Walked in to pick up & stepped aside. Manager training & taking a order at the counter & did not even acknowledge me. The next customer walks in & he asked him order or pick up, just ignoring me. I brought that to his attention and he & the customer, who just stepped up knowing i was there before him, made a comment they just dont know..I just gotta stay professional. Like MY time is not valuable! Ugh.

Service used to be fast, dont know what happened. Came on Sunday 8/11/24 at 2pm. Horrible wait time almost an hr. Cant blame the workers, theres only 2 people working, (1 cook, 1 prep/cashier). Bad management. Will start finding a new place for wings. For all the money they make from selling chicken nuggets you would think they would pay a little extra to get workers in here.

We got there and everything was fine till we were eating and the lady in the back came out and started having bad attitude saying we had extra wings that weren t ours (which we didn t know we didn t count ) just assumed it was our correct amount wish she would ve handled it better and not have that attitude. Poor customer service never going back back.

I cant believe that every time I accept an order at Buffalo Wild Wings its the same, in the morning, afternoon and night the service is terrible and super slow, today is the last day I accept an order at that place, terrible workers, I The girl said that my clients order would be ready in 10 minutes and I waited 10 minutes and the 3 employees who were there were talking and laughing, they werent even placing the order and they also told me to wait 5 more minutes.

I ve been coming to this specific location for about a year now I ve never had a single issue with my food. All of the employees are great management goes above and beyond. I always take advantage of the Bogo deals on Thursday the honey Sriracha, and the teriyaki, our personal favorites.

I came in this establishment at 7:14 pm and waited for nearly an hour. I decided to ask the black guy with dreads if I can refund my order and at first I thought he understood my situation (who would be wanting to wait that long) and then proceeded to say, all these wings are gonna be wasted like and? Last I heard was the employees saying they don t have anymore wings to cook - reuse these wings if it s such a big problem. And does the food come out of your paycheck? No. And the girl really lied to us talking about how she did call out our name once sorry if I didn t say it loud enough , and the black guy piggybacked off of her and backed her up. Like I wanted to stay there for nearly an hour - I think I would ve heard for my name. And my name was still under cooking on the screen. And they are gonna tell me now that my food was ready 15 minutes ago? And that he thought I left cuz he didn t see me? But that girl did when she used the bathroom passing us by?? Like there s no communication going on? Everyone is so stupid in there. Like literally they re not going to succeed in life if they continue to lie and have an attitude problem.

My husband and I have the bubble guts cause of this place now. Very slow too, one guy was new but one girl was on her phone, one girl dressed in all black had a bad attitude and it took like 45 mins to get my food and I was the only customer. Never again. Veterans Day the food was good but not today. The fries were also cold and the lettuce in my wrap was questionable.

Order #1010008 16:35 1/21/2024 The young man with dreads knew when I came back in immediately to get my ranch for my order that they didn t put it in my bag and he had it ready before I said anything, yet proceeded to gas light me, stating that it wasn t on the order while laughing. Um, not funny to me. Also, when I got home, the wings didn t appear to be freshly cooked as they were like chicken jerky when chewing. Hopefully I won t get sick, as the wings were obviously wings that had been sitting and later warmed. I would been even more disappointed if I had paid for the birthday wings. Do better BW, just because the customers don t say anything doesn t mean they don t notice. It s simply bad for business!

I got to the place at 8:30 pm when the order was ready at 8:30 pm according to online time for Buffalo wild wings go. The guy told me it was not ready. Another guy approached 10 minutes later and said it would take 20 minutes to get my order ready. Waited another 7 minutes for a total of 17 minutes only to find out my order was ready the whole time. I went in tonight 11/11/23, I was picking up a grubhub order to deliver. The man behind the countertop, who I have seen working before, and ignored me then, decided to do the same tonight. After waiting about 5-7 minutes, the young man, where the brown none work shirt, was on his personal phone, talking to them for over 3 minutes, then another call came over the main phone, so he grabbed that. There was a lady to the left of me who was already done paying and was waiting for her order, she said she was done and to go ahead and go, as I say there waiting and waiting, this young man refused to help me. He helped another younger man with a drink cup and the same to the lady to my left , after he was done he just looked outside and I proceeded to ask him if he was going to acknowledge that I was there, and after I said that he decided to get rude with me and said that he was helping other people when he was already finished with these people. He proceeded to tell me that he wasn t going to help me and I said well I was there for an order for pick up and he said that he wasn t gonna give me that order. Now I would of caused a scene but I didn t and when I walked out I told him that he was racist and walked out. How can you be in customer service if you can t even acknowledge that I was there right in front of you, even moved closer to the counter top to show him that I had been waiting with no help. I called grubhub and complained, and also sent a message to corporate. I would stay far away if you are white, cause they don t treat us right since all of them are black working. Such a shame that he couldn t acknowledge me and to top it off, got upset after I had said something about him being on his personal phone. Won t be going back.

I left a review a while back on these guys, but I figured it was time to give an update. I have never had an issue with this location in terms of food, quality, service, or anything else. Any time I come here they re always happy and upbeat. I never have to wait long for my order as usually they are busy prepping multiple orders when I arrive. The crew was absolutely phenomenal and make sure that whenever I come here I am taken care of. Whether it be extra sauce, a special order, or modifying an order to my taste. This location is top notch and so is the service. If you need a wing order. Definitely go here.

