Why does this waffle house charge an extra $2.00 per order making the bowls$12.00 each insteadof$10.00. I normally do tip more than that but I Dont Think Its Right To Charge This fee. I looked at the other locations and they either dont charge or only Charge .30 per order. Smh. I paid $3.60 for extra hashbrowns and this is what I received. Update Now that Ive gone to 3 more waffle houses The price is still different at each one. Again I do tip but I feel like your Company NEEDS TO PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE

Was a quick stop after airport pick up. Quick breakfast & fast service. Then it got busy as people were piling in. Time to.give up a table. Lol. On the go. Parking: Tight squeeze with construction next door, but take the back exit to get through to the light for easy access to the Y.

Good food. Inexpensive. Served by very professional staff. Bathroom should be cleaned a litte more often than once a day. By afternoon, womens restroom is our of toilet paper, some of it os on the floor. The sink could use a good scrubbing.

This Waffle House is located at IAH just before you get hit Hwy 59. The food is always excellent. The service is always perfect. The waitstaff and cooks are awesome! I used to drive Uber some years ago and would always hit this place for breakfast around 2AM. I had to take my wife to IAH a few weeks ago and decided to have a late supper. Nothing has changed. Of all the WHs Ive been to in the Houston area, this one at IAH is THE BEST!

This Waffle House not only has amazing food but the service is really what makes this location special. I got stuck on the side of the road and pushed my truck into this parking lot. Went inside and asked for a water and immediately got asked if I needed help. Kale and Joey were pillars of support in my unfortunate situation and I couldn t have asked for better service. They are the true definition of going above and beyond for customers

Best food, also lovely and characteristic employees, had some fun music playing and some of the employees and guests were singing along. Cant go wrong going to a waffle house. Kid-friendliness: Last time I went I saw they had hats they give to kids much like what Burger King has done.

The 2 females employees seating at the end of the restaurant were blasting music on their phone and being extremely rude. Our server Joey was amazing even tho the music was so loud and got louder he was able to take our order and provide us with an amazing service. He politely ask her to lowered it down 2 times and she yelled at him which made my little girls scared. We have never encountered such a bad experience but Joey made it up is with some cool magic tricks . Can t wait for our 1314 location to open. Hopefully Joey will be our server. I came to this Waffle House several days ago, and I have to say My GOD I have NEVER experienced such CHAOS in my LIFETIME at ANY restaurant or establishment, EVER. There were lots of staff behind the counter- mopping- cooking, prepping, washing , cashier - THAT S fine and dandy, but do they ALL have to be talking to one another so LOUDLY? They had NO- CLUE just how RUDE they were and how they RUIN people meals with all their disgusting CACKLING. Patrons were only SECONDARY. The FOOD? Well, I asked for scrambled eggs and I also had a craving for just one fried egg and the eggs were so overcooked. I could ve used them as a frisbee. The hashbrowns actually tasted like pasta noodles. They were large. They just were really strange and the orange juice you don t get fresh. It comes in a bottle. The waffle House is just not what it used to be. I know the Lord Jesus REALLY WELL. What He has taught me : is that CHAOS . has NOTHING to do with HIM. So I m going to PRAY for these people, because ones who have no CLUE that THAT level of ridiculous CACKLING is NOT appropriate, have little awareness of God.

Its a waffle house, not the ritz. If you want a place with cheap food in an environment that isnt the cleanest or best, you come here! This one was actually great. The tables were cleared and the food was delicious. It didnt take a long time to get your food and the service was wonderful.

All I can say, is Jeanette is on top of the service this lady is a sunshine on her own, I love the joy shes spread around her and the positive mind set she is on, that makes the food even better I honestly pray for her but I pray on top of that prayer so she can receive even more, but the atmosphere was very nice, you know how getto people say about waffle house is, then guess what, it was not at all in fact It was very professional clean and very respectful. Very convenient right near our hotel! Joey our server was hilarious with great service. The other staff was busting their butts, and had great attitudes. The cook was on point and banging out all the orders. Hashbrowns were amazing. And I like the thin crispy waffles. Definitely a must do if you re in the area.

My food is always hot and fresh, and I am always welcomed in here. I have become a regular and they know my order! Parking: The parking lot has a lot of lights up and its near a couple of hotels and they have a lot of lights too. It feels safe! Plenty of parking up front near the building. Kid-friendliness: Kids love the waffles! Kids are normally there anytime of the day (it is a 24 hour restaurant). I took my nephews once at 3am just for some waffles and eggs.

