I called to speak with someone about the fact my sandwiches came with no bread, even though there is no way to remove or add bread on the app. the woman I spoke with got off the phone with no warning, and the manager got on being extremely rude. she had an insane attitude and was not helpful in any way whatsoever. no offer for a remake or anything. absolutely will never order from here again. terrible food, terrible people.

Rude attitude for no reason. Ordered some sandwiches through DD. There must have been an error through the app Ordered four sandwiches three came without bread. Although there is no option on the app to remove the bread. So we assume its an error on the apps part. We called the store to let them know. We where met with a rude store manager with an attitude. Right off the bat. She assumed we where baming the store. Whoever the manager is working Oct 2 of 2024. Youre rude and unwelcoming. Almost $50 bill. Sad experience. They never answer their phone. I attempted to call four times to make sure they had potatoes and frostys while waiting on my husbands food elsewhere. The reason for the call was because the first Wendy s we stopped by said no more potatoes, no more frostys. The call was never picked up so we ended up droving by only to be told we have no more potatoes and no more frostys. Had they answered they would have saved us a trip. Hello??? Pick up the phone!

Received terrible customer service tonight. I arrived at 12:48 to pick up an Uber order And no one was answering the speaker box. I called the store location and was told that they were closed and hung up on. I called back and explained that they actually weren t supposed to be closing until one and that they should still be open for 12 more minutes and that I had an order to pick up and was told by Someone claiming to be manager Wouldn t give me her name (Photo of her car is below) That she wasn t going to be making any more Uber orders because people needed to stop ordering so late. She didn t seem to care that all the way there to pick it up using my gas and I wasn t the one that ordered it. I didn t realize that a corporate store got to make their own hours But apparently, apparently this one thinks they can. Thanks for wasting my time.

I will NEVER step foot in here again. I was ordering when I overheard the General Manager, Carrie Banks, telling a worker why she got so little hours while a new person was working full-time hours. The way she spoke to that young worker and demeanor towards anyone around her was beyond off-putting. I honestly dont know how she got to be General Manager but her customer service and leadership skills are absolutely 0. This should have never been discussed openly in front of customers and other employees and ESPECIALLY in such a degrading way.

This location is the worst!!! They have no good customer service cussed at me over the phone when I simply asked them when their stove would be fixed because I wanted a baked potato they cussed at me and hung up 2x I have never rushed I don t mind waiting a hour I work across the street it is always the night shift that hates making potatoes so they lie and say the stove is broken or they have no potatoes in the store.

I had ordered 3 biggie bags and an order of baconator fries. When I received my order I was missing my baconator fries and all 3 nuggets. My burgers had no veggies and only ketchup. The burger patties looked old and were hard my dogs wouldn t even eat them. This is the saddest order I have received in my life. I spent $30-$40 on food that was inedible. And to top it all off when I called to see if I can go pick up my missing items the store wouldn t even answer. Now I feel obligated to write this review and report this store to better business bureau

On Saturday June, 8 2024 @2:18 I went back to this location concerning substandard Wendys food product I received, spoke with the manager (black woman) she was very rude and stated it was not her concern..Her attitude was so disrespectful that it promoted the employees to follow her example of disrespect; A black male employee approached front area and proceeded to to use profanity at me and stated dont come to this location along with profanity. I placed a mobile order online for a 10pc spicy nugget i get there and tell them thru the drive thru im here to pick up and give them my name. The lady says someone came to pick it up already i said they couldnt have IM HERE so i pull up to the window to shower her my ticket and she says i have no mobile orders in the system they cant give me my food as im showing her my receipt online. Then she tells me to cancel it and replace the order she was very rude. So i go to cancel the order and it says order already processed cant change . So that mean she gave my food away to a random person and didnt care that i was the actual person who paid for them. I will never order online or from this specific store never again. I felt like she tried to make me look stupid when she see my face all the time. Ive never in my 18 yrs of being here had a problem with wendys on ft hood but tonight she showed her true color i will be following up with corporate until they fo something about her. They should have put a sign on the door that says, DONT COME IN! The seating area was uncomfortably warm. The drink machine was out of order, and absolutely NO items were stocked (ketchup, napkins, straws, etc.). I had to wait at the counter for several minutes just to get refills, and some staff members walked right by me without offering to help. In addition, the seating area had obvious trash lying around and tables were not wiped down. I was not there during a busy time. It was between 2:30-3:00pm.

