This place was GOOD!!! Daughter came on this test with me we had a Meat Lovers Calzone with meat sauce 4stars, Breadsticks with marinara 3 stars bread wasnt as soft and expected, Crispy wings ARE NOT SAUCED But Good 5stars, Califlower pizza first time trying 5stars very flavorful, Meat lovers pizza slice 5 star very big and flavorful, Tiramisu Was The Star To finish off everything it is 10/5 It shined thru VERY AUTHENTIC. Would recommend people are friendly and manager even gave me a little back story when we chatted.

I had my dog, so we sat outside. Was very nice first time experience. The menu was a little hard to understand most was in another language maybe I had a non English menu not sure but the pizza had a fire honey drizzle on it and the pizza was really really good and the crust was really good not flimsy or soggy and not to thick. Definitely recommend this place for some really good pizza

Absolutely mouth-watering! I m from west Texas. My mom and brother live here. This was my first time to experience this awesome pizza. I love how i can purchase by the slice (and each slice is HUGE!). We got the supreme and a double layer meat pizza. I like how the pizza sauce is not overpowering. All the flavors blend together into a little piece of Heaven on earth.

A couple of weeks ago we had a lot of family in town so we needed a lot of food. We all agreed on pizza but not everyone liked the normal franchises. So we decided to try Pietro s. They have this 3X3 meat lovers for a good price. That s the largest pizza I have ever seen! What made it even better was the fact it was DELICIOUS! You can tell they take pride in their ingredients. So fresh! I usually don t like pepperoni because it s greasy but theirs is not at all! So good! Tonight I didn t feel like cooking so we ordered from Pietro s. I don t know why but I ordered the supreme. My mistake made us be able to enjoy another fantastic pizza. My husband HATES olives but still ate it!! We will never go anywhere else for pizza. The food and service is great! The management and crew genuinely care about their customers. Great local little gem.

I love pietros, my favorite pizza is the cauliflower Alfredo. The people who own this place really care about its diners. The Italian accent tops it all off. The only reason I put 2 stars for the atmosphere is because IMO, they could add a little more decor outside, I could see that might be difficult since the part of town they are in. Im sure things would get stolen, so maybe thats the reason for little decor.. however you could get around that. I just think outside needs a little more color because all we have to look at is the road and harbor freight. In a Mexican restaurant, for example- you walk in and the amount of color and things everywhere is slightly stressful. However when you sit down and get situated - while you wait for your food you have something to look at. Its fun in a way like theres a lizard and theres a cute bird, oh and theres a Spanish saying on the wall and you can look up what it means. It is an interactive environment to say the least. + it gives topic to conversations And colors are known to increase serotonin levels. Just a thought.

Until yesterday, I had never eaten at this place, but had driven past it over the last few years. I decided to give it a try. This place did not disappoint. Now I m sure that most people go there for their pizzas, but I was looking for pasta and chicken. I knew I was in the right spot when the gentleman that answered the phone said when I asked him how much sauce do you put on your pasta? he responded with, we treat you like you re over at Nona s house! And he was 100% right! I ordered one of their bowls with the fajita chicken, pasta, and the Alfredo sauce and it was absolutely delicious! I also want to add that the prices are about $5-$6 dollars cheaper than most of the pasta plates at the local Olive Garden, which is commercial Italian food. This place is serving up Independent business owned Italian food that is amazing so frankly there s no comparison. If you are living in the Longview area or even the surrounding communities and counties and you want good Italian food, you need to go to this place. I want to go back there soon, so I can try one of their pizzas which I m sure are out of this world!

The food here is absolutely top of the line, they use high quality ingredients, and the service is exceptional. They dont focus as much on the dine-in experience because they have so many to-go orders, so if you sit inside its pretty noisy and crowded. But their outdoor patio is lovely and when we sit there it feels more like a classy restaurant experience. We LOVE this restaurant!

Born in raised in NY, this is pretty close to NY pizza. I knew it was gonna be good when I saw heroes and chicken cutlet on the menu. Once there and inside and after looking at the menu and ready to order not one employee would stop and even ask if they could take our order. After ten minutes of looking into their eyes as they walk back and fourth a young guy walked in from outside and just started his shift and eagerly took our order, thank goodness we were about to leave. After all there wasnt anyone else dining in at the time except for one other couple. At the least you could have said someone will be with you shortly.

Everything that we order is delicious and we are still working our way through their menu.The Mall made a huge mistake when they let this business get away from the Mall. From the looks of it , Pietro s is still thriving because they ve probably been in business for over 40 years in Longview and I hear there s another Pietro s in Marshall on the square probably putting out pizza and other Italian foods that you can only get from people that were brought up cooking this food. If you haven t tried them lately, it s worth the drive out to Gilmer Rd at Evergreen to get some of the best food Longview has to offer. Parking: Plenty of parking or call in and pick up at the drive thru window. Kid-friendliness: One of the owners has always been there when I have been in to eat. Most of the time he will take your order if you call in. Always friendly and always professional. These people aren t going anywhere.

