I recently tried Oreo stormy and mangonada, and I was thoroughly impressed. The drink itself was a refreshing blend of ripe mango, tangy chamoy, and a hint of lime, perfectly balancing sweetness and acidity.And Oreo stromy was excellent.The ambience of the place was vibrant and inviting, with colorful decor that complemented the tropical vibe of the drink. Soft music played in the background, creating a relaxed atmosphere perfect for enjoying a treat.

I found this place not long ago and gave it a try. I like the drinks so I thought I d make my way through the menu. Well that came to an end today when I ordered through DoorDash and I noticed him waiting for a long time. I called the store 3-4 times and no one answered. The DoorDash driver said they were closed and no one was inside. I said ok thank you. About 5-10 minutes later R&B called me back and said that they were making it and that they were in the back. I don t like watching people waste other people s time, I don t like other people wasting my time and or money, and I really don t like when a business lies to save face and reputation. Will not order from you again!.

It has been couple months since the location has opened- we ordered door dash today, ( as we do on Mondays frequently ) September 30, 2024 and Hawaiian fruit tea we who longer coming in XL side with fruit chunks as they are supposed to. ( please check the menu description and photo )Carrollton location still has it as it supposed to be. They said it is up to the owner. The drink really got scaled down How disappointing.

While browsing to tey a new boba place, i found this! Checked their menu and saw on their website, a mango match under Pure milk series. My daughter loves matcha so we decided to try this place and this mango matcha drink When go there, there was NO mango matcha listed in their screens/ menu When i asked them, they said we dont have that I showed them a screen shot that i took She said we opened recently and we are working on our menu She was kind and smiling and i didnt want to make a big deal but i did mention, if you dont have it, then it shouldn t be on their website. It is mis leading We ended up getting something else. Drinks were ok. Not going back!

We came for their grand opening and we came back today. Our conclusion is that all the drinks at this R&B Tea location are super sweet compared to other R&B Tea chain locations. Their 30% sugar tastes like 130% sugar at this location. Even my nephews, 8 and 10 years old, thought it was too sweet and they love sweet things. Grand opening: Theres plenty of parking in the plaza. You order from a kiosk. The drinks were super sweet, even for the kids but they were nice enough to replace them with less sweet versions. It was understandable that drinks and food would take a while to come out since it was their grand opening but after a good 30 minutes after our first two drinks were replaced (adjusted for being way too sweet) and bubble waffle came out, we realized they completely missed two drinks from our order. Good thing they had plenty of board games to keep the kids entertained. The bubble waffle comes with cream cheese sauce which was not noted on the menu. The bubble waffle was a bit flat and soggy. Today: Ordered on the kiosk. There were no other customers in the store. The worker was in the back. It took a really long time to make a honey green tea with aloe vera jelly, 30% sweet, half ice. It was definitely not 30% sugar. It was sweeter than your normal full sugar at other boba places. However, we already left and didnt want to turn back and wait 15 minutes for them to remedy the issue. We thought this would be a go to spot for us but their 30% sugar is still ridiculously sweet and we dont want to spend extra time for them to have to fix their drinks whenever we go. Not sure if we just are unlucky or if this is their normal.

This was a 1 star experience, but I m being nice with stars because it s a new business. The staff needs significantly more training. It took the girl taking my order 10 minutes to understand my order. She kept repeating it back incorrectly, and I was not talking quickly. She didn t know the menu. When I asked about one of the items being advertised on a sign, she looked very confused. After finally getting my order correctly, it took another 15-20 minutes to make the drinks. They weren t busy. On top of that the drinks were poorly made. Barely any ice. Boba was hard and drink tasted bland. The Carrollton location is a lot better.

I just want to say since the entry of coming into the place we weren t welcomed. There was a gentleman and a young lady working and we put our order on the Kiosk and we were the only ones there so once we ordered we were getting looks as if I did something wrong and from giving us our boba to eating our undercooked Korean Dogs which don t look like the display. The displays have actual potato slices and my KDog had French fries as if it was from someone s lunch.. was beyond let down. I will say the donuts were good but because of my actually customer service I would have to rate this location a 1 star especially for it being in Frisco.

Drinks are good here. Could do a bit better on customer service. They have messed up my drinks a few times here, but everytime it happens I don t have time to tell them it s wrong nor do I have the time to wait for another drink so I ve just brush it off my shoulder and would forget to bring it up on my next visit. I think they need to look at the ingredients carefully for all drinks before making them as it gets mixed up for something else. Still fairly new place so I m sure they will get faster and better at making the drinks.

