Incredible coffee shop. First time visiting and I am incredibly impressed. I ordered the Cold Brew with Cold Foam and it was thoroughly enjoyable. My customer service was awesome. The lady was so nice and welcoming. This place is overall clean. Would totally recommend taking a trip to try this coffee shop.

DELICIOUS ESSPRESSO, true CRAFT COLD BREW, Excellent AMERICANO. This place truly knows coffee. They offer seasonal menus and specialty drinks. Coffees, teas, Italian sodas, local wines and craft beer. Also offer local pastries and bread goods. Staff is friendly and will customize an order to your taste. Store has a retro unique vibe. There was a group of people jamming in the back room on guitars! It was a great place to end my day. Its located in a small town square that has been revived and has some great shopping, restaraunts, and a new salon that offers inexpensive full-spa services that include makeup tattooing! Definitely worth the visit. Its not the only thing to check out for the drive here.

Caramel latte is next to none! The unique flavor of the local honey is just wonderful! I am a creature of habit and asked the barista her favorite drink my first time there, and haven t looked back. I always enjoy every sip!

We stop here every time we are in town. Im not sure about what happened between this visit and our last. I think maybe its the staff person? It took over 20 min to get 2 lattes. As we waited a couple had to return a pair of coffees because they were cold - with the server admitting the pot had been out for a while & she suspected they were cold; she offered to reheat them. Who admits that?! We finally got our coffees and they are both lukewarm and not great. This visit took forever and was not a good experience.

The menu has choices to allow for individualization of your drink. My espresso individualized with dark chocolate was drinking temperature when served. I could seamlessly enjoy it while visiting in the parlor after a brisk fall bicycle ride on Farmersvilles converted railway that begins at the Onion Shed. The music quality added additional character to the upbeat and comfortable atmosphere where plenty of room and a variety of seating is offered for sharing 12 stories or more with whomever gathers there.

The guy running the shop was really friendly, the homemade muffin was delicious, and the cold brew coffee was sweet without being syrupy and over the top. Everything was awesome, and I ll definitely be back.

The coffee itself wasnt horrible but Ive had better, the girl who took our order was very kind but the guy behind the counter making the coffee was very rude, we ordered two iced lattes, I asked to have Carmel added to my vanilla latte but was told that they cant add it because it could mess with the consistency of the drink which does not sound accurate but I accepted it and asked if I could have a small amount of Carmel syurp on the side to add it in myself and again was told no. That too would have been fine but the guy started saying if I do that and you add it to the drink and dont like it then its on me and youll give us a bad review I didnt say anything else and just decided to pay for my drinks so we could go, but as we sat there waiting for our drinks the guy continued to bad talk other coffee shops that do let you customize your drinks and the people who order custom drinks. My husband and I will NOT be returning for the simple fact that the guy behind the counter was extremely rude and unpleasant.

You will love this place. It s more of an experience to be here. I feel bad for the new generation in US because they will May be only hear stores of places like 12 Stories by Coffee you will instantly feel West Cost experience if you have lived their. Great Coffee and must try their Blue Berry Muffin (Made by the owners wife). Manager is a great guy became my friend. You will love the ambiance and the feeling of all Pure Cafe with quality Coffee and seating. Not like the chains have. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We walked into this coffee shop and thought it was going to be nice, but when we went to order that s when it all changed. The man that took our order was very rude and told me I couldn t order a vanilla lavender latte because they can t change any recipes and then I went to order another latte but couldn t add cold foam either. My husband went to order and he could add an extra shot of espresso. The only difference was I was Asian and my husband is white so either the barista is clearly racist or sexist because he made an exception for my husband but kept denying me of any additions. When we got our drinks he also rudely said we don t have lids either. We won t be returning to this place and I hope this establishment realizes this is a lawsuit waiting to happen with this type of customer service.

I love a great coffee experience. Just so happened that we found this cute coffee cafe that has great coffee flavor. I would say a lot of their coffee has a chocolatey base, like the coffee itself. I didn t mind it but others might. I got the cold brew with lavander and cold foam. Such a smooth mix for a summer coffee. Will definitely go back and maybe purchase a growler of the cold brew.

