My nieces and I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful employee, Moulin. ( sorry if I didn t spell it right girly ) and I just had to drop by and say that she brightened our day. She s so authentic and genuine and lovely and she was so sweet to my nieces! While I m here I won t go to any other Starbucks! Our drinks were perfect and our experience was unforgettable! Terrible customer service in particular. Lane was an absolute horror to deal with. I have a Service animal and I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I was not only berated and felt belittled to the point that I am shaking, but I was argued with and treated with the upmost disrespect that I have ever experienced. They not only questioned me on having a service animal questioned as to why I had one and then wanted to go into detail of the reason for me having a service animal and then had an attitude the whole time. I will never step foot in this Starbucks again.

I woke up in gratitude today and God rewarded my faithfulness to remember to continue to serve others with a pure heart! Today I have to shout out Liz for being outstanding. She was such a kind soul today and a blessing when she handed me my Matcha tea! I believe that there are amazing people in the world and today Liz exemplified just that. I came in today to get a couple coffees. One shaken espresso for my wife. Light ice (to not dilute the coffee) and no cream or sweeteners (she adds her own) There was one vehicle in line, it took a while to get through. When I got my coffee, the order to add cream was corrected, but the coffee was overfilled. Instead of coffee being dumped out to make room for cream, it was filled to the brim. That made a mess in my car. Hint: a stopper and lid isnt water tight, the pressure from picking up your coffee makes it spill, and hot liquids compromise the seal made with the lid. Its gentle slosh proof under ideal conditions, not water tight under over-full conditions. I would have preferred one less swallow of coffee to cleaning up a mess. After transferring the coffee into my Yeti at home, the bottom was full of grounds. Not something youd expect from a professional coffee establishment. Ill stick with the longer drive to crossroads, or hope the new Oak Point location trains with better quality controls.

I do a mobile order pick up here almost every morning. It s always ready to go when I get there and the team members are literally the nicest I have ever encountered at a Starbucks. They actively go out of their way to start your day on a positive note. Every time I walk in I m greeted with a smile and good morning. Sometimes someone is complimenting my outfit sometimes they ve written a cute message on my cup. The energy is just always so positive and I look forward to stopping by each day!

For a quick coffee or to get a quick bite, Starbucks has always been the place for me to go. My favorite order at Starbucks is a Caramel Frappe with a cake pop. The staff is friendly and the wait time is reasonable for how busy this place gets during the evenings. The only downfall is this place does not have a drive through so you would need to go inside to pickup your order.

Good customer service when I ordered until a worker mopped over my foot . In which he did apologize but why would you be moping next to a customer in the first place . From that moment I knew everything else would go down hill. The barista asked someone how to make my drink when I ordered a basic menu drink mocha cookie crumble frapp . The frapp was so watery and not even the mocha color I m unsure if she put too much milk or what but it was gross will never be back to this location. Just wanted to shout-out to today s staff for awesome service and their kindness!! From the time I walked inside I was greeted by two baristas, then at the register and had a lovely interaction with the cashier (hey Josh, Sam + Vickey!) I ve now been sitting for a couple of hours and love the interactions I m seeing between the baristas and customers. They are super friendly, know their regulars by name, have been so kind and immediately willing to remake a drink and go the extra mile to help make the customers experience a positive one. I use to work in coffee and know what can make or break a guest experience more than the coffee or food is the service so I just want to commend everyone on shift today and say great job! Keep up the awesome attitudes, genuine care for your guests and excellent service

I used the Starbucks app to place an order for 3 frappuccino drinks and 2 bakery items. I arrived at the exact time the app said my order would be ready and none of my order was ready. While waiting there, I saw there was one employee having a loud personal conversation with a customer and four other employees, two of whom appeared to be trainees. There did not appear to be a manager or even an adult employee present. All of the employees were children. After waiting 10 more minutes and people coming in after me were getting their drinks, I went to the cashier and asked whats going on with my mobile order. The cashier said they were all out of the bakery items that the app said were in stock. I refused to accept an incomplete order and requested to cancel the entire order for a refund. It took 3 employees more than 10 minutes to figure out how to give a refund, and they could not figure it out and instead gave me a cash refund. While waiting, I observed two customers returning their drinks which they said were made wrong and a third customer who also ordered the bakery items with the mobile app that the store did not really have. The customer behind me commented that 80% of his recent drink orders were incorrect. The service at this store is unacceptable and offensive.

I cannot emphasize how this place does NOT have their morning rush routine down. Expect at least 20 minutes to wait for your drink. Whether you are in line at the drive through, order it at the counter, or pre order in advance online for pick up. They appear to have a full staff, very clean as this is a new building. But extremely frustrating when you have to wait so long when your drink was ordered well in advance and still can t get it on time. My pick up time through the app was 6:57am, Ordered it at 6:36am and 7:13am I finally got it.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. First of all, the staff is very friendly. They try to learn your name, and when they re not swamped they try to engage you in conversation. It s kind of self serving, but the reason I find myself at this location all the time is because they will do a pour-over decaf. At many other locations when you order a decaf coffee they just make a decaf Americano. Then it comes out bland, and watered-down. I know that a pour-over takes a lot more effort, but when you order coffee you want coffee, not watered-down espresso. I appreciate their commitment to make what the customer wants even if it causes them more work.

This Starbucks is friendly and inviting. Today they were overwhelmed with traffic and they handled it extremely well. They stayed positive even when customers were unkind and made adjustments calling out the names on the orders being prepared, which always makes for a better customer experience. For a while there were only two people running the show, and then a 3rd woman appeared and that certainly helped. These ladies did a great job of keeping a positive vibe and getting orders out. I know it was a tough morning, but I hope they read this and know that their dedication and kindness did not go unnoticed!

Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to my house- Ive ordered 4 drinks from this location and they were made poorly each time. Simple orders no alterations. Medicine ball, blonde latte... Baristas have a terrible attitude when asked to remake.
