So I ordered pizza for pick up at 10:45pm on August 30 2024. Got a call because they said they are closed but they close at 11pm. They said they can t make my pizza. This is poor customer service. I get pizza all the time from here. I m very mad because my wife was on the way from her job to pick it up. I would like the manager to call me and explain why this took place. If your not open til 11pm put that on your app and web page. Trash.

I order from this location frequently. I get almost the same thing every time I order. While I can tell that different people are making my pizzas, they are always done really well and with care. In many restaurants, I feel like the people making the food are just going through the motions. Here, it s almost as if the people making the pizzas were making it for themselves. They don t miss with the cheese and topping amounts! Out of the countless times I ve ordered here, I ve only had one time recently where it wasn t exactly what I ordered to perfection. I talked to the manager the next time I was there about it and she credited my account for that order. The staff has been friendly and takes care of me every time. I ve had Marco s several times but this location knocks it out of the park! The online deals they have are hard to beat too! That cauliflower crust is ! Dietary restrictions: They have a cauliflower crust for small pizzas that is awesome for my specific diet!

Tried Marcos pizza for the first time. We ordered a half and half - deluxe and garden. The deluxe was not so loaded and seemed light on toppings , the garden had the right amount of toppings and seemed fresh. The mushrooms and onions had a nice bite , we had replaced tomatoes with jalapenos, which had the real kick. The service was friendly and quick. Surely a will visit again place.

Gave these guys another chance. Just nothing good to say about it. Service was ok. Delivery was quick. I live right around the corner from them. But the pizza was absolutely horrible....AGAIN. Ordered 2 large pepperoni specials that cost $17.00 each, and this is the disgusting product I got. The box and pizza were totally saturated in grease. Even my kids wouldnt eat it! Im done wasting money with this dumpster of a pizza shop. Never again!!

Be sure to check your receipt. Saturday I asked the lady for the special in the window, the pizzoli s $5,99. I believe she was a manager. I was charged almost $16.00 for 2 which is the regular price. After I made it home, my husband brought to my attention that I was overcharged. The pizollis were good, my husband went back today just not this Lewisville location , we will not be back.

The pizzas were very good, I thought the price was high. We ordered two pizzas and 1 medium soft drink for $42, the size of the L pizza is not very big. In the terrible service, the lady who is in charge at the cashier does not have a bit of patience, we went with several children and asked for glasses to share the soft drink and they told me that they do not have to go to the supermarket to buy them, they do not sell water, only They have a bottle outside but they dont have glasses to drink from, I thought it was very rude of them to send me to go shopping at the supermarket at 6:00 pm in the afternoon. They have a table to play foosball and the girls started playing and the lady got upset. The atmosphere is tense since he does not know how to deal with children and mothers. If it is a restaurant, it must provide full service.

Time I get delivery from this place. It is terrible. The pizza is great but the people that work there are not so friendly. The manager is very helpful but everything else is not so good but the pizza is good and when you ask the delivery driver has your day. They act like they dont even want to be working. Love the pizza here. I always get the magnifico. Ive never sat down inside and ate. I always pick up and the food has always been hot when I pick up and ready when promised. They are inside a plaza with Tom thumb and the ups store so the parking lot can be a little packed. Smaller seating area inside, just a few tables.

Dustin and Abby decided to shut down their ovens 30 minutes before close. I placed an order online, 30 minutes before close, and drove to the store for pickup. They had already closed down the store even though it was 15 minutes from closing time. They decided to just cancel the order. I have no proof of the order cancellation and wasted my time coming out here. This is NOT ok. Terrible service and irresponsible kids.

Better than Dominos, Pizza Hut, papa Johns and frozen pizza. The staff are friendly in person and over the phone. Marco s pizza has special deals going on pretty frequent, which is nice. I enjoyed the large two topping pizza with cheesy bread. I would ve given 5 stars but was a little disappointed to see my recent order two topping pizza have 80% jalapeño and 20% mushrooms. An excessive amount of jalapeño at that. The crust here beats any other corporate pizza s crust. It s worth a shot if you haven t tried it here before. P.s this place has the best mushrooms for pizza lol.

Ive ordered from this location many times and the experience is always great! The quality of food is superior to most other pizza delivery restaurants. This past order has me disappointed. I understand being in a hurry when busy, but my pizza was less than satisfactory. There were very few toppings on the pizza and they werent spread out very evenly. The taste is still very good, but the lack of toppings and appearance is upsetting. I hope this is a single incident and this doesnt happen again. Im not trying to be a Karen I just wanted to give some constructive criticism to the location. Still very yummy food and I will continue to order from here.

We had to cancel my sons birthday party due to him being sick. So we ended up only ordering 2 pizzas instead of a bunch for his party. I ordered a pizza from Marcos pizza last Saturday. One of the topping was green bell peppers for which I paid extra. When I brought the pizza home, the topping was missing. When I called the store, Glenn mentioned that they ran out of bell peppers. Why charge for topping when you do not even have that ? Also, the chicken wings were smelly. There was no effort from the store to fix the problem.

I ordered a cheese/jalepeno pizza with Romesan seasoning and cheesy bread. My pizza is all sauce, hardly any cheese, no Romesan seasoning. The cheesy bread is literally just sliced bread with cheese, no seasoning. The marinara sauce that came with the bread is solid like jello. Ive ordered from here before and was blown away by how good the food was but now, I probably wouldnt order again.

Ok so I didnt try the pizza but the chef selected salads are pre-made disasters including wilted lettuce and nothing looked fresh at all. The extra toppings that come with it are VERY scarce. Like one tomato slice, one grated cheese portion and one onion. All for 11$!!!! I wouldnt waste my time or money again.

Bad customer service had to use the restroom before making an order employee stopped me and said it was for customers only. When I had told them I needed a second before ordering to use the restroom did not allow me to use the restroom decided not to order anything and left they don t even give you a chance to use the restroom before ordering a Marcos pizza. I looove this place and the pizza is great but their customer service has not been the same in months. Because I am such a loyal customer I get great coupons but can never use them. The APP is always down and I get told too bad when I call to try and use them. I went ahead and paid a premium price today on a medium pizza and wings because that was all they had in store. I requested no contact delivery and I guess they take that as meaning drop pizza at the door and not knock, ring the doorbell or call so the pizza was outside for an hour before we realized it. Delicious pizza and awesome friendly staff. Plenty of great options and even a gluten-free crust thats a medium (instead of a small... looking at you domi-nos!) Not to mention fast, way faster than I have ever seen.

Sold us old pizza, meat took 20- 35 minutes to chew! It was all to hard, had to trash it.$45.00 in the garbage!!!! Never order from them again! Sick to do that to anyone! OLD MEAT

I usually have a good experience at this location but today was horrible. Me and my wife walked in and the lady at front counter never came over to take our order. She stood there (never made eye contact) and proceeded to fold boxes. No greeting or anything, it was like we wasn t even standing there. They will never get our services again.
