BOOK THIS VENUE!! I can t recommend it enough! I got married there in December 2023 and it was absolutely perfect. Everyone who attended said the venue was stunning and the perfect setting for a wedding. We had Shannon Moore as our day of coordinator and because of her, everything went so smoothly. She helped plan out our day to the minute and provided guidance on how to layout our seating chart. With her taking the lead on the day, I didn t have to worry about a single thing and I could just enjoy my day! I am so happy I chose Beckendorff Farms to host my special day!

We could not have asked for a better place to have our reception!! Our wedding coordinator (Caroline) helped us feel so comfortable and confident that our wedding day was going to go perfectly. She helped answer, any questions, give advice, and was overall our biggest cheerleader leading up to the wedding!! Beckendorff farms is worth every penny!!

Beckendorff Farms far exceeded our expectations for a wedding venue, from the family-run mentality, beautiful grounds and all that Trevor and the rest of the staff did to make your day as stress-free as possible!! We had people rave about this venue and just how perfect it was for our wedding ceremony and reception. They do exactly what they say they re going to do and more, are down to earth and incredibly reasonable - If I m in the market for an event venue at any point in the future, I d book them again in a heartbeat!! My husband and I had our DREAM wedding at Beckendorff Farms. Everything was beyond what my husband and I were expecting the venue was absolutely gorgeous, and my guests are still talking about how beautiful the Barn is. Beckendorff was the first and only venue we toured before making our decision. Paige was the first person who helped us, she has amazing customer service skills, answered my many questions over the phone and then helped me find a time to tour around our busy schedule. Blake then helped us with the tour of the barn. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent with all costs, which we appreciated very much. He took the time to break down all costs and has great relationships with food venders. They show you the average costs of the venue, food, and bar combined for the day of the week that you would like to have your wedding. On top of all of that you get a FREE coordinator for your big day. We adored our coordinator, Stacey Beckendorff. She is the sweetest, most down to earth person, that will help you with all of your wedding needs. We had the opportunity to meet with her twice to finalize all decisions and she organized our wedding minute by minute to ensure that all events in our wedding ran smoothly. I was able to get ready without stressing about my special day because I could trust that Stacey could help all my venders and special guests get organized. We cannot thank you enough for making our special day so perfect. Please go support this family business, your wedding day will be perfect, and you will love the Beckendorff Family by the end of it!

We had our wedding at Beckendorff Farms and we have not a single negative thing to say about them. Everything, from the booking process to our grand exit, was so easy and painless. Shannon was our assigned wedding coordinator and I can t say enough good things about her. She was super helpful and knowledgeable and also very responsive if I needed anything. On the day of, she kept everything running smoothly and on schedule while also giving us time to have fun with our guests. She even picked up our cookie cakes, which were our groom s cakes, on the morning of our wedding. The farm is a beautiful venue and our guests kept telling us how much they loved it! We got married on a 100 degree day so we were worried about it being hot inside but the ACs were enough to keep everyone cool. We chose Two Forks as our caterer and had two kinds of pasta with green beans and salad and the food was delicious! Two of my favorite things about Beckendorff Farms were 1) their prices were shown with catering and 2) their price included a wedding coordinator. Every other venue I looked at did not include catering with their prices so it was nice how straightforward the price was here. I also liked not having to set up, tear down, coordinate our vendors, or decorate. We dropped off our decorations the night before and everything was set up before our guests arrived for cocktail hour while we were making our way from the church where our ceremony was. Overall, we can t say enough good things about Beckendorff Farms and how great our wedding there turned out. We can t recommend it enough!

never gave the top tier of our wedding cake, staff that lost our guestbook so nobody got to sign it, overcharged us for security and didn t tell us til the end of the night, never got our security deposit back or the frame that they promise to all couples when you tour, turned the lights off so it was pitch black when we were still cleaning up, and more. Beckendorff ruined so many other aspects of my wedding day and I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone. I am upset that what should ve been simple things and easy fixes were taken away from me and my husband that we will never get back from our day. Brides, I m begging you to look elsewhere please!

Beckendorff Farms was a DREAM! From our first visit of the place with Blake (the owner) and the awesome history of the barn to our wedding day with the ever so amazing Shannon who made our wedding day absolutely seamless. We felt so lucky to have our reception here and were just blown away with the beauty, the professionalism, the collaboration, literally everything. If you want a place to impress your guests, no hassle for you or your hubby, and to scream romantic....THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. We loved the place, we loved the story, and most importantly we loved Shannon! Shannon was our day of coordinator that was included with the Beckendorff package, which is crazy! She made herself always readily available, was supportive, and always had tabs on my groom at the reception (lol along with Trevors help). I am so forever grateful for the Beckendorff Farms team and would choose them again if I had to do it over. Im still waiting on my wedding day pics which would totally show the beauty of it all, but here is a photo from my bridal shoot (which they allow you to take on their property). It is a nice and a big place, we went for a company Christmas party, the only thing that really we didnt like is that the main entrance it is completely dark plus the GPS sends you to an entrance that is not, if you are not familiar with the place for sure you will pass, they should light the entrance well.

