Fulkerson Group has gone above and beyond for us in getting our dream home. As second home owners now, our first experience wasnt a very good as we lacked knowledge and our agents werent helpful at all. The Fulkerson group truly goes above and beyond what is required or expected of them. Buying a home, while living out of town, was a challenge for us. We needed more than an average real estate agent. We needed one who could fill in the gaps, communicate accurately and timely, and solve immediate problems if/when they arise. Brett Fulkerson did that on every level. He is still willing to help us until we get settled, and one cannot ask for more than that. Trusting that a real estate agency will have the sellers or buyers needs in mind can be a challenge. While we did narrow our choices before contacting Fulkersons, we relied on their experience to help us see the good, the bad, and the ugly of each hone we considered. They helped us feel confident about good purchases, but also be weary of houses that would need a lot of (expensive) work. Anyone can help you sell or buy a house, but not everyone will go the proverbial extra mile. The Fulkerson group is certainly a real estate agency that will.

Brett Fulkerson was amazing in helping my family and I to find our first home. He was attentive, always responded and quickly but best of all answered all our questions, even repeated ones and he worked with our schedules. It took us a few months and a couple pauses in searching before we we found a place but he was there every step of the way. Thanks for all the help through our ups and downs!
