I ordered a Jalapeño crunch and a chicken ceasar salad. They only put two chips in my sandwich, ham looked weird and old dark green soggy lettuce in my salad. I ve came here a couple times and they always do something careless like that. This past time is where I draw the line. They put almost raw bacon in my sandwich and I had a stomach bug for 3 days. never had one before until I went here. Worst mistake of my life going there. Hope you guys go out of business. I wasn t even able to enjoy my food especially since I saw the manager and two coworkers occasionally glance at me then laugh? Made me very uncomfortable. Once the girl had asked if we needed anything she made a very disgusted face. Also the pricing for what ya ll serve is.. diabolical. What is wrong with this place? genuinely? I need a corporate #

Every time we place an order they never fail to mess it up and then act inconvenienced when we want the food we paid for. My husband has literally had to go in THREE times in just one order to have them get things they forgot. Someone please train these girls better or get ones who can do their job without staring at their phones.

I ordered a grilled chicken club online, for which it inadvertently clicked on no chicken. I only clicked on no pickle. Who would order a grilled chicken club without chicken and pay the insane amount they ask for?! Anyways, I called back to ask if I could go get the chicken they had not put in my sandwich and according to the employee her manager said that they could not add the chicken which I was charged for. I had never had such horrible customer service at a McAllisters, sadly I did here in Laredo. I will not be going back to their restaurant.

I found a deli place I like. I got the 2 choice option, which was a half sub/sandwich with a half a salad/spuds or cup of soup for $10.39 with a small kids drink. Perfect portion size for an adult. I still had to take the sandwich with me due to being full. I got the French dip with broccoli and cheddar soup. The 2 women in the front I dealt with, they wore wonderful. My order was accurate. Combined to Arbys and their French Dip. You can taste the quality of it. Do I know if its better quality? No, most foods are heavier processed now a days. Broccoli & Cheddar was some normal Broccoli & Cheddar, and I have had better. It was still good. I finished the soup before leaving. I noticed a lot of people complaining about the wait; maybe they make it fresh for the consumer. If they are busy, during busy times like lunchtime, it will take a bit longer. Vegetarian options: I did see they did have a vegetarian choices on the menu. Parking: Parking is shared with Arbys and Papa Johns. Wheelchair accessibility: They have two doors to allow someone with a handicap come in. They have tables to where you will not be in someones way and sit with whoever normally at the table.

Taste of food was pretty good. Presentation of food was nice as well. Establishment is alright and it was clean. Prices are somewhat high but average to what you spend nowadays at most places and what you can expect is to spend $10-$15 per person for a full meal. My biggest issue with McAllister s is how ridiculously cold it is inside. You can not enjoy your food because all you can think of is how cold you are. That is why I knocked off a star. Please fix this. I know some places use this as a strategy to make customers leave faster, and while I m not sure if this is the case, just have it known that it worked but in the long run can hurt ratings. It s not nice trying to enjoy a meal after a long winding day at work just to hardly remember what your food tasted like because you were freezing. If you plan on dining at the restaurant, wear a sweater if you re eating inside, if not the best option would be to eat outside.

We went during lunch hours, line was long and it took a while to be able to order. Then after ordering since we were dine in, they took past 30 minutes maybe 40 to give us our food. Others got theirs before us. Ordered chicken sandwich and soup. It was just an ok experience without complaining about the time it took to get our food.. it was my first time there so not sure if that was the normal.

Just a deli. Food took forever. Theres a drive thru but the order has to be placed ahead of time. Drive thru window does not say that. Had to order there and then wait about 30 min and pay 50$ for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. Its pricey. Go to the deli and save you some money.

On my first, ever visit to McAllisters Deli I was very pleased. I ordered the first sandwich on the menu, the McAllisters Club with Mac and cheese on the side. Wow! I was blown away when it arrived at my table, on an actual plate with actual cutlery, no paper wrapper or plastic forks. The presentation was so very good; the sandwich was perfectly quartered and looked very appetizing. It seems odd to rave about a sandwich but this one is awesome! The Mac and cheese side was warm, gooey and cheesey, as Mac and cheese should be. I enjoyed my first lunch at McAllisters Deli and I WILL be back.

Food is amazing. Although their service/drive through is slower than two turtles making love in peanut butter. I order and get there when my item is ready. I get there and there are 3 cars in front of me adding 45 mins to my already ready order. I should ve gotten down but I was smelly and didn t want to exit my exceptionally clean car. The food here is great! The staff are friendly but they dont know the menu and struggle to communicate effectively. Ordering is really hard work and super awkward - However other staff members have intervened on both occasions and our orders have been correct after the fact. The food is very good - We love the half sandwich/soup/salad option and the restaurant is very clean... The staff just need to learn the menu and/or not be afraid to ask for help!

Food was good which is why I put two stars but service wasn t that great. While I was ordering there was an issue with the computer so they called a manager and she came over with an annoyed look didn t even acknowledge me just pressed a few buttons and left giving the cashier a dirty glare. That made me feel bad for the cashier and made the experience worse. Not to mention that super nasty drainage smell. Overall had a mediocre experience.

Ive had mcalisters before in a different state. This mcalisters is really good. I got the Memphian. It was decent. The turkey tasted the best. Didnt really care much for the roast beef. Thats just a preference for me. The tea is delicious! I will go again. The price to me about the same as any other deli.
