Connect Hearing Killeen is part of a nationwide chain of convenient neighborhood hearing care centers. We are open and accepting appointments for current and new patients. To support the efforts to curb the spread of COVID-19, we are coordinating with health authorities and have instituted a number of measures to protect our patients and staff. We are thoroughly sanitizing all treatment areas and equipment between appointments and limiting people in the clinics to staff, patients and only one family member. We are also offering curbside service and Telehealth options that allow us to connect with patients at home and adjust hearing aids via a smartphone app. Contact us today to schedule an appointment.

Outstanding service! Very courteous, accommodating and helpful. They remedied my hearing aid issue rapidly. They were able to schedule me with a timely appointment and fit me in around my work schedule. I was in and out and back to work very quickly.

The lady in the front desk was super professional and kind to me and my daughter, even understood took proper care of me and my daughter telling the doctor about it as well. Also, the doctor was super nice and kind. This is a lovely environment .

Im a first time hearing aides patient, they were very friendly, professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend whether you need hearing test and hearing aides, or had your test done elsewhere, they can help you and make sure you have the right equipment! I heard stuff today I have never heard, its almost better than before I started losing my hearing! Cant wait until next Friday when my new ears are ready.

I had a really good experience at connect hearing the staff was great. They explained everything and gave me options. One super thing I got out the visit was if you are a patient with a hearing loss you will receive a free apple I PAD. Nothing to loose go see them. :)

Do not schedule your appointment when school has been dismissed. What a mess. The technician was friendly, loquacious, funny, and, knowledgeable. I passed so there was no charge to me nor my insurance.

Today I had my first visit at Connect Hearing. It started with a great reception into the office and polite banter as I waited to be seen. Once it was my turn I was greeted by Jennifer who at the time didnt realize the challenge she was about to partake with me. I had an extremely hard time hearing out of my right ear. 45-50 minutes later with numerous conversations and multiple attempts to clear my ear passage, it was done and sounded wonderful. I can not express how great it feels to have left the facility better than when I got there. They are top notch, professional, and very friendly. I appreciate you guys!

Omg this is definitely the best company EVER! I went to sams first where they wanted to charge me over 4000 I said I couldn t afford that I called connect hearing they got me in the same day and was a clean and very informative environment. Needless to say I left hearing they are some amazing ladies in there and I m moving but you bet I ll come back to them!!!!! I just cannot say it enough I love this company!!!!!

I just had an appt and was not looking forward to having to wait in my car (due to Covid-19) since its been hotter then he$@ but they were very quick to get me checked in and seen. This was my 1st time seeing Jennifer Cook and she was very friendly and professional. Sandra who is the Admin Clerk is always friendly and welcoming as well. I highly recommend them.
