We highly recommend!!! Dietary restrictions: Im keto and gluten free and they were so kind to bring out extra veggies! Kid-friendliness: Our six year old had a BALL!!! Thank you!

First and last time I go to simply fondue. Took my family there for my wife s birthday. Within 5 minutes of sitting down we all realized the difference in air quality compared to the rest of the area. It being in a basement meant that there was hardly any ventilation and it made our eyes burn badly. When we arrived, they made us go through a narrow hallway into a corner. This made the air so much worse. The food was mediocre compared to the price, and it was hard to enjoy with us barely being able to see and breath. Right after we left, my wife threw up outside the building. She was feeling perfectly fine, but the moment we left the building she felt sick. The environment was so different inside compared to outside and we all noticed how much better our eyes felt after leaving. I do not recommend and after everything, we called and complained. They offered us to come back rather than provide compensation.

Worst place to go to! We all had burning eyes and had no ventilation at all while in the basement. Don t ever spend your money on this terrible place. Waste of money. 63$ per person for terrible food is a waste of time and money just do it at home.

Went here on a Thursday night with a date. We had an amazing experience as I have been here a couple of times and it was her first. The bacon gouda was so good and the meat selection was phenomenal. Our server made our night even better. His name was Johnathon and he was one of the best servers Ive ever had at any establish. He was training a newer girl and still on top of his game. Incredibly nice and a great conversationalist. Im sure he gets the recognition he deserves from his management. We will definitely be asking for him next time we go.

The aged cheddar was really gross and it never melted properly, very gritty. Had a few dips of bread with it and stopped it was so bad. Chef salad was good and the ranch dressing good. Six pepper tenderloin was fantastic and most of the sauces were delicious. Herb crusted pork was good, jerk chicken was average, coconut shrimp was soggy. Melted chocolate, sea salt caramel and fruit was good. Our waiter was very friendly but not very attentive, he would come by maybe every 20 minutes, he left us for so long the first time the cheese curdled and burnt and when I said it was really bad he just laughed. I only got one refill the entire 3 painful hours that we had to sit there. Two couples who arrived well after we did left well before we did because of how non attentive our waiter was. The ambience was very disappointing, we were shoved in a small hallway. The table was gross. The bathroom had a shop vac and curtains flung open and the urinal was overflowing with pee everywhere. The bathroom stall didnt latch. And to top it all off you get validated parking in garage 3&4 but our waiter kept us there so long that we exceeded the 2.5 hour limit and had to pay 10 dollars for parking. Very disappointed for a bill of over $150 for only two people and no drinks. Would not recommend this place to anyone, will never go back.

Fun date night. My husband and I went for a date night and had a really good time. At the price point, we did have different expectations for the ambiance, but the service was so great it didnt matter. The restaurant is underground, so there isnt any ventilation, its a bit dark and its time for a renovation. All that said, the food was as expected, and the service was really top-notch. The wedge salad was delicious, but the highlight of the meal was the dessert. The delicious Pecan Carmel Chocolate fondue was accompanied by several dipping options, including small cookie dough balls that were out of this world! Our server brought us extra and our made my whole night. Ill bring my kids next time, theyll love it.

For context I called 30 minutes before arriving and the person that answered the phone had told us we can walk in and we didn t have to make a reservation so me and my wife did that. When we got there we were told otherwise as I was leaving I thought of how stupid it was that we had drove 30 minutes there just to be told we couldn t be seated because there wasn t clear communication. When I told the manager about this he just seemed like he could care less and tried to brush me off. I want him to know that what he did was careless and very unprofessional. If you didn t want your kitchen to work late or you didn t want to be there longer than what you needed to be make that clear for customers don t waste their time simply because you having to stay later is an inconvenience for you and you can t communicate that. My niece who is 2 can communicate better than the manager I talked to he couldn t even give a better explanation other than I didn t want to be open later or have my kitchen stay open which I get but maybe say that on the phone. Talking to the manager was like listening to a broken record which I much rather would ve done.

