If you re anything like me, you re probably sitting here reading reviews wondering if this cleaning service is worth the money. I wondered the same thing and I ve also had bad experiences with other cleaning companies in the past. Katura is 100% worth every penny. Their customer service from beginning to end is remarkable and I can t think of a single negative thing to say. My house looks brand new. I hired Katura to clean my house due to me recovering from surgery. The ladies that cleaned my home were courteous, professional and extremely friendly. They treated me with genuine concern over my injuries. They cleaned just as good as me and hit some spots I have missed over time. They will be coming back while I am recovering, and I might just make this permanent! They are that good.

Update to Katura Cleaning Services response: The times we requested a rescheduling due to ill family members in the home was in an effort to keep your employees safe and healthy. When you have a preschooler in the household, viruses and illnesses are much more prevalent. Obviously, you don t understand that and lack the compassion and concern for our family, as well as your employees. The number of times that we requested a rescheduling, NOT A CANCELLATION, pales in comparison to the number of times you changed our regularly scheduled appt time, showed up hours later than our appt time, or simply just sent a cleaning team out at random times. We have used Katura Cleaning Services for approximately 2 years. The housekeepers did a good job most of the time. We had a standing appt for every other Tuesday with arrival time between 11:30am - 12:30pm. However, on countless occasions the team would show up much later or on random days without notice. And to be fair, we have had to make last minute rescheduling requests due to sick family members or in the most recent instance, due to flooring contractors not finishing the installation of new floors in our home before the scheduled cleaning service. We requested the next available appt which was obviously an open spot on their schedule. And even though we were helping them fill an empty spot on their schedule, Rosalina, the business owner, manages the scheduling and has made countless errors in communication and created multiple scheduling conflicts, stated that we were going to be charged a rescheduling fee of $50. When I explained to her that we should have charged them a $50 rescheduling fee for the countless times they tried to change our standing appt at the last minute or simply showed up at random times, I got no response other than a suggestion that we find a different cleaning service for our future house cleanings. Rosalina is extremely unorganized and doesn t like to be called out on her poor management skills. Katura Cleaning Services & Rosalina would greatly benefit by hiring someone to manage their business an scheduling as she is unable to manage her own business.

My clients previous house cleaners retired and we used Katura cleaning five times during the interim while we did a candidate search for a full-time housekeeper. Unfortunately, Katura had to discontinue services with us because of staffing shortages which is understandable especially since this is a very large house. During our time with them, they were very flexible and worked us in last minute for a few of those weeks. Their cleaning is top notch. I was always very happy with the job they did. Everything was left spotless, beds were perfect, and everything was in its place. This was not a small or easy house either. The wood floors have to be cleaned with a special cleaner and the ladies at Katura were very accommodating. Monica led the team that cleaned my clients house and she did amazing each time. I highly recommend. My only complaint is that they were not always on-time but for us it was not a big deal since we had some flexibility on our side.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone . They are an extreme rip off and the owner Rosaline is extremely unprofessional . I asked her twice to send me a break down of the bill to see how I was charged 186$ for ONE and a HALF bathroom cleaning which took 1 hour and 15 minutes . Obviously I have been around to know to keep an eye on these things myself . She will only respond with automated messages and ignore my questions . Her response was , it can factor how big the home was , time spent at the home and how far you live . Well I live in harker heights which is close by and also I only needed the two bathrooms cleaned . Which one of them was very small . I have lived in so many high cost areas that I know she just made this price up herself . If you read the reviews I have left places they are 90% of the time positive reviews . I go by reviews a lot of times but this time I was let down . Definitely go with someone more professional .

Daileen and Kayley were so kind, professional, easy to work with and most of all did such an outstanding/thorough job cleaning. They went above and beyond to make my house sparkle and I am so thankful. I walked in my bedroom and bathroom after they were finished and I was so shocked I just started crying, I couldn t help it. I have been wanting to do Spring Cleaning but I just didnt have the time. I heard about Katura Cleaning Services through Salado People. Respond time to book an appt was fast and easy. I had 4/5 girls at any given time at my house scrubbing every inch. I am beyond impressed with the cleanliness they provided. My pendant lighting has never sparkled so much!!! Katura takes care of my house every other week, they communicate any delay in arrival ahead of time, they confirm the tasks before they get started and have always been courteous. I had the same two ladies for a while and when there was a change due to a promotion they let me know because of my preference in employees. I appreciate that kind of communication, being that they are in the service industry it is always refreshing when communication is a priority. I would/have recommended them to friends. First of all I want to thank God for always blessing me exceedingly, abundantly all I could think or ask. So yall know Ill do what I can to support. Well, this cleaning company had a contest for cancer patients. So I wrote them and guess what? Yes! Youre right we both we blessed. Well they came over this morning. Rocio and Maria a few minutes before 9am and got down to business. I asked if they wanted music they said no theyre fine. It was more than I even thought. They started on one end to the other like a well oiled machine. I even had to tell Maria that the chandelier was already done. Lol they were respectful and thorough. God bless them and the owner Rosalie and Joanna for making several calls. I thought they were a bill collector. but everything is done including dinner and its 11:30am. If I remember correctly, she also came the first time the cleaning crew came. After that, the ladies that came were either the same ones, or there was at least one person who had been there before. Whoever comes, they do a thorough job each and every time. Not only will I continue using their services myself, but I will continue to recommend Katura Cleaning Services to my family, friends, and clients.

Katura Cleaning Services is unbelievable! I just moved in to a home that was so filthy it made me sick, because of how dirty it was.
