Usually, I have nothing but good to say about Chick-Fil-A, and that is mostly true with this location as well. Friendly people, and great food. Have never had an order wrong here. However, Ive had some really poor experiences here with curbside. Tonight, I waited 19 minutes for a milkshake while several people who came after me had their food delivered first. Not only that, I had to go inside for it, and it was just sitting there and quite melted. No offer to make it right from the staff. Another big issue I have is with customers here being lazy and inconsiderate by using the curbside parking to park and enter the restaurant. Thats lazy and not okay when theres plenty of parking literally all around the facility. I think some enforcement via threatening to tow is something that needs to happen. This issue has turned me away from here several times. Unfortunately, these curbside issues have been my experience with this restaurant since its opening. Sometimes, curbside here works. But not often.

This is hands down on of the worst Chick-fil-As ever. They are constantly getting order wrong, whether it be basic things like condiments missing or not filling the fries in the fry boxes, to the chicken mini bread being stale and hard or the filets in the sandwiches are super small. It just seems like they give customers the leftovers. I give called in a few times to make management aware and nothing changes. So I will no longer be going to this Chick-fil-A.

I did place a drive thru order and mentioned clearly while ordering that i want lemonde with NO ICE and while picking up the order also i have confirmed it is it with no ice and they said yes. After coming to home checked and it was it ice and this is not my first time with this location. Very annoyed with the service. When a customer has a request that is in their menu why they cant take that request. Fedup with this location. Nowhere coming back. I tried calling them also but no response then why the helpdesk is for when no one is available.

It s baffling how fast food workers are making over minimum wage since following and relaying simple directions is not in their job criteria. Between this location and the other in cedar park I can t tell you how many times these locations constantly miss items or like today you come home to something completely different which I ended up feeding to my dogs. Let s not forget it s now $20 for breakfast for two standard meals for my wife and I. I ve had way too many bad experiences with chikfila not following simple order instructions. It s only a matter of time before fast food is punished into oblivion for what they re doing to customers.

This Chic Fil A is always dirty. I went by there yesterday and they had several flies all over the food service area. On the counters, soda dispensers, fri stations. The windows on the doors are filthy. This Leander location does not represent the brand. I have never been to a store that looks like this one. This place needs a refresh and a management change

Absolutely disastrous. If you do a mobile order and choose to pick it up from the drive-thru, dont bother theyll make you wait in the parking lot, even after youve informed them on the app that youre on your way. I waited in line for so long that by the time I reached the window, my order still wasnt ready. On another occasion in the drive-thru line, I understand it was busy, but it was frustrating when the workers didnt pick up where they left off as cars moved forward. They completely skipped me and took the order of the car behind me. When I finally got my order taken, my name was entered incorrectly. So, when I pulled up to the window, the guy couldnt even find my order, leading to more frustration as he scrambled to locate it. Eventually, I had to describe my order to him before he could find it, all because the person who took my order initially inputted my name completely wrong miles off from my actual name. Definitely not a my pleasure experience here.

I have many many good experiences of coming here. But let me tell you my trip here yesterday. Our senior dog Duke loves him some chicken and was having his last day adventure and we brought him here to get breakfast. I believe her name is Kali she took our order and gave Duke some pets (as he was in the bed of my truck) and him some cookies in our meal for him. When he heard me order chicken nuggies he started trying to come into the cab in excitement. Mine you we ordered 20 nuggies which we shared one each with him and he inhaled the rest, the sweet chicken lover he is. But thank you to Kali and the always great staff here. Certified by Duke 10/10 for amazing chicken , ice water and good service.

Ooof. They really didnt do a good job last night. We ordered last night for delivery (through them) and almost everything about my meal was wrong. I ordered a breaded chicken sandwich, I got a grilled. I asked for numerous polynesian sauces, they gave me Chik-Fil-A sauce (NOT the same), they delivered well past their stated delivery time range- like 20+ minutes late, and the cost was insane. Definitely very little attention to detail which is atypical of them.

I have never had a bad experience here. David, one of the managers is amazing. We met him at the Lakeline Mall location 17 years ago. We were pleasantly surprised to see him move to the Cedar Park and then Leander location. David and his team were amazing when my father passed away, helping me with my food order even though it was the last thing on my mind.

