Great place for appliances as Im sure alot of u know. Friendly workers always eager to help. I believe this shows the integrity from the gm all the way down U can tell when an employee was trained right. Everyone Ive ever spoken to has the knowledge and skill set to answer questions and provide solutions. Ive always been a home depot man but lately Ive found lower prices same quality. It is what it is. Great job to u all in the woodlands area.

Could not find anyone to help. Cashier at the self check out lanes was rude. She would not give a Sheriff in uniform the discount for first responders because he didnt have an ID. I tried using my military discount and she was so anti military I left my stuff and left. 3 people besides me walked out due to her attitude. People should leave their personal believes at the door in a corporate environment. Went to Home Depot and got all I needed and got my discount and a thank you from the cashier.

Tried the online tool to save some time. I was suggested it by the manager. According to him 40 minutes to an hour is normal so I gave myself two. Six hours later had to walk in the store after messing with the end call store number after it refused to do anything but ask if I wanted to do an alternative number 10 times in a row! Now no product now that it shouldve been 4 oclock at the latest p.m. It is now 7:45 PM still no product Thanks for the help Lowes.

This Lowe s is average on its best day. It s reasonably stocked and the workers are generally friendly. They seem short staffed and their orders department is terrible. It s hard to find the right employee that has appropriate system rights and customer service help takes infinite patience to stay on hold. They do eventually answer. Whoever manages this store seems to be struggling.

EDNA from customer service is an absolutely nasty person. I come to the house at least twice a week and anytime I have to go to customer service it s always a burden when I see her at the counter. Rude, unprofessional, and likes to pass her misery onto the customer. Same goes for her customer service manager who s also unhelpful. Matt would be disappointed if he s still the GM here and knew what s going on up there.

This is the first time I am so disappointed in Lowe s we are in a hurricane disaster and the generators are first time first serve like how is that possible!!!! I ordered on online and they literally cancelled my order!!! We are 3 days no power!!! I can not believe this happened to me and knowing my mom needs oxygen machine to live and the rep was like oh well due to corporate office we have to decline online orders!!! My name is Virgilio and my experience at Lowe s in Kingwood was the best today. From Meri in the garden center helping me with landscaping, chasing down a cart for me to Miss Harris at the gutter stand who made me smile calling herself my ferry godmother to my checkout friend Jodi who handed me one of her own bottled waters because she saw me perspiring too much in the Texas heat! I had never met these people before. They were genuinely kind to me. I love to write reviews when they are merited and these AMAZING people at the Kingwood Lowe s deserve the accolade. I hope they are commended for simply being KIND!!!

I grabbed the wrong deck belt for lawn mower and had to return it. While I went to grab the right one my husband waited in line at customer service with receipt in hand and when called up he was told that the upc didnt match and he explained his wife grabbed it and thats what was brought home. Both ladies started telling him they are going to check the cameras. Hes like okay but youll see my wife not me. I get a call from my husband while looking for the correct belt and went to the front because they started being rude to him. Once they seen me I explained the situation of what I did and everything was okay. But why are you threating a customer with the cameras. I worked retail before and I seen a lot of mix up with packaging at customer service. Very disappointing customer service.

Was very disappointed in the service we received. Staff is mostly very kind, but SO unorganized. We bought a grill and we were told at check out it would be assembled and we could pick it up in a few days. We called to check and apparently it was done incorrectly when we were checked out. Nobody took down our number, so it was checked out as if we walked out with the grill. Lady we spoke to on the phone said she would handle it and have a manager call us back same day. Nobody called. We called back again and apparently the First Lady did NOTHING. Second person said I m adding your number to the order, it ll be assembled and ready for pick up by Thursday . So we show up & not only was it not assembled, but they sold our grill. They were totally sold out and had no clue when they d get more in. Thankfully, we were able to get our money back, but it was a very disappointing and annoying experience.

I will never buy an appliance from this center again. My fiancé and I bought a supposedly new washer/dryer set on a dent and scratch deal. We were told that the set was completely new and the only reason it was discounted was due to the set being a display set. Fast forward to when we are hooking it up - the washer is filled with dirt and debris. It also had brown water that poured out of it when we were hooking it up, which made it quite evident that it s been used prior although we were assured that it was new and NOT used. We were also offered a protection plan on the set when we bought it as well - which we later found out was not supposed to be offered. My fiancé called 4 times trying to speak to a manager about the issue after we found out it d clearly been used. Every single time, he was either hung up on or told that he would be called back due to the manager being on lunch. I wasn t aware that Lowe s managers take 2-3 hr lunches considering he never heard back. So I attempted to call myself after multiple failed attempts by my fiancé. We spoke to a girl who let us know that she would speak to the manager. Shocker - the manager knew nothing about the situation despite my fiancé having called 4 times prior. We were told that we could have an additional 50% off of the washer due to it being used - which we agreed. She calls back to let us know she misspoke and she could only offer 50 dollars off additional, but we could not purchase a protection plan. When I told her about the protection plan being offered when we first bought it, she stated that they don t offer protection plans on display units. So, I guess when we bought it the first time, we were incorrectly offered a protection plan? The amount of misspeaking and misinformation we experienced through the whole process is unbelievable. Take your business elsewhere if you want halfway decent customer service, and to have peace of mind that the product you bought is what was advertised.