The food was amazingly seasoned. We got the jerk chicken, cinnamon pork, beef, cheese and dessert fondues. The ONLY complaint I would say compared to the other Fondue places I have been is we left and smelt really bad. We had that food smell. They need the ventilation for the smoke from the boiling broth. My eyes were watering the whole night there as the steam or smoke was blowing in my face. But other than having to shower again once home due to that. It was a great time with family. Our waiter was SO helpful with all my questions Parking: Several parking garages. We found one on 3rd st. FREE

In the past the service, food and atmosphere have always been very good. On Sunday December 17th, reservations for Christmas Eve, Sunday 24th, (one week a away.) Then a call was placed to the restaurant to inquire if the normal menu was going to be served or if there was going to be a special menu. The person that answered the phone did not know, so the person spoke to the manager. The response relayed from the manager, was, We dont know, the owner has not told us. Please call back on Friday, (December 22nd and we should know something.) Really, so, customers are supposed to wait until late in the day (they open at 5:00) to make plans for Christmas Eve. Let me guess the owner wants everyone to make plans, then at the last minute, or maybe at the table and surprise them with a special Christmas gift, a menu they do not care for, or a menu with higher prices than normal. The person was polite, kind and very apologetic for the situation. A situation created not by the manager, but by the owner. Wow - we will be dining at Paris 7th on Christmas Eve. We were polite enough to cancel the reservation.

I enjoyed The Classic Dinner at Simply Fondue. To be upfront, youre paying for the experience and labor, dont expect mind-blowing food. The cheese fondue appetizer is delicious but they need to find new delicacies for dipping. The bread was less than appealing and so was the fruit / vegetables. I can see where they cheaped out there. Additionally, it turned me off a bit when the waiter added clumpy shredded sharp cheddar cheese from a bowl. The cheese looked no different than Great Values brand. A classier way to do this would be grating or grinding the cheese into the bowl. The meats arent anything fancy either. You cook the meat in hot oil and then eat it. The dessert portion is yummy, probably the best round and everyones favorite. I can see where other reviewers are coming from about the restaurant appearing old, dusty, dimly lit, etc. It is underground. Upon entering upstairs youll walk down a long hallway and make a left, then youll walk downstairs to the restaurant. Parking: You should be able to get your parking validated at a nearby garage, if not itll be $20-$25.

We had reservations, yet there was a 20-minute delay in seating. Upon reaching our booth, we encountered used silverware and cutlery, not overlooked but right beside it. While the bathrooms were well-maintained, the rest of the restaurant appeared dirty and outdated. Although our server was pleasant, frequent apologies for delays were made, with our overall dining experience extending from 7:30 to 10 pm. Concerned about time, we had to request dessert immediately after receiving our entrees to make a movie at 10:15. The experience did not align with the expected price point.

The service is always great, the bathrooms are always clean, the food always tastes fantastic, and you re getting a lot of food for the price you re paying. Too bad they don t have their own parking lot, but that s DTFTW for you. This is my favorite of the fondue places I ve been to. They also have very good drinks (my girlfriend s favorite martini is their salted watermelon.) I love the atmosphere here and the decor. Unfortunately, my silverware was very dirty. Like Had food chunks still stuck to them and the smell of the restaurant is pretty bad. You end going home with the smell clinging to your clothes and your hair. I would have given this place a higher score if they had not changed their menu. Typically menu changes don t bug me that much, I get restaurants have to do what they have to do, but .They took off basically every item I liked. Wagyu sausage? Gone. Wedge salad? Gone. Marinara cheese? Gone. 4 meat options? Now you get three. The prices went up as well? This used to be my spot and I still go, but definitely not as frequently. I d still reccomend, especially as a date night option for couples, but I wish they would try to revamp the menu and bring the items I love back. Vegetarian options: I m pretty sure all the cheeses are vegetarian and they have veggies for the oil. They also have all vegetarian chocolate of course. Parking: There s street parking that s free (I think) after 6 or 7 pm. There is also parking garages that are prettt cheap. If you re going on a weekend, you re in for a walk because parking is going to be sparse. That s to be expected of DTFTW though.

