I got the spuds deluxe with the hatch green chili sauce. The dish was great but the sauce was terrible. Thick and sweet instead of spicy. They have gluten free options which is great. Snooze was a random pick with no knowledge or experience to go on. One of my wifes friends wanted to meet up between roundrock and San Antonio, so I found a place in kyle. Their food is amazing and will completely satisfy your hunger. Try the pumpkin coffee with a shot of Jameson its delicious. Vegetarian options: Depending on ur classification you can make it happen.

Want to share that Melinda at your Kyle location was SO AMAZING! Great customer service! And unfortunately that is slowly becoming a lost art. She was so friendly and attentive and I for one truly appreciate when your spending your hard earned money somewhere and you get this kind of service. This is the 4th time we have visited snooze with Absolutely amazing service. Once was horrible (not at this location) but that server I found out was eventually let go. Great job Snooze for this great hire! We were treated amazingly. Thank you Melinda for putting a smile on our face today, it really makes a difference.

Sadly, this review isnt as good as it could be. Previous visits would garnered 5 stars across all. However, this time, the side salad had yucky leaves (see picture). Ok, that happens with a kitchen staff that is either new or not paying attention to quality. I only picked em out and advised the server. No request for a replacement, just making them aware. Her response was sadly dismissive, Oh, that is how that lettuce is. Fresh Arugula does NOT look like this. I sure hope they return to the high quality theyve had in the past! They have a great menu and usually great servers!

We decided to try this new restaurant we heard the food was exceptional. We reserved a table for 3 the night before and when we got there we were asked to wait; not very many places to sit but surprisingly not very loud everyone there seemed to be having an enjoyable time. We were seated in a secretive corner with a display of the whole restaurant a good place to sit If you like to people watch. Our server had a nice aura and very cute jeans. The apple juice took me back to my childhood. Overall a top-notch experience.

I ve been going to this location since they opened and while brand new places can have some challenges and opportunities for growth Snooze is headed in the right direction. I was so thrilled to see that Kyle was getting a snooze. Their pancakes and French toast are so good you will definitely want more. I love their chicken sausage and coffee too. They don t have flavored creamer but the do have cream and sugar. This place is a whole vibe it is so cute inside and they have a bar. So Sunday funday just go and have mimosas and enjoy the deliciousness. Service is always good and if there is one thing you take from review it should be this sign up for their rewards . The perks are awesome! I have the app and I can make reservations from the app. I love the OMG French toast and but their pancakes are amazing. I highly recommend on weekends that you try and get a reservation. The last time we went without reservations it was 90 minute wait. Parking: Open parking with plenty of space Kid-friendliness: Pancakes and kids go together like peanut butter and jelly. Kids love it here

This place was awesome! We arrived just after 9:30 on a Sunday and got a table within 10 minutes! Just about everything on the menu sounds so yummy and it was difficult to make a decision! Some of the highlights were the bacon, habanero pork belly, spicy Bloody Mary and the yummiest selection of pancakes Ive ever seen! Kirsten A waited on us and was amazing! She was friendly, efficient and just a terrific waitress all around! Wish this place had been here when I lived in Kyle! We will most definitely be back when were in town!

I have been to many Snooze locations and this one is right up there with the rest, so glad to have one closer to home. Been to this location a handful of times now & unsure the reason for complaints. Utilize the Yelp waitlist, it helps. Food was stellar as always, got the bread pudding french toast, pineapple upside down pancake(to die for!), & omelet. This is the type of place you go to when you want a full robust and Hardy breakfast! There are adult beverages there as well. The food is absolutely magnificent. I like that there is a vast variety of foods. The staff there is simply amazing and we have gone several times and will be visiting again many times. This was my first time eating at this location, and it did not disappoint. I was torn between ordering a coffee or cocktail, but they have the perfect solution: an espresso martini! This drink was rich and creamy as it provided the perfect blend of caffeine and alcohol. As for food, you have to try the Habanero Pork Belly Benny. It is my go-to because it is beautiful, filling, and satisfies multiple cravings, which is important for me because I can be very indecisive. The habanero pork belly is the savory star of the dish with some spice that is not overwhelming. Add the creaminess of the hollandaise sauce with the sweetness from the cranberry relish... wow! I can not suggest a more flavorful dish.

As longtime fans of snooze, we have frequented various locations, including the original one. The opening of a new spot closer to our home filled us with excitement. Unfortunately, this particular establishment did not meet our expectations. During our recent late brunch visit, we were seated promptly but in an uncomfortable, cramped corner. Despite waiting over 20 minutes without acknowledgment and being surrounded by flies and loud music, we requested to move to a booth. The hostess obliged but seated us in yet another distant corner. It was disheartening to witness her favoring younger patrons by giving them prime tables upfront. To add to our disappointment, my meal was severely undercooked. Overall, our experience at this new location fell far short of what we had hoped for.