This place is adorable! Dont go here if youre in a hurry bc theres only one person behind the counter and each time Ive gone there have been several people there. Ive had the iced hazelnut latte and the iced dirty chai tea latte. Both are pretty good. Im not a coffee drinker, but sometimes I just need to have a boost.

I love having this adorable coffee shop in downtown Farmersville! It s the best spot to go meet with a friend when you just want to linger and chat. Their hours are great too, I m so thankful they are open in the evenings. Now onto the coffee. The coffee is great. It s smooth and not bitter. They make their syrups and such in house, which I appreciate. However, what I deducted one star for is because they are quite stubborn and do not typically allow you to altar your drink in any way. Example: they have a mocha and they have a hazelnut latte. If you request a mocha with some of their hazelnut syrup added, they will tell you no. This is so silly to me. I ve been to other coffee shops where they have done the same thing, so I know they aren t the only ones. But I feel like this was a trend we saw more about 10 years ago, and most craft coffee shops have since become more flexible and willing to adjust drinks to the customers liking. Hopefully 12 Stories will become more flexible in the future because I really am cheering them on and hope they stick around a long, long time in Farmersville. We definitely need them!

I was just driving by and thought I would stop by for a latte. The workers and the customers were so nice and welcoming. I got a vanilla latte with oat milk and it was THE BEST LATTE IVE EVER HAD!!!! I was so impressed, I thought it would be tasty, but it was so much better than I expected.

Ive been to this coffee shop easily 4 times in the last few weeks. Ive had their Aeropress twice, its absolutely amazing. Never tried Aeropress before and yeah, the nailed it! They have a really nice selection of beer (including Belgian ales, which I love!). The people who work there are so friendly and I just cannot offer enough praise to this place. Worth an extra few minutes to skip Starbucks and go here instead!

Awesome little coffee shop! They were making cold brew coffee when we came in so we got a sample of that. I also got a mocha and it was delicious! The chocolate they use is anazing! Wheelchair accessibility: There is a bathroom that I believe is accessible. It is easy to get around even with the tables on one side and the bar on the other side.

Atmosphere 5/5 Air conditioning (I hate that I have to rate this but theres so many places in downtown Farmersville with terrible AC) 5/5 Pastries 5/5 Staff 5/5 Non-coffee drinks 2/5. Caveat: I dont drink coffee. So Ive tried the drinking chocolate and the iced chai. Both had little to no flavor or sweetness, even after adding more agave. Both ended up being more like slightlyyy flavored milk. The recipes remind me more of a hippie joint in Dallas, which may be the vibe theyre going for? Either way, Ill keep coming back for the amazing atmosphere and pastries while I get some work done on the side.

Marty and Cierra are amazing. The coffee is delicious and the atmosphere is awesome. The back is quiet and work remotely here often. Super cute coffee shop! The staff is very friendly & they give excellent customer service. We had the Cold Bree Tea which was perfect on a hot summer afternoon. The place is decorated with both antique and modern furniture to create a fun and eclectic style that really fits the old building. Great vibe! They have a large, quiet work space in the back that is perfect for working remotely or meeting with clients. Highly recommend it for a quick coffee break, a relaxing chat with a friend, or if youre needing a place to work but want a different atmosphere this is your place!

What a delightful and elegant find ... This coffee shop is a cute and calm upscale Art Deco oasis in the little town of Farmersville in the down town antique district ... easily accessible from many surrounding towns and not overcrowded and not loud like Starbucks .... like a sit and sip coffee shop should be with delicious varieties of great coffee served in large real pottery cups and saucers ... They could have a few more teas in the selection , and I made the suggestion of small fresh flowers on the small tables just to warm it up a bit !