Beckendorff Farms deserves a 1000 star review! Ashley, Blake and all the Beckendorff staff were incredible. From the very first tour all the way through the weeks after the wedding, they were by my side. Ashley answered every question I asked (even if I asked the same question five times) and she always answered with a smile on her face. Even in the midst of ever changing covid19 chaos, the staff at Beckendorff Farms made everything go off without a hitch! Ashley made me feel so taken care of; I never had to worry for a second. Im behind on writing my wedding reviews but better late than never! Beckendorff was the first venue we visited and we instantly fell in love. We met with the owner, Blake who gave us a tour and he was so down to earth it definitely made us like the place even more. Everything was thorough and clear on the contracts so we knew what we could bring in and what cant. I understand some other venues are a little more lax and some Brides/Grooms would want certain things at their wedding. I would advise you to read through the paperwork, we were fine with the restrictions because they were reasonable to us. Weve visited a few other venues and it didnt give us that WOW feeling like we had when we first step foot in Beckendorff. I liked the fact they offered many things in their package, my favorite was the day of coordinator. We were assigned to Caroline and it was a match made in heaven. She was the best thing that ever happened during wedding planning and our wedding day. She is extremely informative, organize, and stern but nice at the same time. She helped me with all my questions in regards to planning and what was needed or not. On my wedding day, I had an issue with my photographer (he was marching at he beat of his own drum) and Caroline was there to keep us on time and moving things along. Our wedding day was perfect and we did not notice any blunders. Im not even sure if there were any. They have multiple day of coordinators and I highly recommend Caroline. Im not sure if theres a request process but ask for her, you wont be disappointed.

This review is long overdue but as I watch our wedding highlight video I teleport right back to our unforgettable weekend! I wish I could give it 1000 stars. We luckily were able to book BF on short notice since outdoor summer weddings in Texas are not very popular. We held our reception here since our ceremony had to be held at our religious center but everything was perfect. Our guests having fun was most important to us as we planned and we were hesitant to book a reception venue almost an hour away from the ceremony but would not change one thing looking back. Shannon (MVP), her team and Blake were all very helpful whenever we had questions and a pleasure to work with. We met with Shannon on our designated meeting days which were productive but also like meeting up with an old friend. She will help make your wedding dreams come to fruition. This venue is unlike any other with its own charm and history. Our guests were in awe upon entering and we were told by most that this was the best wedding they had ever attended. Hannah at Edges Wild Studio added her own magic to BF to make it look even better the night of and Id highly recommend pairing BF + Edges Wild, they make one hell of a team. Beckendorff Farms is an absolutely stunning wedding venue. My wife and I fell in love immediately with the authentic barn and family attitude of staff. While it is expensive, we are happy with our choice and felt that we got what we paid for. Everyone keeps telling us how beautiful of a wedding we had! Paige was very helpful during our tour and initial setup, then we had Caroline as our day of planner. At our time, Caroline was still fairly new and she CRUSHED it. During the months leading up to the wedding she was very helpful with our many questions, then truly managed the wedding day. It would not have been the same without the BF family. Thank you.

Amazing venue!!!!! This was the first place we looked at. We feel in love with the story behind the venue and the look and feel. The rest just made it even better! Paige was fantastic in answering any questions I had and responds to emails so quick. The venue provides a 30 day wedding coordinator and omg that was the best! Shannon went above and beyond!! Let s see where to start...I ll start from the beginning. During our drive to Beckendorff Farms for our initial tour, my (then) fiancé and I were debating whether we should go or not because the venue is really far from where we live. We didn t want to be rude so we went anyways and it was the best decision we ve ever made. We met Blake (owner) and he was soooo nice and down-to-earth. He was working on the farm in his overalls! He gave us a tour of the farm. The moment we stepped into the barn, we just knew. You know that butterfly feeling you get in stomach when you re completely in awe, well we both felt it. We knew then that BF was our place. (We toured over 10 venues prior.) Majority of the time we were communicating with Paige via email. She was always patient and kind despite my gazillion questions. She answered right away!! I don t think the girl even sleeps. Everyone was unbelievably accommodating! On the day of our wedding, my (then) fiancé and the groomsmen were out fishing at BF. They had a blast! Blake even dropped by and gave them live bait!! So sweet! And the MVP goes to Mrs. Shannon Moore. She was our wedding coordinator. I didn t meet her until a month before our wedding, but she has that personality that people just click with immediately. She made sure I had my dream wedding from the beginning to the end. I wanted a special bouquet toss and our florist forgot to add ribbons and Shannon literally went out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted. She s just unbelievable. OH! My dress was really long even when it was bustled, Shannon was on the ground putting safety pins while I was dancing. I mean who does that? If I had known her before, I would have made her my Matron of Honor! Haha. All in all, I am beyond happy and grateful to the Beckendorff family/team. My wedding was PERFECT! Hands down the best wedding, we ve ever attended. Not being biased or anything. :) From the bottom of out hearts, thank you so much for the best day of our lives. Attended a wedding at this venue and it was stunning. The barn has two chandeliers inside that are stunning and set the ambiance. Friends decided to get married on the pond side and it was a short walk over. Bathrooms are very accommodating for large crowds and so is parking. It s rather odd that you must drive through someone s property and in front of their home to reach this venue. Gun shots went off in the distance, which is normal to Texas, but honky was also heard since you re close to the road which is the negative star. If you re searching for a chic and rustic place, this is your venue. Cheers and enjoy friends.