I would put negative stars if I could. Simply Fondue is a JOKE of a restaurant. It smells like a bowling alley walking down to the basement where the restaurant is. The dark ambiance is not a mood setter, its masking how dirty and outdated the restaurant is. Dirty plates, silverware, and sticky booths. Dinner for two ended up being $120 for a bowl of cheese, stale chips and bread, raw veggies, a salad that probably came from a super market kit, and chocolate sauce with cheap dipping options for dessert. That price doesnt include drinks btw. Service was okay, but does not make up for the overall terrible dinner. The food quality was embarrassing. Your prices dont match. Incredible food and service! I am known to be a critical person as I typically analyze every aspect of my dining experience, however, I have never had a complaint when it comes to Simply Fondue. I have gone several times for any special occasion that comes to mind, as attending this restaurant is a treat to me. I have had several servers, all of whom have been phenomenal. I highly recommend Noah, Rylee, and especially Koy, who is my favorite that I request. They are all very prompt with great manners and you can tell they take their serving responsibilities seriously. Koy has been my favorite as he has incredible manners and serving skills, always acting professionally and catering to my needs. If you are looking for someone who is easy to engage with, he is the most personable and positive server I have met, qualities of someone I would hire myself. As for food - you cannot go wrong with getting a four-course meal. I highly recommend their six-peppered tenderloin - the type of meat selection Simply Fondue provides is what, in my opinion, sets this restaurant in the higher-class category. The amazing service combined with the exceptional food and dim, intimate atmosphere has made this restaurant one of the best in my book.

Started out great. The hostess and the bartenders were extremely nice and because it was so hot out they let us come in early and sit at the bar until our reservation... The server, Koy, started out ok. He gave us the whole spiel about what Fondue is and how it works. We ordered our drinks and cheese to get started, took awhile for the drinks cause he didnt bring them from the bar right away, I guess he was expecting someone else to do that part. Then after we started eating the cheese, he asked what salads we wanted, trying to force us into the four-course meal when we only wanted to do a cheese and chocolate. After that, his service dropped to almost nothing. He kept forgetting to bring things we asked and ordered to the table, i.e. extra dippers for the cheese, drinks we ordered, etc. He even had another person come to the table and try to take away our cheese and plates while we were still eating it! Our second round of drinks had to be brought by someone else, thankfully this person was much nicer. Then after we ordered the chocolate course, we asked for some apples, to which we got a disgusted look from the server, then we asked for some extra bananas, marshmallows and cookie dough balls, there were three of us eating and we wanted a little more to eat... They didnt come to the table until we were almost done. Nevermind the fact that Koy dropped the ticket off before we asked for it, while we were still waiting for some of the extra dippers to be brought to the table, and before we had even finished ordering. He tried more than 4 times to pick up the check after setting it down, and when we asked to order our after dinner coffee drinks, he got upset and said then I guess Ill just take this and be back... We finally got the drinks and another check, without asking, and it was not correct. He overcharged for the drinks and was upset when we pointed it out, like he thought we would not notice. Having spent over $200 here, he was rushing us to get out from the moment we said we didnt want to do the 4 course meal, and the service was HORRIBLE...I have been here before and not had this issue, because the reservation does not make you specify if you want the 4 course meal or just a single pot of fondue. I believe each table should be given the same service despite what they choose to order and eat. This was my birthday trip and it practically ruined the meal because we afelt rushed and unimportant to the server, like every other table was more important because we didnt do what the server wanted us to. Then when he grabbed the signed check from us, again while we were still trying to enjoy our after dinner drinks, he went around the corner and said quite loudly wow, horrible tip, then walked back by to check the table for cash!!! I always make sure to tip a server well when they actually give good service. But if you want to rush me out because I didnt do what YOU wanted on MY birthday, and your service reflects that, the tip will reflect your service... I do love the restaurant but I will NEVER have this server again, I will be sure to request anyone other than him, or just sit at the bar, maybe even go someplace else if he is the only option... AGAIN, WORST SERVICE EVER AND RUINED MY BIRTHDAY MEAL!!!!

For starters, the atmosphere is a very welcoming one, asides from the overwhelming smell of fondue and non-fitting music . The host/ manager was polite and our server Isaac was just wonderful! Very easygoing yet professional. The two (siblings?)/busters in the red were also very sweet and honestly adorable. We did entres and chocolate, and we were not disappointed. Lets begin here, because this is a week overdue post. ISAAC IS ONE OF THE BEST AND MOST ENERGETIC SERVERS WE EVER HAD. We came here for my girlfriends birthday celebration and Isaac helped make our day. His customer service, attentiveness, food recommendation, and red wine recommendation was absolutely amazing! He helped make the day better. Food - the food selection was very diverse and delicious. We were eating so good we forgot to take pictures of our initial layout. The flavor profile was well worth the price. Environment - its underground and darker kind of like a vampire lair. My girlfriend loved it! It was nice and romantic. However, your eyes will need to adjust lol. Parking - more than likely you will have to pay to park close unless you can find a decent parking spot on the street. We made it simple and parked in the pay to park square in Sundance Square. I spent $20 for 2 hours. Military discount - Yes. Special - we went on Thursday and they have half price wine bottles that are under $50. Customer service - already talked about how awesome Isaac was. He was so good, we got jealous when he started helping other tables. He had the audacity to laugh at another tables joke and we were not having it lol. Birthday special - yes. Overall - I would highly recommend this place. However know it wont be a cheap date. Parking: I paid $20 for 2 hours of parking for

