No customer service skills what so ever. I work in the hospitality industry so I m very aware of the standards. There was no greeting. I stood at the register still no greeting or I ll be right with you. The girl working walked over and asked what I wanted. Waited for my order still no greeting from anyone walking in or thank you for orders being placed online. Then I recieved my cup with smoothie all down the sides. Smoothie tasted good but would have been a lot better spending my money were you feel welcomed

I expect my 44 oz cup to be full! I spend a lot of money at Smoothie King and that is the least that could be done! I actually complained about it and was pretty much told they would not do anything and that is how they are made. All other locations have no issue with filling the cup completely full. It makes me feel like I am bieng taken advantage of. Yet again, today I got the same less than should be smoothie-----you need to do better Little Elm, I spend $10 which is a lot now days on a smoothie, it should be full!!!!!!

This place is alright. Normally, the smoothie I get tastes different every time, so Ill assume they dont follow measurements if thats how it works. The last time I came, I was short 36 cents. However, the employee gave the person in front of me an entire free drink because he didnt bring his money. However, when It came to my 36 cents, I ended up having to go outside to get it. I think it was kind of weird how she would give someone an entire drink thats around 10$ for free, but make a big deal about 36cents. The people who work here arent so friendly. There are like two. However, hospitality is alright.

I just got out of Smoothie King located on 423 . I ordered 32 oz Immune Builder and added Vitamin D. When paying cash after the cashier took the money, he told me he couldnt open the drawer. I didnt have a card and requested to speak with a manager. With no luck or respect, he told me I needed to download the app and pay with a card. No apologies for the inconvenience. Just take it or leave it. So sad

I love the Pineapple Surf, and my daughter loves the Angel Food. Isaiah and the crew do a good job making my smoothies every time I visit. If you are able to order Bangs in the Star Burst, Black Cherry Vanilla, Cherry Blade Limonade, and/or Citrus Twist, I would be so happy to buy them from you!

Don t get a smoothie bowl if you want fast service they will take orders for regular smoothies & make theirs before they start making your bowl. Waited 35 mins for a half full bowl while everyone else with regular smoothies was out within 10 mins. Not fair at all to be sitting there watching other people place a order & be out before you.

Usually a great smoothie experience, just not today. 3 people working, 1 mopping, the other 2 at the counter. None of them greeted me upon entering, 1 of the 2 at the register just kept doing what he was doing like I wasnt even standing there. I asked for Xtra peanut butter in my smoothie as I always get, didnt get it. I had to go home, pop the smoothie in my own blender and add the peanut butter myself. Not on their A game today.

The smoothie I ordered had so much cocoa, it was impossible to drink. I called to let them know. They said it was hit or miss for that particular smoothie. Hit or miss what? Drinkable vs. Non-drinkable? I told the young lady that I was unable to go back until the next day. I heard a sigh, and she asked when will I return. She was not ugly but clearly lacked communication skills and understanding. I wasn t yelling or insulting her. I just wanted what I paid for.

SK has lost its touch on the Watermelon Hydration drink. It is not worth the price when its icy consistency is no better than a 7-11 Slurpee. Ive had 2 occasions at this location and same at the Aubrey 380 location. The Prosper location still has it right.

Customer service was not good. Employee by the name of Joseph was mouthing off about my wife while my kids were still inside because she forgot something in the car and had to go back. She wasnt holding up the line and she ended up leaving a tip. Not a great impression on little ones, especially since they go there for a treat once in a while.

Came here a few days ago- service is great, and all the workers are so kind! Wish they had better COVID precautions. I saw several patrons without masks, and once the mandate lifts tomorrow, I m worried it will only get worse. There are no shields separating work stations from patrons. Worried for the safety of the workers and for nasty germs to get into the cups/ingredients/etc. Everywhere else has shields, even most other smoothie king locations I ve been to! You d think this location would have caught on by now. Disappointing.

Maybe I caught them on a bad night but the staff was lifeless and my smoothie was extremely disappointing. To specify, the staff wasnt rude. They were just going through the routine in complete silence and made it awkward to be in there. The smoothie had 3 different fruits but I only tasted banana. Felt like I wasted 10 bucks.

I always love Smoothie King!! I really love the meal replacement smoothies for my lunch, I clean houses and I do not have to stop and eat, I can just sip my smoothie and keep on working. They have so many smoothies to choose from too, I like all the vegan ones, especially the daily warrior, keeps me full and energized for over 5 hours. I have the app so am always getting $2 off and Fridays are $5, the meal replacements are $6.

I am a frequent customer and usually have no complaints but yesterday 6-13-19, I walk in with my kids and I see another customer sitting in a chair with his filthy, dirty shoes propped up on one of the tables. I was taken aback at this because I sometimes sit with my family at these tables and put my smoothies on them. I m just wondering why no one on staff said anything to this gentleman? If I was the owner and saw this, I would be hammering this guy for his lack of awareness and manners.

Big shout out to Little Elm Smoothie King....I always forget to do their surveys from the tickets. So Im going to brag on them here. The staff is always so friendly. When they are busy, their attitude never changes, actually I think they get happier, haha. The staff seem to really love their jobs and it reflects. My 2 year old daughter is their BIGGEST fan. She usually gets a standard Kid smoothie, but yesterday she wanted just blueberries. It was requested and they made it happen and she was over excited about it. We love our Smoothie King!!! Keep making Little Elm Happy!

We ordered the lil angel , angel food and mango fest with protein. Great favors and always fresh. I love the fast customer service. My kids love the lil angel with protein because its strawberry and banana flavor. We used our toll tag perks to get a coupon of buy one get one free. Most people have a toll tag which makes it so convenient. We have one very close to us that we just found out about. That makes us super happy.

I have given this location roughly 10 shots... and never have they handed me a good smoothie. Every time I would take the smoothie and drink it even though it was terrible. Well this last time I decided it was enough. I went back in and said something is off with this smoothie like its missing ingredients. Well they were nice enough to make it again... took a drink and it was terrible. I dont like to complain so I just threw it away. This is very unfortunate because this location is convenient but I will from now on drive to one of 3 locations around that are further.
