It s pretty impossible to have a conversation over the phone with her. She immediately texts you and doesn t respond for days . Makes you an appt than doesn t have you down for that appt. She needs to hire some help.

Definitely recommend! She was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. The whole atmosphere of the room was very relaxing. She had her daughter with her and I just thought that was great! I love family friendly places. Very professional and I got great images! So happy I came here.

I really liked the technician. I went in for an appointment and paid $150, and my baby would not cooperate. She was way down in my uterus and hiding the whole 15 mins. Brandi gave me the DVD for that session AND told me I could come back the next week, FREE of charge to try again. I did and finally got the results I loved. She also air dropped a lot of the pictures to my phone which is so convenient. She was so sweet the whole time and she really seemed like she loves what she does.

Highly disappointed. I ve went to her faithfully for my two girls before this pregnancy. Never had a complaint. Thats why I m giving three stars. She s very sweet and made every session special. This year my third pregnancy it s been very different. I was ONE minute late for my gender reveal appointment and in the 85 dollar package you get a 3D sneak a peek. She complained that I was late, said she could still probably do the gender, she was so quick I wasn t even in the room for 5 minutes. Got 5 pictures of the normal ultrasound which I wasn t complaining about. My appointment was on a Friday and on my way home I realized I didn t get the 3D sneak peek that s included in the package so I messaged her Monday, Wednesday and called all throughout the week asking if I could get the sneak peek 3D that I paid for. Never responded to any of my texts calls or voicemails. I understand people have bad days. And I understand that if I snooze I loose then at least respond in a professional way. It would be different if I was 10 minutes late or later and was rushing like that but if you advertise a packaged deal then I feel you should honor that package and not rush it

Been trying to get an appt for 3 weeks literally have left over a dozen voicemails, have text back and forth with them and rarely even get a response very poorly run operation. What a shame for such a cool place to be operated so poorly.

Family and I are visiting my husband while he s working here in TX for a couple weeks, and when I called to change my OB APPT in my home town, I was informed I wouldn t be able to do my 3D when I returned home because I d be too far along. I was devastated, but then found Sneak A Peak Ultrasounds on google. My husband only had that day off to be able to watch the kids since COVID is only allowing one person in at a time, and luckily Brandy was able to get us in that day!! There are quite a few packages to choose from. Sweetest person to talk to and easily converse with. She was able to airdrop photos right to my phone! So happy we found Sneak a Peak and could sneak a peak of our sweet little girl before her big debut

I called SAP on a Thursday to make an appointment. I got no answer & as soon as I hung up I got an automated text saying Hi, sorry I missed your call. How can I help you? Sneak A Peek I told them I would like an appointment & asked if she had Saturday available. She did not respond until the next day until almost 3:00, which was about 24 hours later. Then, I asked her specific dates & times because since she took a whole day to respond, I had to try for different dates so I can rearrange my whole schedule. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. so I called again the next day. No answer. THEN I get a random text confirming someone elses appointment! So I screenshot it to her stating that that wasnt my name and I didnt make that appointment (assuming shes sent it to the wrong person). AGAIN, no response. So I called again, of course got the voicemail, go figure. Then I got the automated text again so I stated that I would like to speak on the phone for an appointment (because obviously trying over text for a few days & getting one response from them per day is NOT working when if they would just answer the phone or give a call back I could get an appointment scheduled within minutes instead of days!!!!)4 hours later (and some days later) I finally got a call back with a voicemail but I didnt answer the call because they called from unknown!!!!! So I wasnt going to answer a call that didnt even have a phone number. At that point, I had already made an appointment at another 3-4d ultrasound place in Beaumont. Its way more expensive than here but honestly its worth it instead of dealing with this place that is so unprofessional, tacky, and obviously doesnt want business bad enough if they cant even answer their phone or even respond!!!!!

Very sweet and helpful. Positive attitude. Answered all of my questions. Rooms are very spacious, relaxing, comfortable, and calming. And we found out were having a boy Thank You Brandi for services.

So pleased with my session! Brandi was super sweet, very reassuring and made me feel super comfortable. I also appreciated the scented candles from Bath & Body works burning, dark room, comfiness of the bed to lay down on (and the fact that I wasn t cold). 10/10 would highly recommend!

I went in this morning for my little bean ultrasound. I m only 8 weeks so I just wanted to check for a heartbeat. Brandy was super nice and thorough. Heart rate was 151 and I m measuring right on point for being 8 weeks. I got to see and hear the heart beat, which was so exciting. The room was nice and big and she was great with my 1 and 3 year old my husband and I brought along. It was definitely worth the $50 bucks.

If your looking for a business that will provide ultrasound services, I m sure these people will squirt a little jelly on your belly and furnish some results for a said fee. However, I was 3 minutes late to my appointment and was turned around. The lady seemed to have a snobby attitude and made it very clear that she didn t have no time in her schedule to accommodate 3 minuets of lost time. Oh well, give her a shot if you like but personally I would drive to Houston, Dallas, Florida, anywhere other then this place rather then deal with this business... Like I said, I m sure they can provide results but the staff is rude.

I was disappointed in the clarity of the images. I thought the ultrasound technician was awesome though. The package came with 8-10 images and the CD they gave had 40 something pictures on it, which was awesome. I really like her. I just wish the images would have been printed instead of just on CD. The clarity wasnt good compared to the pictures I have seen on other websites. Still glad we did it.

I called for an entire month to try to schedule my ultrasound appt they NEVER answer! When you call to the primary number they ask you to send a messeage to a number they give you i did that also left a voice mail and called the number they said to messeage, ooh and also went into the website to get the email and sent an e-mail and nothing! No reply no call back and no msg was sent back to me!