Wow just wow. This was our first and last time at Simply Fondue. Where do I even begin? Upon entering the building, we were unsure of where to go. We noticed a sign in the distance with the restaurant name, indicating that it was downstairs. The carpet was dingy, the walls were dirty, and the smell reminded me of an aging trampoline park mixed with the odor of dirty feet lingering in the air. As we descended the stairs, we passed through double doors into the restaurant, only to find an empty host stand. There was a man at the bar holding a Starbucks drink, appearing visibly agitated. He turned his head upon seeing us and eventually came over to the host stand. This individual was dressed very inappropriately for the restaurant, wearing extremely casual civilian clothes. Another person followed closely behind, laughing, and told us, Don t worry, he works here. Seriously? It was an extremely unprofessional encounter. The two of them went on to discuss a 6:30 reservation that didn t show up, mentioning that they were going to bump us from our table and seat us in the back. The stench in that area was unbearable, reminiscent of moldy feet. Nevertheless, we made our way to a table and began perusing the menu. After selecting our entrees, appetizers, salads, and desserts, our waiter approached and began preparing our cheese fondue. The ingredients seemed lackluster, with the cheese base including beer poured from a red Solo cup. The cheese itself appeared to be pre-shredded and coated in potato starch. After adding some spices and mixing it at our table for what felt like an eternity, we dipped our appetizers into the fondue, only to exchange looks of disgust. The cheese fondue was absolutely terrible and exceedingly gritty. In addition, the veggies they provided to dip were midway though going rotten (see photo of the broccoli florets). Having picked through the artisan bread, which was essentially day-old store-bought bread, our waiter cleared the appetizers and brought out a Scandinavian grill along with our meats. The meats were far from special. For instance, the roasted garlic chicken consisted of cubed chicken smothered in Mrs. Dash seasoning. The teriyaki chicken was nothing more than bare chicken breast sprinkled with a few sesame seeds. Cooking our chicken and beef tenderloins at our table took an incredibly long time due to the low heat. The taste of the cooked meats was underwhelming at best we ve had better meat at fast food restaurants. After spending about an hour struggling to cook our meats on the extremely low heat of the Scandinavian Grill, we were hoping the dessert would redeem the restaurant. Unfortunately, we were proven wrong once again as we were presented with a tray of stale treats and goodies to dip into our chocolate fondue. After paying nearly $200 for the two of us, we left the restaurant and immediately noticed the disgusting smell clinging to our clothes and hair. Upon arriving home, the putrid stench of the restaurant still clung to our belongings and hair. We had to separate the clothes and take showers to rid ourselves of the foul odor. I cannot speak to what this place was like before the pandemic, but I can tell you that it is not worth your time, money, or energy. We were extremely disappointed to have chosen this revolting restaurant to celebrate our anniversary.

First off I m giving it 3 stars because the food was eh. For the price you pay I would rather spend my $100 at a steakhouse. The cheese was okay it wasn t even really hot- it got lukewarm which I thought was not good. Then the bourbon sugar chicken was SO SALTY I couldn t even eat it. The meats were okay, nothing special. But the thing that really irked me was that our waitress didn t even tell us that there was a 20% automatic grat to our check since we had a large party but really they just put our friends in the same room because they were not that busy on a Sunday night. Couple of times we didn t have filled drinks, service wasn t terrible but I ve had better. But the fact that I wasn t told there was an auto grat of 20% to my check and the food is mediocre I will not be going back. We were never supposed to have an automatic gratuity since there were only 6 ppl and it was applied. Sneaky. Spend your money on a a nice steak somewhere else- not here.