But here from the get go the wait time given is so incorrect that when you ask the straight lie to you. 20 min given on the automated, then we checked it they said 15min. This is a really good place for brunch. I had the Short Rib Loco Moco and it was delicious! I felt there could have been a bit more meat for the price, but it was so rich and tender. The gravy was perfectly smooth and just enough Jasmine rice to go with it. The pickled onions and Gingered carrots offset the richness of the short rib. It is great having a quality diner sort of breakfast place in Kyle! We had the bread pudding french toast and the Monte Cristo brioche. The frnch toast was outstanding but it is very rich. The brioche had prociutto and a pepper raspberry jam with two different cheeses (gruyiere and something). It is the best dish I have had there. It may be my new go-to. It had a side parm spinach salad so it did not make my blood sugar shoot high. Dietary restrictions: While most breakfast places are difficult for diabetics, Snooze has some options and one can minimize the bread intake as long as you are aware of the different sides that are included. Cant go no-carb, but low-carb has options.

I cannot recommend this place for anyone thinking of eating here or purchasing a gift card from this establishment. After eating, I tried to use a gift card given to me as a gift from a co-worker and friend. Waitress was not able to run the card, and when management was asked, they were too busy and couldnt give me any answers. I later asked my co-worker to verify bank statement, and he did. Please dont ever give this company your money in the form of a gift card. They will certainly take your money. Dry Pancake, sausage was good O.J. was good asked for more syrup when the server brought out my order finally had to get up and chase her down (not a busy time) or eat the other half of the pancake dry. Wont be back.

My husband loved his customizable omelette! Gabrielle provided awesome service! REAL EGGS NO POWDERED EGGS LIKE IHOP OR DENNYS AROUND HERE! My egg Benedict was great the hollandaise sauce was so creamy my eggs were cooked to perfection. I got a strawberry shortcake pancake and it was delicious ( Gabrielles recommendation! ) Coffee was great with a cute design. Finally I dont have to drive to Austin to get a gourmet breakfast.

So the wait times are not good, joining the wait list is somewhat helpful but its just not worth the excessive wait time of 51 to 84 minutes! That said it was good and reliable service and food quality. It is basically too small for the demand here and its an ongoing issue. It is much better during the week and overall it is avoidable on the weekends during the main busy hours.

I really liked the atmosphere. It was loud and fun. The food was good too. It was fresh and different. I got the soft ricotta scramble with a side of bacon for the table. The portions seemed small. The bacon for the table (which is supposed to be shared with the table) was 3 pieces and the side salad that came with my eggs was on the small side too. The almond matcha was good, but smaller than the regular coffee mugs and not warm, but not cold. We chose to sit at the bar instead of wait for a table, but there were people sitting at the bar waiting on their table so we had to wait for them to leave before being able to sit at the bar . The food also took a little longer than it should have to be served. All in all it was fine and considering there are very few breakfast spots in town we will try it again.

If you get on the waitlist be sure to give tour first and last name when you get there. Waited an hr after getting on the online waitlist, after I got there the host said they were just waiting for a big table to open, waited another 35-40 min to be seated. I asked twice and she would tell me you re next (in a rudely manner) Also asked if we could be seated outside because we saw a party of about 4 out there and she told it was closed. (It was 6 of us) Long story short, they sat two parties before us because she got the wrong name with one of them. Only reason I figured it out was because after they sat the second party of 7 down I received a text saying I was taken off the list, I let another girl know and she was the one that ended up sitting us down but we still had to wait. I m sure she knew her coworker made a mistake after. Waitress was great though.

I ordered through Ubereats and while my order was confirmed done when I showed up it had been canceled. Wait staff person Elle? and manager (didnt catch his name) were very understanding about the situation and made it right due to the system issues. Loved this part of the service. Food looks awesome and place looked packed but very clean. Good signs in my opinion. One note though was that I didnt like how another wait staff person with glasses was a little harsh on her tone with people asking about wait times and generally how the place works. This place is new and its expected for people to have questions. Im not going to apologize for questions. Some warmth from staff would surely help with the wait times and 1st time experiences. Luckily other people on the team were there for support.

Sat at the bar where Oscar waited on me. Had an amazing meal with quick, friendly service. I couldnt decide between multiple options and asked Oscar to surprise me. He made excellent choices. I had the Benny duo with a small cinnamon pancake. The food was fantastic! Sitting at the bar was a fun location. The staff are fast and friendly, and seem to enjoy their work. I had breakfast with a friend, have been there before and enjoyed it. Today I thought I would try their regular eggs Benedict. Have eaten them before and enjoyed, but these had a brown sauce over them that I was told the name but can not remember it. Needless to say I did not enjoy the way this eggs Benedict were prepared. We were initially turned away when we came for opening weekend due to not having reservations (? they don t take weekend reservations). We came for Easter and we were told an hour wait. We checked in after an hour and we were told 30 more minutes. It s now been 2.5+ hours of waiting. The food is good but it s so not worth the wait :( honestly the locations in Austin are never this bad. I don t think we ll be back even though we re local to Kyle.

