Many food chains are becoming businesses with poor service and poor quality. They worry about bottom line. Pizza hut uses doordash, so I do not use pizzahut. Especially when it seems from reviews food and service are bad. I stopped ordering about a year back, lucky me.

I placed and order online. With that I ordered 2 side salads. The description says it comes topped with cucumbers and croutons. Neither of mine came with that. When I called to have it corrected the manager he told me that there was nothing he could do. He said that they dont carry cucumbers and that they were out of croutons that the menu is wrong. He wasnt helpful or willing to try to help.

Im telling all women to be carefully with this guy. Im assuming hes a manager because hes dressed all in my black. Everytime I order something from there, this white guy with the grey beard hes about in his 50s, keeps asking a bunch of questions, and it makes me feel uncomfortable. I dont know this guy, and hes talking as if he knows me. Hell take my order, ask me a bunch of questions, and still talking to me after my order is done. When it come to the younger guys that work theyll take my order and tell how long it takes and Ill go on with my day. The white guy with the grey beard is the reason why I stopped going there. Im a woman and I dont like it when men ask me a bunch of questions and I DONT know him. Im asking the owner to look into this matter.

A couple days ago they missed putting one of the toppings on my pizza. When I chatted at the app, they offered a free large pizza. The coupon didn t work. I proved it didn t work several times. They told me I signed a contract to close the ticket And they wouldn t help me. Pizza Hut directed me to the location to solve my issue. I finally contacted the Pizza Hut two days later. Now they wanted to give me $10 off. After tipping the driver seven bucks I spent $22 and received a pizza with spit on it. I m not going to eat the pizza and I m looking into having the spit analyze. This kind of thing is a felony offense. If you zoom on the pizza and want to find the split and the only thing connecting two cut slices.

Third time they ve messed up my order I tried making it super simple this time! Pasta looks old and one of the pizzas in the big dinner box was supposed to be pepperoni and pineapple ( there was no pineapple added) The second time I made it a deal and had them correct it. I ll do them the favor and just stop ordering from them since it s so hard!

We are right outside of the delivery zone. On the other side of our street in our neighborhood. I went in and talked to a manager. They were super nice and helpful. They said no worries we will take care of you. just called in to order. Now another manager is saying no. we are strict on our delivery locations. I wish the managers would communicate with each other. Telling a client one thing then doing something different. Just shows how the communication is at this store. After looking at the reviews. the owner only comments on 5 starts and dosent address any of the actual complaints. Hopefully they address some of the issues going on. Some of the issue seem pretty easy to resolve if they just communicate.

Delivery guy was pleasant. However the pizza was not.. It seemed as if the pizza had been sitting under a lamp light majority of the day to keep warm. Nothing screamed freshly made on the pizza. I am not that far from the establishment so don t see why the pizza was stale and light warm. Which makes sense why the delivery was fast. Definitely regretting treating myself to eating in. Did all the right things to place order. Confirmed email receipt. Show up and no order. After the staff looked through all the ovens more than twice, went and checked with the back, twice - We must have given your order to someone else. REALLY, how grossly incompetent can you be. Did offer to make but would still take 20 minutes since they were busy. No offer of compensation just we really dont care since we have too much business right now to do the right thing. Its been a while since Ive had pizza hut and Im sure is still the same ole over priced slop. I have ordered here a lot especially during the pandemic. I know all the restaurants need our business during covid 19. However I ordered online like I usually do and when I went to pick up my order, the girl acted like they didn t have it. I then showed them my email confirmation of my order and suddenly they pulled us up. The girl had our card when she came back and told us the first time she couldn t see it, but after she said they found it she quickly swiped my card. Our order went way past the time we were supposed to receive our order. Basically they started cooking it when we arrived and didn t tell us. When the man finally brought our order he handed it to us with no explanation. My pizza was awful and you could tell they rushed cooking it. A little honesty would of gone a long way.

Staff issue Tried to order 2 pizzas over the phone. Guy I spoke with was not paying attention. Gave my card information to him 3 times in easy to remember 4 digit intervals. He then proceeded to lie and say my card was declined. He tried it twice while going through the I m sorry Sir it s just not working routine, I just gave up and politely got off the phone and ordered from another store without issue. Just ordered pizza and cheesy breadsticks, and the breadsticks hardly has cheese on them which got burned and dried, they tried to cover it with powder parmesan cheese. Over the years, Pizza Hut has just gotten worse. I used to love their thin crust pizza, but almost every time I order the pizza is overcooked (burned) or cold by the time it gets to me. Tonight, I called a local store and asked where they were located and the girl said, I dont know. I asked again, I need to make sure Im calling the right location before I order. Is this the store off 1626? and she said, I just moved here, I dont know. We are by a gas station. I was left silent trying to figure out how she works there and has no clue of the address of that location AND they let her of all people answer the phone. Unbelievable! I hung up. I will now go elsewhere for pizza.