The burners kept coming unplug without our knowledge. The food took forever to receive. Oh and they tried charging us a full adult price for a 3 YEAR OLD. Lol Had to get the manager to fight that. Reached out to the restaurant about our experience with zero response. They obviously don t care. Spent a lot of money on a terrible experience with my family. Never again. Do fondue at home. We arrived early and sat at the bar for drinks. Service there was good. We were seated 10 mins before or reservation, which was also nice. Our server started by explaining that a second server was on his last night of training and would be helping out. He explained the menu and left the trainee to take over. Cheese dip was good but was finished before our entree fondue was even brought out to be heated which left us sitting for a bit. He attempted to show us how to batter and cook a side item but since it wasnt hot enough, it just made a mess in the pot. It wasnt cleaned out and no one explained what the side dips were. This usually wouldnt be a big deal but one of them contained peanuts and my husband has an allergy. We found out by him tasting it. When we asked the original server to confirm, he just shrugged it off and said, yeah, it has peanut. Next time let us know so you can have a better experience. Luckily my husband had noticed and spit it out so he didnt have a bad reaction. The stuffed jalapenos from the entree option turned out to be just 3 slices of jalapeño with cheese in the middle. Hard to fondue so I would avoid that option if you go. Then they seemed in a rush to clean up the entree and asked several times if we were done before we finally just said yes. The dessert chocolate was good. Overall the experience was just okay. Vegetarian options: There is a menu section with vegetarian entree options.

People/Employees from the night club next door kept coming in and out so they could use the restaurants bathroom. They (nightclub staff) were nice enough to apologize for the revolving door to use the bathroom. At no point did we ever see a manager from the restaurant. The couple behind us left due to not being able to sit next to one another and the club door.

I have been to this restaurant many times and have always loved it. The customer service in the past year has gone downhill. The server and even management was unprofessional and uncaring. We sat without any beverages on the table for half an hour and had to ask another server to bring us water until our server came back with drinks which he forgot because salads came out before the drinks. We asked for items we never received such as vegetables to dip in the cheese. The lobster tail we added on for $25 didn t come out until the end of the meal and was completely covered in Cayenne pepper which would have been good to know before hand for people who don t enjoy spicy.. The worst part is the food was mushy and hardly edible because the burners were either not working properly or never turned on. Raw meat sat in cold oil for over 20 minutes before another server had to turn the burners on the food quite literally disintegrated. We spent $40 on parking and $400 on a meal and that was less than appetizing and service that was almost non existent..

Call us back in 5mins and tell us our table is ready. So had to drive back. Food took forever to be brought out, which was weird since it was just cheese and bread, then raw foods for the entrees that we cook ourselves before eating. Same for dessert. Prefixed platters, just needed to chocolate. Seemed like there was more than enough staff, but seemeds everyone around us also had been waiting forever. It was 2.5hr dinner because of all the waiting. Food was okay only. Nothing was memorable. At 150lbs and eating all my plates clean, not enough to feel full.

Came here last night for my surprise birthday dinner, and overall, it was just okay food wise. I definitely liked our server, she was very attentive and prompt. Customer service was exceptional. Our server, along with the entire staff, was very helpful and friendly. The cheese in the beginning of our course was delicious. The meats were good as well. I was not expecting to cook my own food, so I was a little disappointed when I got there, but in the end, it wasn t too bad. I m just not a big fan of cooking my own food when I go out to eat. Unfortunately, during this whole experience, my eyes were burning and stinging. I m not sure if the air doesn t circulate correctly, or if the spices that were added burnt my eyes. It was extremely horrible and definitely ruined the whole experience for me. My eyes had tears going down constantly. My eyes burned, and by the time we got to the car, I had a massive headache. My boyfriend asked a random server if their eyes were burning as well, and he said yes. Other servers overheard the conversation and chimed in and one of them said, it was actually a good night because it s usually worse than this. This broke my heart for them. It is now the next day, and my eyes still sting. My headache (finally) went away. If I would have known how horrible I would have felt after leaving this restaurant, I would have chosen to stay home and cook my own food. The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars is solely because of the service. I will never return to this restaurant.

Very underwhelmed by our experience here. From the start the hostess looked at us and turned back to her colleague and finished telling their stories before greeting us. We spent about 3 hours here for a meal which seemed surreal. The waitress told us to cook our food for 1-3 minutes depending on the type of meat. I don t know if the oil just wasn t hot or if it was the batter or what was going on but after 30 minutes in the fryer all of the food never got crispy, it just turned into soggy mush. It s a fun idea, but a complete money grab. Almost $500 for 5 people to cook our own meals and eat undercooked/overcooked pieces of meat, and not a single memorable food item. I ve never felt compelled to leave a bad review before, but after 3 hours I will never get back and $500 for 6 ounces of meat, it feels necessary. Don t even bother coming here. If you want to cook your own food do it for a lot less money and time in your own home and get some more flavorful food out of it.