I called yesterday hoping to get a cheesesteak sandwich. Dude told me they stopped making them by noon, but that he would make me one. I told him thanks and that the day prior had been my birthday. They dude threw in a beautiful piece of chocolate cake that I have yet to eat. What he didnt know is that day was the 3rd anniversary of a dear friend and mentor from the Armys suicide. The day after my birthday always sucks because Im reminded of his death. Thanks to the manager who gave me the extra cake and went out of his way to make me a DELICIOUS sandwich on my day of mourning.

This family owned business has been in Longview for over 35 years but this is actually my first time here. We ordered salads and the Gluten Free Cauliflower crust Meatlovers 10 pizza. For two people this was the perfect sized meal. The salad was served with a side of garlic bread and it was DELICIOUS!!!! We got dessert to go because we were so stuffed! Their other pizzas looked so good. You can order by the slice. They have lasagna, spaghetti and calzones too! When in the mood for great pizza give this place a try. You will love it!!

I ordered the Chicken Alfredo Pizza. The first issue was their no substitutions policy. I didn t want added basil, so I had to pay the higher build your pizza price. Then, the first bite of chicken was gristle and bone. The chicken was so poorly cooked I picked it off and tried to feed it to the dog. He refused to eat it. The crust and sauce were good, but the high price and bad chicken mean I won t try that again. Ordered cheesecake, and got a generous portion. It was frozen solid after being driven home and sitting on a counter while we ate. When it finally thawed it was good. Definitely a place we tried once and won t bother with again.

Incredibly disappointed. Tried to make an order at 1:30pm on a Saturday. Took the time to look over the menu online for the longview store. Called in the order and literally 3 of the 4 items I attempted to order were unavailable. Why bother posting a menu if you have no intention of making the product? Now the food: I got a 14 Philly connection. I would say the flavor was average. However, its a quality issue that I have really. I remember this place from a few years ago its been a while since Ive been back but these guys are not New York guys. I dont believe this place is owned by the same people anymore. You can tell that they have cut the quality to save the money. They didnt cut the price just the quality. I also got a cannoli, it was probably the stalest cannoli Ive ever had. Ive actually gotten better quality cannolis from those fill them yourself kits that are in grocery stores on the shelves packed with preservatives. Im sure its no big loss to them because they had a lot of people there who apparently dont really care about quality just tradition, so they wont miss me but I wont be back.

This is a great little Italian food place to eat, especially if you dont want to or dont have time to go to a big restaurant and have to deal with a waiter and all that. Here you get your food fast and its very good food! I had the bowtie Alfredo with chicken & a slice of cheese pizza! The pizza was great, the sauce had a unique, fresh tasting flavor that I really liked! The Alfredo sauce was really good, but I would say there is a little bit of room left for improvement. It just needs something extra to make it go from really good to great! 10/10 would recommend and eat here again!

This is absolutely my favorite pizza! Will you have to wait awhile for your pizza? yep! Is it worth it? Oh heck yeah! The original owner still works here and makes the pizzas, and you know when he does because it is absolute perfection. I drive from Bossier City, La at least every couple months to eat here because when I want pizza nothing else compares. The one in Marshall is yummy but it just isnt the same as this little hole in the wall place. If you bring a huge group prepare to eat on the patio because the dining in area is tiny. My favorite authentic Italian restaurant!! If you haven t tried Pietro s, you are truly missing out!! We love Mr. Pietro and son, Steven, as well as the employees! The best place I have been to this far in Longview for a good pizza pie! Stromboli is awesome too. Hot, fresh, and delicious. Definitely a must if you want some good Italian. I drive an hour to eat here-- its that good!! Service is always great, and everyone is so kind here. I order their speciality pizzas, and it is well worth the wait. The crust is the perfect amount of crunch and the cheese that of a movie scene. (Calabrese is my favorite) Never disappointed (: If you get the chance, make a trip to Pietros. Just tried this for the first time. Sorry it took us a year. It wont take that long to be back. Oh my gosh the food was AMAZING. I like more pizza from Italian restaurants instead of meals because of the sauce. Usually it is to sweet. Theirs tasted like mine. We had Chic Parm, reg sauce, Chic Parm with pink sauce, both over spaghetti. Shrimp on spaghetti with pinksauce. Penne with grilled Chic pink sauce and Fetachini Alfredo. Not one of us could finish it all. Huge amount. Total with tip and garlic bread it was $80.00