Well, I enjoyed my food and was going to leave a nice review until my stomach started feeling horrible and I started feeling dizzy. Waited 10min for my food when there was no line and i ordered ahead of time through the app, pulled forward passed the window to wait for my food, worker gives me the stinky eye as I drive away, and then an hour later i start feeling sick. Last night, I ordered the bacon double burger combo with a DP and two ranch dipping sauces. My order was taken by a young, heavily distracted person who spoke so fast that I didn t understand what he was telling me. He failed to tell me my total before sending me to the window. When I got to the drive thru window, he mumbled my total and that they didn t have Dr. Pepper, before screaming some conversational nonsense to one of his colleagues about the cruelty of killing certain animals, obviously loud enough for me to hear. I told him I d take a Coke instead and he didn t hear me, because he was socializing with his peers rather than focusing on my order. I had my method of payment at the ready and he handed me my drink, while at the same time trying to take my card. My card slipped out of both of our hands onto the ground between the window and my car. He offered the most rehearsed apology before giving some excuse about trying to take my card and hand me my drink at the same time. I opened my car door, grabbed the card off the ground, gave it to the cashier, then waited. The bag with my food was handed to me first, then my card. Before driving away I checked the bag, having some suspicion that something about my order would be incorrect. Sure enough, the extra ranch I asked for was not in the bag. Can I please have the two ranch sauces? , I asked. Looking at me like I m crazy, this employee says no words and grabs two ranch sauces and extends his hand to give me the sauces. He almost drops one on the ground, but instead flings it into my car with a finger, claiming he didn t want it to fall to the ground, so [he] dropped it in the car. Then he asks if I d like my receipt, and I rolled away admittedly annoyed and not politely. The route home only took 6 minutes, but by the time I opened the wrapping to eat my food, my burger and fries were less than warm. Could have been my fault; I keep my car pretty cold. However, the burger was the driest, grayest, most burnt burger I ve had in YEARS! I ve had overcooked black patties at backyard BBQs juicier than those I consumed from Wendy s. The fries played a somewhat redeeming role for the evening. All in all, the loud, rude, clumsy, forgetful drive thru attendant, paired with the lack of quality in the food, made last night s trip to Wendy s an unforgettable experience in the worst way possible. With the increase in food prices, I expected that customer service and product quality would increase as well. Silly me!

The night shift here is disgusting. This establishment is supposed to close at 1am. When I got there at about 12:30am Feb 28th 2024 I saw 2 staff members walk back into the store as i pulled up not saying a thing. As i pulled around i didnt hear anything so i pulled up to the window. Thats when i saw a gentleman inside eating chicken nuggets and waved at him to see if I could get an order seeing that the store wasnt supposed to be closed yet. He rolled his eyes with food in his mouth as if I was annoying him and he shewed me away saying they are closed and slammed the glass door in my face with a disgusting additude. I own the free frosty tag, so i let cashier know. She still charged me for it even after i told her twice before paying. After i pay she hands me my receipt and i tell her she charged me for it, she denied it by saying she took it out before charging me for my food. After i leave the drive thru i check my account and she did charge me for it. I go around again and tell her she charged me for it and want my money back and wanted the manager. Manager never showed up and she gave me less of what the frosty costs on change, instead of putting it back on my card. Two cars ahead of me in the drive thru and it was so slow. I was in line for about 10 or more min. Then I ordered the maple chicken biscuit combo. I was told that their printer was down and asked if I minded not getting a receipt. Since I was tired and didnt feel well, I just said no I didnt mind.. Then Im told to wait in the curbside parking space so they can get the order going. While I was waiting, so was the car that was in front of me. I waited another good 7 min. When I get home, I noticed the potato wedges set hot but dry. And the sandwich was no better. The chicken was dry and the bacon was close to burnt and really salty. I was waiting for my pick order for around 5 mins or so. Not a problem. Bit while waiting, The young lady at the drive-through was pouring a cuppa coffee for someone and noticed that the coffee was cold so she talked to the lady at the front counter and told her the coffee is not even cold. I mean not even hot and the lady told her oh that s OK just stick it in the microwave. Both of them did not have a hairnet, and both hairs were all over the place the front counter lady kept scratching her head right here in front of me while grabbing and fixing my order, the cook came out from the bathroom around the bathroom area. He himself had shoulder lean pair with no hairnet and had his apron on and the girl they started fixing the second Car order, which was some chicken nuggets and she didn t use tongs to get the nuggets. Several times over the past few months I ve gone to this location, and not a single time was my order ready or even prepared in a decent time for that matter. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for your order, on a good day. Very poor, inconsiderate, and unprofessional staff whom refuse to acknowledge you at all. The same goes for their manager. Even putting out one order is a challenge for this place. Combined with the uncleanliness, unprofessionalism, and inconsiderate behavior occurring here, this place should not even be still be considered an operating restaurant. Pick up from here at your own risk, the risk of never getting your order.