I ordered 100 wings from this place two days prior to picking them up. I was told that I could not pay for them because they don t take credit cards over the phone. The day I was supposed to pick up the wings I called to make sure they were ready and was told they didn t have my order. I reordered the wings and expressed I could not be late for work. I live one hour away so they had time to make it. When I got there I was told my order would be ready in 6 minutes and the cashier took my payment $124.48. I waited approximately 10-15 minutes. I asked if my order was ready and I heard the cook say I should ve pre ordered and prepaid for them. I was told that for the big order they drop the wings when I arrived. I asked for a refund because I couldn t be late for work. The cook came to the register and wrote my information in a tablet and said my refund would be on my card in 3-5 days. It s going on two weeks I call several time I call Corprate office still no refund. I am now in the process of filing a small claim lawsuit with interest on my money.

After paying $80 for wings I was shorted an order of 10 wings for delivery, which was my order. I called and was told I could come and get them, or get a refund. The worker admitted that it was his fault for forgetting it. I said I would take the refund. The worker said he would call the GM and call me back. My phone rang once as a call back, then hung up. I ve called back 10 times. This is insane. I ll never order again. Very annoyed. Edited to add: Got a hold of them and the lady told me that she couldn t refund me and I needed to contact DoorDash, even though I don t have doordash and ordered directly through the Buffalo Wild Wings app. It didn t sound right to me, but I tried anyway and was told that they told me that since I ordered directly, they couldn t help me. So back to calling BWW got no where again. Even heard the lady in background say Is it that lady again?? Even though it was their mistake they can t make it right. No one can process a refund. My second time ever going to a Buffalo wild wings. First time here though. This building is relatively new and since its close by, I was bound to come here eventually. If any one in your life has ever told you this place is trash. Come here before you take their word. I really like this place. Ill come back just to try more sauces. If I was able to rate it lower, I would! I made my order online and when I came to pick up my order, the store management said they changed their hours. So the new hours weren t reflected online. I asked for a refund and the manager, while huffing and puffing LOUDLY explicitly said It s too much work. This is by far the worse service I ve ever experienced and to better help the name and reputation of Buffalo Wild Wings I d encourage corporate to retrain or re-evaluate their hiring of people with horrible attitudes. So I called three times and no one could pick up the phone to take my Togo order. I drive in and order my food because online you re not given the special notes or request option to type in how you want your wings cooked, also hot lemon pepper isn t a sauce option online! I go into the store to get my order taken and I explained my order twice for her understanding and mine. She even read it back to me, 10 piece traditional wings ALL FLATS WELL DONE( extra crispy) 1/2 Hot lemon pepper and 1/2 spicy garlic. She tells me it ll be 25 minutes since I want it well done which isn t a problem at all, I went to run a few errands and actually ran over time. My order had been ready for twenty minutes so I m anxious to get back to the store to pick up. When I walk in the lady who took my order says one minute and the other employee (black male) working that day (12/16) was sweet. He stopped what he was doing and got my order from the heater. Something told me to check it before driving off and thank God I did! Order just completely gone to sh so it s not all flats, and I was given spicy garlic and Buffalo wings instead. I hate drums which is why I don t mind paying the difference for what I want. Now I m frustrated because it s been 30 minutes and now I have to wait another 25 for it to be made right. Soon as I walk back in with my Togo bag the one who took my order (female) goes what now? She thought I didn t hear her but what s the problem is you re so consistent with getting people in and out that you re not by far giving satisfiable customer service. Attitude was off. Order was wrong. Now I m hungry and late for work. I could ve gotten Whataburger and been just fine

Great food but geez, hire some people with brains. Called to track down a missing order and it took 5 minutes to get the girl who answered the phone to spell the name right.

This place flat out sucks, the orders are always wrong, I m waiting more than an hour each time, the staff is not customer service friendly, the lobby is always filled with people waiting on there orders, and there is never any body on the register. New management is needed. New employees are needed. Period.

This was my first time visiting and I was disappointed. I was told they were out of ketchup so I had 2 orders of fries with tenders and no ketchup to put on the fries. Maam I do not eat dipping sauce with fries. I explained to her they should let the customers know before ordering that way I could have decline and went somewhere else. Needless to say the food was horrible fries was not good and the tenders still had batter showing in the white part of the meat. Its a NO for me definitely will not be back.

Me and my 13 family members first and last time ever we paid well over 300$and even tipped ...we got hard boneless wings that tasted like the crust of a piece of chicken no refills no napkins no untinsels until we were 20mn into our meal no refills at all waitress was no where to be found to ask for anything else dod t even pick our plates up we had to put them on another table and that that it wasnt even packed ..n no high chairs is what she said we had to sit our 3 children on tall chairs

I had never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings GO before so I was impressed right off the bat. Wings were good as usual. Night cashier couldve been friendlier. But all in all, great first visit!

Tried this place for the first time and definitely NOT a good experience. Waited over an hour and food still not ready. There were other angry customers in the lobby that had been waiting for their food for just as long. When we finally got our food, the order was missing fries and sauce! Came back to ask for our fries and at least one other person was here asking for them to fix their order too. Their lobby was once again packed with people waiting for orders. It s not worth this hassle.

Ordered through Ubereats. Received order on time and when I took everything out, only received half order of wings, and wings had a different flavor than what I ordered. I eventually called the restaurant to let them know. Guy on the phone was nice and fixed my order. The flavor on wings was a misunderstanding. I gave it a 4 star for fixing the problem.

Sadly, the menu is not updated and it gives you so many options but just be aware that they have a limited menu at this location. I was so excited about this too.

Just called and the young lady said they called at 10 tonight and on Fridays and Saturdays at 11. Not true I watched her walk to the door and lock it at 10:43-10:44. And the website says they close at 11pm everyday. Not a great way to start business when your just opening up in the area.
