beds for all of us to feel comfortable. On the night of our arrival, the chef (and only employee on kitchen staff) managed to whip up burgers for every guest which were then given to us free of charge. This could be credited to the back up generators that they were able to use for the first floor. From then on, we were able to eat hot meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner all the way to moment we checked out. In a time of craziness, the staff, though few in numbers, made our stay a full hospitable experience. While so many went without warmth, water for the toilets (which we were given buckets of pool water to use for flushing...very creative) and food, we were able to live comfortably. It was not long before we slowly had luxuries return. First we had power, next we had WiFi (which I will say was great given that the hotel offers awesome features such as Netflix, HBO, etc at no cost) and finally we had water. Not to mention we had a full service bar run by only one employee... taking both drink orders and food orders working with only the food, liquor and beer that was in stock. We were served everything from chili and breakfast sandwiches to Cesar salad with grilled chicken and pulled pork sandwiches. We were living the good life. For some who, I think expectations were very high... given the circumstances, we were treated more than well. This being said, I have referred this hotel to family members in the past who have had wonderful experiences with this hotel operating at full capacity. I have also used the hotel while my house underwent 3 months of construction. A test to hospitality would always be consistency- that which they have provided. Whether the hotel is fired up and fully staffed or in the middle of a COVID ridden pandemic alongside a weather crisis, the Marriott in Pflugerville is the RIGHT and ONLY place you should consider when looking for a place to lay your head. 10 stars is not an option, so 5 is the best I can rate this great establishment. Kudos to the staff, and those whos names I didnt get, for doing a great job day-in and day-out for a week we will never forget.

Lovely new property located very conveniently on toll road 130. Very easy access with plenty of free parking. This is a more modern style hotel, perhaps geared more toward business or group travel than individual. Public spaces upon entry are rather small, but nicely done. Very good front desk service. Room was quite nice. Good size with nice layout. Bathroom was also nicely designed. Breakfast area was good enough. Food was expensive but decent. With serving Starbucks the coffee products were pricey. Good old fashioned coffee self service would have been really appreciated, as I never use in-room coffee makers (who knows if they have ever been cleaned?). My husband and I stayed here on business. Our only complaint was with housekeeping. Upon arrival we noticed the television remote was missing. A call to the front desk remedied that very quickly. During our stay the housekeeper would never refill the coffee pods that my husband used, and he would have to round them up himself. The free bottled water was never replenished, either. I kept watching a long, dark hair on the bathroom floor (not ours) to see if it got swept up....nope. Main takeaway: nice hotel with a few housekeeping issues. When I m in the area again I will be happy to stay here as there are more positives to this nice, new property.