AMAZING!!! My daughter came from out of town and we wanted to try something new, instead of our usual Starbucks trip. What a pleasant surprise! Not only was the coffee top notch, the owner, Marty was so nice and accommodating. He took the time to ask our names and gave us a little history of this unique establishment. Popped in for the first time this morning and was greeted by Marty (owner). He was very friendly and gave me a run down of their menu. I also checked out their back room, what a perfect spot for gatherings and listening to music on Saturday nights. Loved the vibe, loved the iced caramel latte, and the blueberry pastry was great too. Since yall make your own syrups (the caramel was great btw) Id recommend a brown sugar flavor. Personally, its my favorite, but also it was recently introduced (or heavily advedtised) at a lot of chain coffee shops and selling really well!

Great atmosphere and drinks! When I step into 12 Stories it is a step into a place where I can relax and detach from my busy life. The owners and all employees are vary welcoming and will make you feel at home while you sip away your stresses with one of their many coffee beverages, teas or even unique craft beers or wines. The pastries are on point as well.

This is a coffee shop with a wonderful ambiance. The drinks were good and the food was also tasty. My only complaint was that the service was a bit slow -- it seemed like I had to wait multiple minutes before I could place my order with only 1 person ahead of me in line.

It is disappointing to crave a latte. Go into an exclusive coffee shop and not be able to get a latte because they cleaned the machine before closing time. I can make myself a coffee or tea at home. I make the special trip for a special drink and the atmosphere. So dont go after 830 if you want anything espresso. Otherwise, I like this place.

What a great place. We had the drinking chocolate. Deep rich chocolate flavor and not too sweet. Great art deco vibe, looks like it belongs in a Fred Astaire movie. We spoke with one of the owners, friendly guy and the barista was very helpful. GO HERE!!!

My husband and I love coming here when we re off of work and want to have a relaxing morning. Coffee is delicious and so are the various pastries they change out each week. We love the 1920s ambiance and the extra seating they have in the back. The place adds to Farmersville being a Texas treasure . Now we just need to try the Saturday music nights whenever we get a babysitter or our baby gets a little older ;)

Favorite spot for coffee and studying. Their backroom is awesome and the lattes by far are the smoothest Ive ever had. Always enjoy the company and friendliness of the staff and owners, they make each visit easy-going and memorable. The new additions to the menu and unique handmade sodas and coffee drinks definitely makes one want to come back and try more. Sorry Starbucks, youve been replaced.

Love their creative concoctions. Cocoa-Ginger works deliciously together. Marty does a great job and it is in the middle of a very small town. Saturday nights they have a live band in the back room. Well worth the drive.

Had a cocoa ginger latte made with coconut sugar. Awesome and delicious! Prices are reasonable, they have a variety of coffees, lattes, and teas. They also have sodas and alcohol for the evenings. These are not your starbucks drinks and they are not your donut shop coffee either. The atmosphere is elegant and comfortable, they are clean and the employees are very kind. Fully recommend checking them out. Downtown Farmersville...

This place is great! Sierra, one of the baristas, was kind and very helpful in helping my brother and I choose a good, iced drink. We went with the iced vanilla latte. They use fresher milk than most places and coconut sugar to prevent the drink from becoming overly sweet. This technique worked to make a great latte in which both the coffee roast and vanilla flavor can be richly tasted without overpowering each other. The ambience here is also great for studying or just chatting with some friends. Definitely check this spot out if you get the opportunity! Update: Came back for another visit about 3 months later while visiting from California and had another 5 star experience. This time I tried their chocolate cake and it was so good! The service here is seriously some of the best Ive ever had out of the 50+ specialty coffee shops Ive been to in California and Texas. Keep up the awesome work!

This is absolutely my favorite place to go get coffee! The owners are amazing, super friendly and very knowledgeable. Marty and Sierra, make the BEST coffee around. The cookies are pretty damn good too. The environment is super cozy. Its a great place to hang out and theres live music on Saturdays!

This place is great. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the coffee is really good. They host classes in the back area occasionally that make for a great date night (we did the succulent class and had a great time). This place is perfect for the Farmersville downtown.

What a fantastic addition to this community! The inside is best described as Modern Great Gatsby. I cannot express how nice and friendly the baristas (Marty and Sierra) are and oh my goodness the coffee is also top notch! They make in house syrups that are beyond delicious as are the baked goods they sell.