This place is gorgeous.Blake, one of the owners, showed us around and clearly had a passion and extensive knowledge about the history of the barn frame. We loved how forthright he was about our questions, and really left the tour feeling like they would be just as focused on our wedding being perfect as we were. Definitely at the top of our list as we tour other venues. Loved that it had indoor and outdoor ceremy options.

My now husband and I cannot say enough about Beckendorff Farms. This venue will always have a special place in our hearts. The first time I saw the barn, I fell in love with the venue and the Beckendorff family. I had seen several other venues in the area beforehand, and none compared. Blake and Stacey Beckendorff take pride in their beautiful property and treat each couple with sincerity; they have created something so special. Shannon Moore was our wonderful coordinator. She helped us negotiate with vendors, handled all the chaos a wedding day can bring, and through it all, has truly become a friend to us. Lastly, Paige who responded to our emails so quickly and with such love and respect. Thank you, Beckendorff Farms!

This venue is perfect in every way. Our wedding was wonderful and lovely for many reasons, but one of the biggest reasons is this BECKENDORFF FARMS!!!!! And the incredible staff that comes with it :) We were cared for and taken care of in the best ways. Wed get married here again and again and again if we could!!!!!

Great rustic facility out in the middle of the country. Huge country barn with modern amenities to hold an event for 300 guests or less. The treated concrete floor doubles as a dance floor. They have bathrooms for guests. Parking is ample, not paved - gravel. They allow you to bring in your own caterer, not sure if they provide the bar or thats through a caterer as well. Make sure you plug it into your GPS prior to heading out. Some attendees said their gps took them to the wrong place and had to call others that were there to help guide them. Enjoy!

Everything about this venue was phenomenal! The venue itself is absolutely amazing and breathtaking and the staff on site is incredible. Shannon did an outstanding job with our event and couldnt have been more helpful especially in a stressful situation dealing with us and our planning! Blake is one of the nicest, kind, considerate people Ive ever met in my life and Im so thankful that we chose to have our event there. Everything about Beckendorff Farms is amazing and it completely outshines any other venues not just in Houston but in all of Texas. They are wonderful and you definitely wont regret working with them. They make your dreams become reality!

My husband and I got married early April at Beckendorff Farms and we both cannot recommend this venue enough. We had the time of our lives at the wedding and everyone at the venue went above and beyond to make it special for us. We are still getting comments from guests about how beautiful the venue was and how great of a time they had. The venue is somewhat rustic but can easily be glammed up especially considering the chandeliers in the middle of the barn. We enjoyed the use of the bridal suite and utilized the separate area for us to have dinner away from everyone for a few quite minutes alone before the party started (I highly recommend this). To be frank I did not exactly have a vision for our wedding and ultimately just wanted to get married and have a good time. They were able to steer us in the right direction when we didn t have opinions on certain things and made things work when we wanted somethings a little out of the norm. Contract wise the transaction went super smoothly. In an industry that constantly has hidden costs Beckendorff Farms was up front with all costs and in my opinion very reasonably priced for the level of service you get. Shannon was our coordinator and she did an amazing job. Every minute we spent with her she gave us her undivided attention and supported with whatever we needed even beyond what would normally be asked of a coordinator. I truly felt like she loved her job and she was excited for us to get married there. If you are lucky if enough to work with her you will not regret it! Overall the team at Beckendorff Farms provides you with high quality service and if you decided to book with them I know you will be happy with your decision.

The barn was unique. It had the old style wood structure way back in the day was unique in that time and had a small addition for a wedding ceremony and the big part of the barn was for party and Gathering. I was there to witness a wedding of a friends daughter and it had an awesome party afterwards. Had a great time looking at the old barn that was built well.

I do not even know where to begin on Beckendorff farms! The venue is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I still have my guest comment about the venue. I love that they have an outdoor and indoor option for the ceremony. I had the wedding of my dreams and they made everything come together so perfectly. Stacey and Shannon took care of every detail the day of the wedding and I didnt have to worry about anything. All my bridesmaids and me got ready at the venue and Shannon made it so fun for us and she is great to hang out with! The whole team is great to work with from the beginning to the end. It was such an easy process and the communication was always clear. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! The details of the barn are just beautiful. I can not recommend Beckendorff enough. Seriously, amazing!