We were given a 10-15 minute wait time at 10:58 am on a Monday (workday). Were sat at 11:30, ordered at 11:35. It s 12:10 now with no food still. Super unfortunate. We understand why snooze is busy. We ve always loved it. But the communication break down and lack of time management has left two very hungry, late patrons. The manager comped our meal - which was very kind. Plan way ahead for this restaurant if you have a schedule to keep.

I think I may have had a bad experience compared to everyone else, but it felt like death by a thousand cuts. The portions are extremely small, like if you share a bit or two with your wife to try it out, you will not be full. We saw our waitress when we got our drinks when she took our order, then after we ate and we got our bill to leave before we were even done. Coffee gets served in the smallest of cups. And after waiting for a long time for our food, it felt like it was not even much better than comparable restaurants where you are paying less for more. I was really not impressed, maybe some other time I can get a better exeprience.

Parking: Because the area is busy there are plenty of parking places, however because its busy most of the parking was taken so you may have to drive around a bit if its during peak times. Been here 4-5 times now, and its been great every time. The food is fantastic, my husband and I have tried different menu items every time weve been here and everything has been amazing. The shrimp and grits are a particular standout, and also the pancake flight. The service has been great- keep in mind that this place just opened, and theres not really any brunch places around besides things like IHOP and Dennys, and this place has been packed every time. But the waitstaff are all so nice and cheerful- 2 of the times weve been here we just went to sit at the bar (its full service) so that we didnt have to wait for a table, and the staff at the bar area are really attentive. While theyve got this big rush from opening, I recommend getting their app (or you can do it through the Yelp app) and joining their waitlist *before* you get to the restaurant. That way you dont have to wait very long once you get there- and unlike people who only get on the waitlist when they arrive there in person, you can get seated very soon after you physically arrive at the restaurant. Parking: There is free parking, and a lot of it, but this whole shopping center is quite new, so its been very full most days when weve been (to other restaurants in this center, not just Snooze). But you just have to be patient and circle around a few times.

I went for the first time today. Terrible experience. I ordered the chilaquiles they came out with chips like the chips you use for chips and salsa. It was very soggy and gross. I was not able to eat it. I let the waitress know the description on the menu was wrong. It doesn t mention chips. All she said was at this location that what we do. I decided to order a single pancake so I wouldn t leave hungry. They brought out a completely different one it had bacon as a topping. I don t like pork bacon and the grease made the pancake taste like bacon. . She admitted she pressed the wrong order. By then I am grossed out and done with the experience. $23 dollars later I left hungry and frustrated. At least the coffee was good.

I had been wanting to eat at a Snooze for a while, so when the Kyle location opened I couldn t wait to check it out. The wait was long, but soooo worth it! The waitstaff was super friendly and professional, especially Lexi. She was super sweet and prompt. I had the sweet potato mash and it was seriously one of the best things I ve ever eaten. My daughters had the strawberry shortcake pancakes and avocado toast. Everything was delicious! I love the variety of their menu and cannot wait to go back and try something new.

This place has a casual diner atmosphere. An attempt is made to elevate typical diner fare with many eggs benedicts and some interesting rice bowl options. The Kyle location didn t deliver on the menu items we chose though. The kitchen staff clearly needs more time to get into their groove. I would recommend waiting 6 months at least before trying this location. Lots of management apologies were given for our misplaced order, cold scramble and undercooked eggs benedict they brought out. Honestly, felt they needed the manager and staff helping in the kitchen rather than at our table repeatedly apologizing, but an extra star is given because at least they were aware. It is extremely loud over 80 decibels per my Apple watch (which kept warning us to get out of there or risk permanent hearing damage). This diner had sort of breakfast disco vibe if they had a dance floor. Could be fun if you could imagine that. Kid-friendliness: I wouldn t bring my child here. But, to be clear, that would be due to the chaos, long wait time, extra loud noise level (compared to an averagely loud restaurant), the bar vibe and menu.

The atmosphere is awesome. Snooze always has the best breakfast meals. Coffee is strong, but good! Matcha is organic. Yay! Avocado smashed Eggs Benedict - first time trying and highly recommend. Sauce was perfect and creamy. Eggs perfectly cooked. Vegan Banana pancakes - taste was phenomenal. Light fluffy and perfect. Not too sweet either. Fresh fruit on top. Spuds deluxe - delicious! Needs a sauce of some sort, but if you re a potato fan, this is your meal. Kids meal comes with drink and they have coloring pages. Kid-friendliness: They have kids menu and coloring page. Wheelchair accessibility: They have tables low to the ground and the booth seats move. There aren t any stairs that you have use to get in or out.

Delicious . I got goose bumps after 1st bite. Habenero pork belly Eggs Benedict. Fantastic. Lil heat with the sweet tartness of cranberry. The sauce was velvety, smooth. I sat at the bar and was waited on by Oscar. Oscar was professional, knowledgeable and just a bit of fun. He suggested a Blood Orange Mimosa sparkling extra ??? Lol. Very good!. The place is bright and fun. Everybody worked together and you could NOT tell they just opened. I will be back with family and friends Definitely recommend.