I have repeatedly gave this place a chance, but every time, it s absolutely a disgrace. No service, they don t put out food, they cannot handle one order. Every time it s 20-30 minutes for one lousy order. I am shocked that Wendy s headquarters did not shut this place down long time ago. Just today, I stood there 15-20 minutes; no one even acknowledged me including the manager who said she s going to her car to get a book, and didn t even bother to ask me, How can I help you? And came back and stood there in the kitchen another 10 minutes without taking care of the customers. I am on a budget! And I decided to use my last dimes on food from Wendys...and let me tell you it was the worst choice to spend my last here! The food they sent via delivery from GRUBHUB was terrible! I feel like these companies just dont care about the people who CHOOSE to spend their money there. Worst customer service ever got my order completely wrong and when asking for a refund because I don t want people who have nasty attitude making my food I asked for a refund for the food that was prepared incorrectly I was told to come back the next day and the manager on duty at 6pm was really nasty I talked to the district manager who told her to refund my money and she acted like it was coming out of your personal paycheck I had no attitude I was kind the entire time and was still met with Hostility from the manager and the staff who in the back yelling to the front telling me to leave and that they do not give refunds long story short I got my refund and I will not be returning to this location it s sad it be your own people due better we need to rest people better especially people who support your business

The last 3 times that I ve stopped at this location and ordered more than one meal they have left our entire entree items, even if the order was still as small as 2 meals. Theyve left out sandwiches and salads. Stopping here isn t worth the hassle of having to go back to correct the order that they claimed was complete. Definitely don t leave without doing a full item by item check.

All I wanted was a value chicken sandwich and hot French Fries! I got a chicken sandwich with tomato s which I am highly allergic too. I didn t know the value chicken sandwiches came with bacon, cheese, and tomatoes . The bacon was so hard I almost cracked a tooth. Literally!!!! The French fries were old, hard, and cold! Total disappointment I don t go to Wendy s but there was no line and I remembered the commercial hot fresh fries this visit was horrible. I ll go back to driving pass without stopping.

Just worked a 12 hr shift, and decided to get a couple meals for my kids, and I. I pulled to the menu. There was a message saying they were closed, every light on in the building, and I live close and frequent, message always comes on, so I was waiting for the normal we are open response. Instead a really disrespectful voice asked s corporate, and are yal gonna sit there, I asked are yal closed, another voiced chimed in and asked did I hear the message, I said yea, but you dont have to be rude, so now there are two voices comeing through the menu, making smart disrectful comments. My daughter was in the car, so I held my repor. Long story, short. Have some class, and dont take out your miserable existence on a paying regular customer. I will definitely be contacting corporate, and the GM in the AM. The entire exchange was messy, and unprofessional, yal wont be happy til Robits fully replace you. Kid-friendliness: My daughter was in the car when We ere verbally attacked. She cried all the way to Mcdonalds.

Every time I come here, the staff at the drive thru is always very rude. EVERY TIME. Please put someone with better customer service at the window. I tried to order 2 10 piece spicy nuggets for my brother & myself & the lady took it upon herself to make it a single 20 piece instead and then got an attitude when I asked to correct it. I almost drove off.