This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I ve ever experienced. It s consistently slow and generally dirty. The drive lane has stains/trash/debris constantly. We ve been to this location 10-15 times and it s never been fast. Expect to wait a long while before your order is taken/handed to you. HAPPY UPDATE: I am thrilled to update my previous review. Chick-fil-A has made significant improvements! The restaurant is now spotless and the service is exceptional. A special shoutout to Troy, the order taker, who was absolutely awesome. He was friendly, efficient, and made my visit truly enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED TONIGHT!!!! It has been a long week, and this was supposed to be my high point, thanks guys. Nowhere to park, can t find the ENTRYWAY TO THE DRIVE THRU. The sign that says enter, only just took me in a circle twice. I m so frustrated with this location, they re a mess. Wouldn t recommend, seriously!!!! Real shame because I love their food, was really craving a Spicy Deluxe, and the waffle fries. I ll have to go somewhere else some other time. I ve used this location several times. The food is good when you get it. Sometimes getting it is the problem. Two separate occasions I ve had issues. The first time was a delivery to my home and family as I was out of town. Chic fil a said it would be about 45 min, no worries. About an hour later no food had arrived. Called the store and was told the driver was out and should be another 15 min. Fine, 20 min later still no food to my family. Called the store again and was told the same thing driver was out and would be 15 min. At this point I asked for a refund and the manger on duty had an uncaring attitude about the whole thing. Learned from that experience. I have picked up since then. However today, I was left waiting at curbside for around 15 min after driving over, checking in and waiting in the assigned spot. Other people were walking in from their cars and coming out with food. My son was with me and said they forgot about us, and sure enough, walk in (having to stand at the counter while employees were filling other orders) get someone s attention to ask if I could have my order that was sitting on the counter behind them. It was ready and nothing was delayed other than them bringing out to the car. No apologies just a oh , it s ready. Here ya go. They miss the mark on service that Chic fil a advertises.

I ve been a chick fila member for a long time but I ve never done chick fila delivery before until today. I got a reward on my app for free delivery and couldn t drive today so I ordered it to my apartment today. I expected it to be at least 30 minutes but I literally placed my order at 12:53 and it was sitting at my door at 1:05. Was Superman delivering for them today? Half order missing from curbside didnt realize until home. Reached out to the store multiple times. It kept going to an answering machine that was full. I couldnt get a refund or my food. Unfortunately it was on a Saturday and they are closed Sunday. This isnt the first time Ive had multiple transactions where either food was missing or was not made the way I paid to have it altered. This isnt usually a problem but these mistakes have added up over time. Ive been a Fill-A One member for well over 12 years. I cant complain about the customer service here as we all know they are generally amazing. But when quality and gouging of pricing or just plain theft on the companies part that is just not a good feeling or experience. Parking: Unlike many Chick-fil-A this particular branch has a lot of parking. One of the few that seemed to have put some actual thought into the amount of people that show up to here. Wheelchair accessibility: There are a couple of spots within curbside take-out I have to use one of these.

Does youre breader know how to measure or do they just eye ball it. The SALT content was so over powering that it was hard to eat. The waffle fries were cold and no taste. It is so freezing cold inside of this location and when you ask the staff to turn it down they will not do it. Most of the tables outside are dirty so it feels like the forgotten area. The bacon on my salad was so raw and gross I had to pick all the pieces out. Also there was some shredded cabbage in my Cobb salad and it was so incredibly bitter. I usually go to the wolf ranch location and this is my first time trying the leander location. I wont be back.

Dietary restrictions: Every item on the menu is chicken so if you have a religious reason not to eat chicken then this place is not for you Parking: The best place to park is the parking lot Kid-friendliness: We saw a full grown man dressed as a PokeMon character in the play place. Then an elephant sized child came out of nowhere and took out the tunnel so my little brother fell out and broke his wrist. Then a boy dressed as a zebra ate my chicken sandwich but Gram came over and gave me a new one. Wheelchair accessibility: I do not need a wheelchair but I love to use for recreational purposes and this place is like a skate park for wheelchairs

I ordered the chicken sandwich with no pickles and asked for mayo in the store along with medium fries and a sweet tea, it was missing the mayo and the chicken was very soggy, the wait time was minimal, only taking a few minutes. The inside was very standard and is what a Chick-Fil-A usually looks like. The fries were fine. But the sweet tea had too much ice in it and became watered down very fast, enjoyed my time in Texas, but look for a different Chick-Fil-A if you can. Parking: A decent amount of parking, not extremely hard to find parking but you may need to go in circles once or twice.

This is a good place with clean bathrooms good food and their getting better people no more grumpy people, they cant hold a fake smile. The team at this location is really friendly, but there s always a really long wait compared to other locations. I even ordered curbside ahead of time to try to get in and out, but we still had a long wait. And there have been a couple occasions where they forget part of our order, including tonight.

I would say they are quite busy during rush hours but they have always being able to provide the same level of customer service and no missing food items. They have regular events at the location and a playground for my kid to play so. Keep up the good work. Food