This place is so cute, clean, and amazing drinks. We got the mango stormy and the tropical green tea drink. Super refreshing drinks! Great flavor. They also had a bogo offer on all drinks which was a steal. My friend and I stayed there talking for awhile enjoying our drinks and the staff gave us a free donut. They are so kind here and I highly recommend yall stopping by! I plan to try the avocado stormy next time since the owner recommended it.

Small, quaint, clean aesthetic Boba tea+ shop. Great variety of drinks, almost too many to choose from. The menu is mildly overwhelming the first time. They have some great kitchy street food type snacks also, and a couple of cute gacha games. This is a hidden gem for a date night, girls night or a special treat.

Order through kiosk upon entering most of the items I wanted to try were unavailable such as the puffle waffle giving 5 stars for effort and location as it is still new and probably working out its kinks. The boba could be cooked longer as it is not chewy but just tough and uncooked. We ordered the Hawaiian black fruit tea, coconut coffee slush, Thai tea and coconut slush. All tasted fine but not enough ice and uncooked boba. Turnaround time for orders were longer than expected but hope these will all be worked through as it is a great boba place in a great location.

Im so glad this new boba tea store open in Little Elm. Its much closer to home. We dont have to drive out to Carrollton for boba now. This mean Im going to be in so much trouble. Really like their drinks. I have become a regular now. The staffs are very nice and my drinks are very tasty. The ordering kiosk is easy so that I know how sweet and what type of bubba I wanted. Today I tried the coconut stormy coffee and I have to admit that it is very good. Definitely a spot that I will come back more often.

Brought my kids for a fun treat (stormy series boba) and it was delicious! They loved playing uno and drinking their drinks. As a parent I loved that I could choose how sweet the drink was. I chose 50% sweetness and it was perfect. Definitely recommend and we will be back.

Customer service was excellent! Very welcoming, and friendly throughout the whole experience. They have a wide variety of drinks and a good variety of snacks. I Used the kiosk to order. The full menu is not on there, but using the kiosk is super easy and very easy to understand. Ordered 3 drinks. honey dew stormy with mango popping boba, mango stormy with mango popping boba, and Hawaiian fruit tea with strawberry popping boba. All 3 drinks were great! Ordered a potato mozzarella dog and thats was just all around disappointing. it was way over cooked to the point the inside was practically hollow from the cheese exploding out of it and very hard to chew. The size was very small compared to the food displays by the front counter. So I ended up just throwing it away which was a waste of $6. The cleanliness of the dining room could be a lot better I killed and picked up a pretty big roach off the floor with a napkin and threw it in the trashcan. There was quite a bit of dust and streaking on a lot of the counter tops and tables and debris on the floor. This is a brand new place so Im sure there was very recent construction which would explain the bug and bit of dust, but they could definitely improve and be more attentive in that area. Over all I definitely plan to try it again and hopefully have a better experience with the food and cleanliness

Staff is Very slow making the drink. No gloves or hairnet worn. The person making the drink has a long hair and I feel like her hair is in my drink. Also, they don t fill up the drink all the way. you will see they underfill at least 1/3. Plus adding boba topping will be another $0.85. What a rip off. Will never come back.

Great selection of boba teas! Great to have a local place with such a variety of flavors. All sorts of milk teas and fruit teas and coffees. Their mochi donuts are well made and taste so fresh. We enjoyed the stormy caffeine-free drink, similar to a creamy slushy. Also love that you can customize the sweetness level and ice level. The Korean-style corn dogs are fresh and delicious - the hot dogs themselves are very flavorful.

The mochi donuts are lovely, we got the Oreo and crème brûlée flavours. Super chewy and the perfect sweetness for my preferences. Perfect amount of sweetness for a lil pick-me-up, but nothing that will make your teeth hurt. We got taro milk tea and classic milk tea both with regular sugar and ice with tapioca pearls (boba) and cheese foam as toppings. The taro milk tea is lovely and the classic milk tea could do with a bit more milk. **They re still in their soft opening era** but!! The drinks do come out quickly and the service is great! I m very happy with my visit. Parking: There s parking right in front of the store, and there s a couple rows of parking all over.

I got two drinks and I thought they were pretty good, unfortunately most of the boba on one of the drinks were all broken so it was almost like a jelly. Other than that the taste was really good and the people were nice. The order system is through a Kiosk, I do wish the Kiosk explained what the drinks are, for instance what a Stormy was as I had never tried one before, or the taste differences between Thai Black Tea and Green Tea, just examples. I wish there was some type of music in the background, the atmosphere was chill and seemed like somewhere I can be with friends. However, on a busy day with how the store is set up it might get really crowded inside. The staff were very nice and let me know that they were still in training and were eager to hear back reviews. Overall was a nice experience and will be coming back for more boba soon!