Purchased a Larson storm door to replace an existing storm door as well as the installation through Lowes in July 2023. Initial experience with sales went well however, it immediately went downhill from there. When Lowes Contracted installer (Trinity Exterior Group) came to my home to install, it began with the installer just being a weird guy who honestly, made me feel uncomfortable from the get go and had I been home by myself, I would have asked for a reschedule of install, luckily I was not. In addition to installer, the actual install of the door while it did get installed and signed off on, it ended up being put in crooked and to this day continues to sit crooked (looking out from the inside of my home as well as looking at the door from the outside), would not close correctly without having to pull or push on it to shut and had so many gaps that you could actually see daylight coming in through the door frame. When I contacted Lowes to tell them of the issues, they had someone (requested that it not be the initial creepy installer) from Trinity come out to take a look at the mess of a door install I had on my hands, to which my husband had to mention that maybe the door should have been shimmed to accommodate for the gaps that were showing through the frame. The installer did in fact add a few shims which straightened the crookedness a very small amount and added a TON of caulking to cover up the gaping spaces of my crooked door frame. With the added shims, it did fix the need to push or pull to shut the door fully but not enough to straighten the actual door. At this point the installer said that it was the door frame of the house that is crooked and that the actual install was done correctly. Reminder, there was a storm door already existing (installed by Lowes in 2016-2017) that this new one was replacing which was not crooked at all and had never had any previous issues with. I have sent in pictures to Lowes installation as well as videos showing terrible install and have gotten nowhere with fixing or correcting the issues that still continue to be MONTHS LATER!!! One solution that was offered after at least three different installer visits is that I have another outside installer come out (paid by me) to check to see if the door is installed correctly that I can then have Lowes review for repayment of services. I however feel that Lowes should be taking care of this and holding their contracted installers accountable for their workmanship and making sure that they stand up and make it right. Trinitys lack of accountability is HORRIBLE and their workmanship even worse BUT Lowes installation has ownership in all of this as well as THEY are the ones who have them as their contracted installers!! I hate to have to leave a bad review being that previously I had never had any issues with Lowes installation but, feel like the lack off accountability of both Trinity Exterior Group AND Lowes is at this point unacceptable!

Save your time buying appliances here. The team doesn t know what they are doing. From the beginning there were issues. This should have been clue one! When we went to pay, we had to go to the customer service counter. There had to be three people ring us out. At NO point was there a mention of a $580 instillation fee for our wall oven!! Then on 1/24/2024, Chris calls to bring our account up to balance! Again, NO mention of the $580 instillation charge. Chris was told the account was paid in full. He tells my wife that we are in the system two times and he sees no reason for that. Fast forward to today they deliver our new fridge and oven but there is no instillation of the oven. Now sitting in my dinning room. My wife calls the store and asks why. She is told that the instillation was denied. After calling back to speak to James, who was useless, we get, CHRIS, who after some back-and-forth called my wife a liar and said that he put it in the system that he DID tell her about the $580 charge and she refused it. If this is the kind of service that you give customers, that spent almost $5,000 in your store, shame on you. Your third party company that delivers your products is terrible too. DO BETTER LOWE S. No wonder your stores are almost customer empty. Wish I could give less than one star.

Also very few registers to check out and there s always a line. Aside from that the store is very organized and clean. Very happy with this Lowe s location. It s a very well organized and clean store, friendly and helpful staff, and very good selection. A staff member named Blake went above and beyond to help me and my wife yesterday, stayed with me until customer service resolved an issue. Customer service desk staff is top notch as well. I work all over the Greater Houston area and frequent hardware stores. This store was the second most expensive. The markup prices are stupid high. Although they really know very little, the staff was very friendly and the store is clean.

The place was filthy and unorganized. There was thrash throughout the store. The isles we were looking for were closed, and a fork lift was on the way. One would think the store would replenish the stock during the night not to close the isles needed. The cashier was nice and polite, and the rest of the staff seemed to be grumpy and uninterested in helping. I had a better experience at this store before. Im not going back anytime soon. Locally, there are other stores around.

Worst Lowes I ever been to the customer service desk area worst experience Ive ever had every single time I need my craftsman tools warranty out. The kobalt also even have to argue with kobalt saying hassle free . The worst service as mentioned I drive over half an hour

I shop this Lowe s numerous times and this by far has been my worst experience. When I got there to pickup my curbside order, it wasn t ready I had a woman called and told me that garden center wasn t open and she had to get someone to open it, before I could get a word in she hang up the phone. When she did come out to assist, she had a very sour attitude. She barely said thank you pretty much kind of mumbled her response to me. To add fuel to the fire, I had to pack up all of my items into my vehicle with zero help from her.

I dont have a receipt and they will not give me a merchant card. So you better hang on to your receipt. Cause they dont Care about helping you when you lose your receipt Your response is worthless. Cause you dont really want people to have a good experience. My purchase was like $8 and yet. I was gonna purchase other materials. You ask to give you another chance. Its meaningless all I want is. Refund to get something else Its not my fault you registered in giving me my receipt by the way
