Todays walk-in for take out was at the Fairmont location. I would have used their drive through window but the sign said something about pickup orders (placed ahead) so I didnt wish to be told to park out front to wait 20 minutes under their shade tree. My attention gravitated to the window sign for the large fiery sausage and green pepper pizza near the entrance. It was a good choice for $11.90 total. Five stars, and three stars for inside counter service, because of the malfunctioning card reader declined my debit card, and that was after several attempts by the cashier. So I just paid the bill with cash to avoid the hassle again. Pizza was good as usual.

Came in to order pizza because mobile app does not work properly.ccordered 2 pizzas , 2 drinks and I went back and told sales person if I could order some cinnamon bread for $5 said no I had to order thru the app and additional $10 before I could get the cinnamon bread for $5 this stinks because it isnt my fault that Marco pizza doesnt have a good working app. I will not be returning because of this rude behavior.

I came in on a Tuesday and ordered a small pizza and salad for a shocking $30. When I went to sit down, my mother noticed on the street sign that it was buy 1 pizza get another one free. When she went to the counter to ask about it, the woman there was extremely rude just shaking her head and sighing heavily multiple times saying that I should have ordered 2 to get the second one free. Usually its good customer service to let people know about the specials going on but I guess not qt this location. I like the pizza and will go to marcos again but never this location. If possible avoid this one and make the drive to another one. Just bad attitudes here that make the place feel so unwelcoming. Thats why the lobby was empty except for one other table.

We ordered online and as soon we placed the order I was sent a notification that the store was closed. I called the store, and the man that answered (right away too) was very polite. He checked to see if my order went through and it did. I told him I looked up the hours online and the closing time was a different time so I thought I had plenty of time. We drove up and used the drive through when I tell you so nice, great attitude, and very professional. Once we got home the pizza was still hot and delicious. Every time we order Marco s you will get an amazing tasting pizza. We didn t order bread sticks this night but we tasted them before and are equal as good.

Made an order after the Texans game ..Arrived 20mins after I placed my order. Pulled up and they did not have the order ready. They took five mins to look for the order . Then was told it would be 12mins... Gentleman(a delivery driver)said they had only two employees working. Lobby was closed because of interviews .Worst service ever. Waited more than 30mins in the drive thru. Then told 4 more mins ..... Called the store in drive thru to ask what is taking so long but no answer......do not order. Worst mistake to order from this location. Please do not order here !!! Not sure how was the food .. going on 45mins and still have not left . I only ordered four pizzas!..... *Update 12-12-23 , So when we did arrive home the pizzas were still hott, fresh, and delicious. These pizzas were awesome! So I just want to be fair and give the cook(manager possibly) props on throwing down a well made pizza so I will change the quality of food to a five star. The experience is still the same . Also the Driver helping at the window that day was doing the best he could and even apologized for the service. He did offer a drink for the trouble once we received the food and did say to call back the next day and speak with the manager to resolve these issues that took place .

As a customer; they are amazing. The food is fresh. I happen to know the manager. He personally preps dough and fresh veggies himself daily. Shoutout to the ones that keep the ship afloat; managers Blake and Mary. As an employee; this where the disconnect lies. Lazy management outside this store leaves room for undesirable behavior from some. Wanna-be leaders are allowed to train and make an impression on new-hires. Complacency brings laziness; further crippling sales and customer service by being consistently short-staffed and improperly inventoried. Likely bleeding money at every neglect. Not to mention causing burnout and taking advantage of the good employees that really care. I was a driver; reported to hr being bullied by another employee and then was wrongly terminated, rehired the next day only to be fired the following week over a $2 mistake on a customer tip and her nasty review on here. The incident was never investigated. I was never given the opportunity to rectify or even discussed. I don t even know that the bad review was replied to. Oh and the bully still works there. Reports of verbal abuse were investigated and investigated and investigated for months with no resolution. I continued to be forced to work with my bully for months. $2 tip mistake=gone Male abuser=still employed Vegetarian options: And gluten-free crust options. Kid-friendliness: It s pizza! No alcoholic beverages sold here. Clean restrooms and high chairs.

I ve been coming to this Marcos pizza for 2 going on 3 years and they ve been super slow but I m always understanding because I worked the pizza business before but the fact there was 1 guy training 3 new people was absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service, order food after work they waited 20-30 minutes to let me know they didnt have a driver and they were closed when the website and Google says they close at 12 am. By then it was too late to order food from anywhere. I work 80 hrs a week and my girl works 60, not that you care obviously.. But we didnt order late to put Marcos pizza at a inconvenience we ordered late because we work late just like yall. Two nights in a row denied food, first reason theyre closed, following day second reason (we ordered earlier this time).. no driver I called the store and was hung up on three times. Ask for a corporate number hung up on again. This is not how you run a business. Little confused as to how the employee I had the pleasure of speaking with is even employed.

This place is the best fast food option for me so far, since it has Keto friendly options. (Pizza bowls) My kids are picky eaters and they love the cauliflower pizza. So many choices to pick from. This was my first time trying Marcos pizza and it was deliciously amazing! I ordered an XL Pepperoni Melt and it came loaded with cheesy goodness and tons of Pepperonis. The cheese pulled like you see in a commercial!! The crust was light, airy, and crunchy. I also added the garlic sauce which was a nice touch. Goodbye pizza hut and dominos. Marcos is my new pizza place! It was so good I called and complimented them! The delivery lady was so polite and respectful when I left a note on the door to knock softly because my baby was sleeping. They truly went above and beyond with my order and their customer service. Just what the doctor ordered! A large All Meat pizza with extra cheese and a side of buffalo wings with extra buffalo! I like Marcos because of the toppings. Theyre always fresh and good size portions. If you ask for extra cheese you really can tell, not like Pizza Hut. You pay extra and it looks the same as a regular pizza not here. Also they take care of their customers. People have their own preference, but I prefer Marcos.

This place was great, but this time we visited, it seemed as if they may be shutting down this location. The drink machine was gone, they told us they didnt have salad (there was salad in the cooler directly behind the register). The pizza and wings were less desirable than previous visits. There was 1 person working (and working hard) the whole store. I really hope this location gets some attention to build it back up.

First and last time coming here. We ordered carry-out. Our pizza was supposed to be ready at 6:54pm. We came in, one of the guys asked for our name and said it wasnt ready, it should be ready in 5 min. A while after that a young lady asked what our order was and said its almost ready, just waiting on wings and cheesy bread. We kept waiting and she told the guys they messed up our order. By this time, the first guy that spoke to us had already left to make a delivery and came back and asked the name again. Our wings were ready, but then he took our wings and put them to the side for delivery. The girl asked are yall just taking whatever from here? So we had to wait longer for the bread and wings because ours were taken for other orders. Almost 30 min later, she gives us our order and asked us to check it and see if it was correct. We understand a lot of places are understaffed and busy, all they had to do was say, we made a mistake we are sorry, that would have been the respectful thing to do, but no one apologized. Needless to say that was a very bad 1st impression.

I ordered through DoorDash because I came from out of town. I ordered chicken and veggies because I don t eat pork. When my order arrived at my hotel it was a sausage and pepperoni pizza. I called and the manager told me my hotel was too far to deliver so they would take care of me next time . When I asked to speak to the manager because I don t plan on coming back anytime soon, they took my name and number and never contacted me. I do not recommend you patronize this business. Food was good, but customer service was AWFUL!! Ordered online, when go thru drive thru guy was outside in back on personal call. Drive up to window, wait and wait, can hear him talking, but never came to window. I called out and finally honked the horn after 7 minutes. He SAW me drive up, yet his call was more important apparently.