This is the place my wife and I go to celebrate our anniversary almost every year. Weve been going since they opened around 2007 and as regulars in the early years, got to know the owner, Gary, who still remembers us and treats us like family. Its a bit upscale (and the prices do reflect that), but the staff is always professional and service is consistently good. You might think the fondue experience would take priority over the actual quality of the food, but youd be wrong! The food is literally always delicious. Here are some of our favorites: 1. The cheese fondue: the spicy pepper jack cheese is outstanding. They make it at the table and you can tell them how much spice to use (or not use). Weve tried all the others and they are good, but this is the one to get, I promise. 2. The salads are good and unique! The spinach and strawberry is my favorite, my wife goes for the wedge. 3. The entree items change from time to time, but our favorites are the garlic chicken, the pepper-crusted beef, and the mushrooms. 4. The chocolate fondue is always good, and none of them are bad. Though some options might be polarizing, so you cant go wrong with the original. Since nothing is perfect, I will give you the downsides: - Some of the food is pretty salty, especially the herbed entree items like the garlic chicken and herb-crusted pork. Tastes great but definitely salty. - Eating fondue is by necessity a lengthy process since youre cooking each bite individually, but dont expect them to rush. Plan it as your event for the evening and youll be happy you spent that 2+ hours there. - Because of the longer meal time and the hot oil, I would recommend not bringing young kids. If your kids cant sit still for very long or you wouldnt trust them not to reach out and touch the hot burner thats right in front of them, then this is not the place for them.

We had reservations at 6:30 and after waiting for about fifteen mins we finally got seated, our hostess seemed honestly shocked that we were there for some reason. Floor is grimy. Seats are grimy. Just wasn t the best experience overall. Should have walked out prior to getting seated.

We celebrated our 6 month anniversary and Birthday here. It was great! Both Jordan and Waldie (Hoping Im spelling it correctly) Did an excellent Job! Jordan explain each course with expertise and ease. The food was great, especially the black pepper steak! We were very impressed and cant wait to go back again for their Chocolate Fondue

First time eating here and ever eating fondue; it was FANTASTIC! Jordan took care of us and he was phenomenal as well. His cocktail suggestions were spot on and we loved them all. Would definitely recommend getting the whole feast and when the dessert chocolate came, he lit the top of it on fire and we roasted a marshmallow on it!

Love the intimate feel of this place. All of the employees were nothing but professional and kind. From the hosts to the servers, it was a delightful staff. I didn t know what to expect going here so it was fun to see how it worked. Each table is set up with a flat top stove in the middle. Our table had two burners - I m not sure if other tables have more or less. We ordered the fondue feast which came with a salad, cheese fondue appetizer, choice of three meats, and then a chocolate fondue for dessert. Our waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu. He and a few others from the staff made recommendations as they were taking items off of our table. The marinara cheese fondue was great. The sauces that come with the proteins were yummy. I was obsessed with the peppered beef and the teriyaki chicken. The chocolate fondue was a cherry on top of a wonderful meal. We got the snickerdoodle fondue and the chocolate peanut butter fondue. OMG I ate my weight in chocolate covered marshmallows. Reserve a table to ensure you get a seat!

All I can say is... WOW! This place is all you could hope for and more. The hosting staff is incredibly accommodating and placed us at the bar when we came early for our reservation. We were surprised by the extensive bar menu, including AMAZING martinis. There, we were given the pleasant surprise of meeting the general manager. Now there is a guy who really cares about the restaurant and his work - he does it all! He was considerate, friendly and very funny! He offered to take care of us, which we gladly accepted. The food from beginning to end was beyond delicious. The spiciest jack cheddar dip we could hope for, wonderful cuts of all of our favorite meats, and a DELECTABLE raspberry chocolate fondue to finish! Instructions for cooking were clear and concise, the mood of the entire restaurant very intimate, and everyone was very kind. It was the best date we ever had and a perfect way to celebrate our 6mo anniversary. Simply Fondue should be named Best in Fort Worth.

After several visits my overall experience is meh. Drinks were empty for over 10 minutes several times. Flagging down a server was near impossible. Preston made the last experience somewhat bearable and he wasn t even a server. Will not be returning here.
