The pizza was delicious with appropriate amounts of chosen toppings with a lightly browned crispy crust and very warm when picked up. So no complaints on my end. Price is way too high especially for hot wings and desserts but hey, prices on everything everywhere are sky high during these times so its not like theyre gouging you or your wallet on purpose. So dont be in your feelings folks its called inflation nation for a reason right now. This Domino s is by far the best Domino s ever. I have NEVER had any issues of any kind with this location and we order pizza pretty regularly. Food is always great and order is always correct. Super fast service too and let s not forget the pickup window is a huge plus.

We saw the Brookie on Tik T9k and decided to give it a try. OMG!!! Job well d9ne Dominos. That is an amazing dessert. The brownie is slightly crispy and chewing, not too sweet, but just right. Make sure you rat it while its warm. We added Vanilla Ice Cream to it. Simply AMAZING!!!! We will definitely add this one to our weekly work lunch rotation. Thank you for great food.

This is the second time this is happening . Chicken in a veg pasta seriously guys there are humans who eat only veg have some respect . We order something from somewhere with some trust and after eating half of it when we find a chicken piece in it we feel like pucking of everything. this is so shame . if you cant be careful better remove veg options from your menu so we dont order

Driver left pizza on ground didnt use the contactless delivery stand or the two chairs on my porch. Hurries back to car I tried to stop to ask for napkins and plates that were in the notes he said oh was not on receipt then looks at it and says my bad I didnt see that. I go to store and ask for a manager and the general manager is just as rude as he was acting as if customer service didnt matter .I order alot from here and was very disappointed with the overall all service and the not willing to admit you gave bad service just making excuse telling me time is money for his drivers!

I love this Dominos! In a world where there is alot of restaurants delivering due to covid, there are few that ever get my order right. Something is missing, wrong order, cold or poorly cooked and prepared.....Dominos has NEVER FAILED. I get what I ordered every time. Its prepared well, tastes good, and is HOT. Ive honestly quit using Uber Eats, Grub Hub and Door Dash. I dont have to worry about issues or sit for hours because some driver wanted to eat my food. I love this Dominos!! I m so frustrated and disappointed in this location and the people running it. My card was fraudulently used and they were aware of it, police were involved and the GM as well. They knew that the order placed using my information was fraud and they still charged my card for whatever reason instead of cancelling the order like the did with the first attempt that was made. I called the store about it and was given all this information by a manager named Brian, and when I asked if he could refund my money to my card he basically told me no and that he had to get further information from his GM about why they didn t cancel the order the night it happened and then directed me to just taking the issue up with my bank. The excuses for why he needed to get permission to refund my money that they know was fraudulently charged didn t make sense. Today I called back after going to my bank to file the dispute (the bank by the way said it would have been easier for the restaurant to just do the right thing and process a refund when I asked) I talked to another manager who took the same information down as I gave Brian, and then I was promised that I was going to get a call back from the GM with more information and an explanation as to why they decided to still charge me on a order they knew to be fraudulent. I have not heard from anyone since I called at 10:16 this morning (5/26/2022) and it s now 7:20 in the evening. I m starting to get the sense that they either don t care about fraudulently charging customers or they re hoping I just forgot about the almost $60 they ve charged me. By the way I don t even live in Lewisville so that just adds insult to injury.

This DOMINOS aint worth the time! They have mistakenly delivered to the wrongs household MULTIPLE times and when we call to get it corrected, they had the audacity to state that we SCAMMED them!!! Like your delivery driver delivered to the wrong household and we our order was almost 2 hours late once and 1 hr and a 30 min late another time because of the wrong delivery but yet WE SCAMMED YOU!!!!! I ordered a pizza for delivery that I meant to set for delivery at a specific time and realized my mistake within 1min of making the order, immediately called the dominos making the order and asked them to delay the delivery. I will be calling this location as soon as they open to explain the following issue: I placed a $44.61 order at 11:30pm tonight. Three smaller items were alright.. however, the Large Pizza with Black Olives, Pineapples, and Pepperoni had a black curly hair mixed in with the cheese and that s not the WORST PART. I began eating a slice (before seeing the hair) and bit something ROCK SOLID HARD that a TOOTH FILLING fell out. I have no idea what it is. After spitting out the foreign item, I noticed the curly pube hair on my slice. After throwing up and running to CVS for tooth filler, I am expecting a fair compensation for this entire situation. This dominos pizza establishment is great! The management is very kind. When I had an issue with my order they resolved it and even made me happier than when I originally placed my order.

Ordered pizza an hour ago and had a chicken bone baked into my pizza. Pizza wasn t cooked all the way!!! Would not recommend
