Unhygienic, Incompetent Bar Tenders, Rude Service, and Overall one of the worst alleys I have ever been to. Avoid at all costs. To start, they don t accept out of state IDs, despite the fact that any decently trained Bar Tender can easily spot a fake. So avoid if you re from out of state, and take your money to a business that actually wants it. Secondly, the cooks were handling food ungloved, the bathrooms were absolutely filthy, and out of soap, so I had no way to clean my hands. Finally, they charge for tap water. As someone from out of state, this absolutely blew my mind, that an establishment that serves alcohol can charge for tap water. In my home state, establishments licensed to serve alcohol are legally required to provide free tap water at request. It is a safety issue and I refuse to support any establishment that is so greedy as to not bother with this basic human need. To think that a business could be so greedy that they feel the need to do this is beyond me. Avoid this alley at all costs.

The lanes are well maintained. Its a good place to bowl. Good food. Drinks are not cheap. Id rather support this business than AMF/Bowlero, but its hard to beat unlimited bowling during the week at AMF. Staff can be kind of rude at times. I feel like its often so hard to just be a regular person and come bowl. Theres always a long wait, or they tell you that you can only play 3 games before some other event or league is happening and they need your lane. I guess thats just business. Its always busy.

Travelled from SC to have a coaching lesson with Spud. Great coach and looking forward to coming back to work with him again soon! Very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and it was a fun lesson! Also Loved the Pro Shop, especially with its own set of bowling lanes!! Bowling alley is very clean. Lots of room to sit. I love that there are lots of tournaments there. And I especially love the Ladies Night on Tue nights where you can bowl for free until 1 AM! It s nice to be in a bowling alley that cares about bowling as a sport vs just being an entertainment center. Looking forward to coming back soon!

I just watch a disgusting video online of women harassed, assaulted and calling all kinds of names. I literally was scared for their life. If you security for an establishment there was no reason that these fellas follow these women to their vehicle. Once you got them out of the establishment, you should ve called local police if they re still a problem. It was disgusting seeing these huge men walking up to mace women not even half their size.

This place is ridiculous. The bartenders denied my bf and I drinks because he wanted his drink a certain way and the girl with the brown hair rudely told him no and cut us off with no reason. Lied to the manager that my bf was being argumentative. They couldn t even give us a straight answer who the manager was. The security was close to my boyfriend and watching/following him while talking to the bartender and trying to figure out why they were being rude and not giving us service. If you re paying for drinks then as a paying customer we have the right to ask our drinks made a certain way. We had only ordered one drink and waited an hour to get our lane. Not only we were dealing with that they almost didn t want to give us a refund. I never got my refund for the food we bought only for the land we paid. The staff are problematic, rude and miserable. The chubby girl with the brown hair is super rude. The manager of the bartender named Star was there and she is also rude. The guy bartender was actually polite. The whole staff needs to be fired and retrained and learn customer service. It s a bowling alley job and they take there jobs like they work in the White House.

Bit of a wait. Got there at 9:30pm on a Tuesday and was told a lane wouldn t be available until 10:30pm, so we waited and had a few drinks at the bar. Around 10:40 we still weren t called for our lane. So after asking about it, we were told we wouldn t have a lane available until after 11pm. The bowling alley shuts down the lanes at 12:45am. We still waited since it didn t make sense to leave and try to find someplace else. Finally a little after 11pm we got a lane. Aside from the wait time, we had a good time. Will definitely try coming back again, just not on a spring break weekday.

Been going here since 2011 & the cool part about this place was that it was 24 hours . Recently when they hired those wanna be security guards who walk around with a giant assault looking rifles, I asked if something happened recently to cause the switch to this type of security. The person at the front desk said no so I asked what was the point of hiring bootleg cops and he said they re not bootleg, they are the real deal and I said they were not- and even told him that they are going to damage his business. Now the video comes out of them doing just that-screaming obscenities at little women and pepper spraying her because his feelings got hurt. That is not how you de-escalate a situation. Bring back the two Plano police officers that would just sit there and didn t need to act or look tough.

A lot of the staff are rude and pushy. Also non attentive and take their time not caring about consumers time. They dont care and often lie about lanes and reservations. Once we had equipment stored here and they lost it a couple weeks later and did nothing about it. All they did was basically said that it was our fault even though we had no access to the equipment nor how it got stored in the first place. Also on numerous occasions multiple staff have made my mom cry because of the treatment theyve given us.

Recently bowled a tournament here and this place is amazing. The lanes are great and had a good shot. Bowlers sitting area is nice and roomy. Theyve got great food & a nice bar. Waitresses run the floor & you never have to go get your own drink. The Pro Shop is one of the most up to date & technical ones Ive seen . It even has its own 2 lanes made in it. We will definitely be on the look out for more tournaments here.

Love love this bowling alley. Plenty of lanes and the equipment ALWAY works. The cafe food is very good. And the big plus is that it s open 24 hours! The downside to these important things is that it can be super busy. Lots of leagues going on so call ahead. Watch for the specials on Sundays and Tuesdays! And when you re totally hooked for good, step into Chris Warren s pro shop there and get your own ball and shoes. It will greatly change your bowling experience. Ask lots of questions, every pro shop worker is knowledgeable, friendly and wants to help you enjoy the game more. We have made so many friends while bowling. Get out there and roll!

When Ive bowled a late league here, the early league was chronically late without impunity, which got old. I even bowled a 6pm 4 person league one fall-spring season 20 minutes away and think I missed practice one time for the 9pm league that never started before 9:20 on a good night. But the facility is kept in great shape with exceedingly rare pinsetter or ball return issues. In addition, Tysons Friday FUNetics tournaments are well run, competitive and fun as well. Would get 5 stars if it werent a 20+ minute drive.

The administration as well as the cashier named Dottie are extremely unkind. They do not properly treat customers loyal to them. I used to be a loyal customer until two workers berated my mother unkindly. I will be taking my business elsewhere where the workers are kind and understanding. Our 1st time here and we loved it. $2 games and $5 shoe rental is a great deal for Sunday morning and early afternoon bowling. Plenty of parking, lots of employees, numerous lanes and decent house balls. We will definitely be back! Side note, if you do plan on going on Sundays then be sure to call ahead and make sure there arent any leagues or tournaments taking place that day.

Been coming to this location for 6 months, every Saturday night and the service was great. However, since late December, service has been going down hill. Waiting almost 2 hours for a lane with 12+ lanes open. This is not good business.
