First let me say I am a very private person. It has taken me a moment to say anything publicly about what happened to me. Mr. Jed Silverman took very good care of me. I was physically assaulted in my home that was supposed to be a safe space by a person renting a room. It was the most scary moment I had encountered in my life. I defended myself not knowing what will happen to me. I was terrified. The man who assaulted me called the police. He admitted to the police he assaulted me which led to me defending myself but in turn I was arrested. I had never been in trouble a day in my life. I prayed and found Mr. Silverman. I saw his success and I told him what happened to me. I was so grateful that he believed me and fought for my case to be dismissed. The best lawyer in the Houston area hands down. We just left court this morning and Mr.Silvermans words were Abraham you are a free man I was fighting a 3rd degree felony which in the state of Texas is 2-10 years. I was arrested back in August over a false claim that I had assaulted a family member. If you are facing any legal troubles this is the man you want on your side. If you re looking for someone to promise you anything or over promise and under deliver this is not him. He made no promises and told me this would take some time as these cases tend to do. Took 3 court visits to get my dismissal but as of today I am charge free and getting my monitor removed thanks to Mr.Silverman. I give them five star still but I think they know they should get four at best with the case I was in. They left me waiting for a year or so with no message or call about my case. And leaving someone waiting for that long we ll they should at least check up on me or something. Leaving me in the dark clueless is not good. When I saw so many positive opinions I couldnt believe that a lawyer this good existed. I will tell you the story of my husband. After charging him with two very serious crimes: one of attempted robbery and another of throwing dirt in the wrong place, we arrived at Jed Silvermans office. In the first case they asked for 5 years of probation without any proof, then they lowered it to 3 years and we did not accept because it was unfair. We spoke with the lawyer to continue to trial and before the trial it was dismissed. The second case is also dismissed, it only remained in community hours and when the hours end it is dismissed. I took it upon myself to talk to other lawyers and they all said that Silverman was one of the best. When a lawyer says that another is good, it is because he is. Let there be no doubt. He mentioned that It could take up to 5/6 seatings which would = months so truly it would of been till the holidays that I would see any type of positive result.. Mr Silverman and his team nailed it. I got an amazing call August 19th.. I truly was just thinking the motion for the protective order was going to be lifted. It truly got even better he said Mr Raibick your a free man.. I lit up and was so relieved that this was now behind me and I can truly start living my life to the fullest. I pray to god that I won t need to use his services in the future but god forbid I do he will definitely be the person I hire to represent me.. If your every in a bad situation hire them.. Definitely worth every single penny!

These lawyers are real good. Since my initial meeting case review and for the entire covid19 government resets (+1 year) they all showed a high level of professionalism handling all the work. I felt really secure with these people, they were all courteous and understanding and showed support for the trouble I was having to deal with. I was pleased during the whole time there was never any other negative issues and thankfully since covid shut downs made things worse already.