All Star Special / 1 golden brown waffle, 2 sausage patties, 2 medium eggs, 2 pieces of toast, grits - 5 ! Black Coffee / 5 ! I was in Texas in early April for a vacation and one of my bucket list food places was to finally visit a Waffle House. I have heard about them for so long, I knew I had to go and try it out. In fact, it was the first place I went after I landed in Houston and picked up my rental car. This location was easy to get to and there was a lot of parking (where I am from parking is a big deal). The restaurant was quite busy when I was there for a late, Saturday breakfast, and was smaller than I had been expecting. I liked how the kitchen area was right out in the open. They had a lot of staff on hand and everyone I talked to was friendly. The service was fast and the food came out quickly. I had the All Star Special breakfast platter. I found out later from a Waffle House expert friend, I should have ordered a special gravy-covered side dish but the grits I had were nice. The two eggs were cooked perfectly and were just how I ordered. The sausages were salty and tasty. The real star of the breakfast was the waffle. It was the size of a dinner plate and was extra tasty when combined with their whipped butter and syrup. It was a golden brown, crispy waffle with a soft, chewy center. The coffee was nice and strong. I was even offered a refill in a to-go cup without asking if that was possible. I had already had my fill but loved that they asked. Overall, my first (and currently only) visit to a Waffle House was just what I had hoped for. A great plate of breakfast food, great service and a friendly, fun diner. I would go to another one if the opportunity came up. Also, I found the prices were very reasonable!

I couldn t believe that they Charge a 20% takeout fee if you don t wanna dine in meaning I paid almost $20 for one meal because I wanted it to go that came with a waffle two eggs, a piece of sausage and hashbrowns not even a drink included!!!! I honestly think waffle House Inn Humble will be shut down very very soon. Also, my blueberry waffles weren t even done in the middle. It still had liquid pouring out of it when I cut into it.

This place is pretty much what a Waffle House should be. Fair warning however to people wanting to go between 2pm to 4pm, this location is near Humble High School, which doesnt really have a good reputation, so be aware that it isnt a good time to dine there between the time frame due to after school dismissal.

Order a sausage egg and cheese hash brown bowl, smothered and diced with a pecan waffle. The server brings me the bowl, without the onions and tomatoes. I told him they were missing, he tried to say the onions were cooked into it when they weren t. I made him take it back, he returns and says they were out of tomatoes but he ll have the cook added the onions. A few minutes brings me the bowl. I assumed they were preparing my waffle bc I saw them cooking several. I was wrong. I finished my bowl and the server returned and said he ll have the check ready. I mention my waffle, he asks if I want to be charged for it or have it taken off. I tell him I want my waffle. I still don t have my waffle and it s been 10 minutes. They aren t that busy, and I watched him mark my order on the ticket. Neither him or the cook seem to be interested in actually doing their jobs. Needless to say I will not be tipping them or returning here.

This is not the closest Waffle House to where I live, but this is the one that I come to. So, I thought it was time that I leave a review. Ive been to waffle houses where the silverware was dirty. I have been to ones where it took too long to get my food. I have been to Waffle Houses where the waitress got our order wrong and actually chastised me and my buddy while we were giving the restaurant a chance to fix it. But this one seems committed to getting everything right . The guys on the grill are in constant motion, and everyone is always cleaning something. Geneva, Adetouni, TaAlor and Jeannet are total rock stars! Pay them a visit

Great location, great staff, also Mr Oz the district manager great guy. I had a slight issue with my order an I was promptly tooken care of an treated more then a customer but as a long time friend of the establishment. This is one of the best locations to enjoy a meal also a family friendly entertainment for the family as well. I would recommend the entire Houston area to visit this location 5 stars. Absolute banger of a restaurant! After our flight was cancelled and we had to move into a hotel for the night, The Waffle House cheered us right up with an amazing dinner. One of their staff, Joseph, is a really friendly guy who does some good magic tricks and likes a friendly talk with his customers. I had beef on hash browns. It tasted pretty good but there was scant beef and I was upset that I spent $9.75 on basically hash browns. On the way out I noticed the gentleman behind me had ordered the same dish which was FULL of beef. The manager noticed me looking at what the dish was supposed to be and asked me if everything was alright. I didnt want to embarrass someone who was with me so I just walked out. Im never going back to that branch of one of my favorite franchises.

When my husband and I arrived, there were two vehicles parked incorrectly in the parking lot. One sports car in front of windows covering to parking spaces. Then on opposite side a white suv covering two parking spaces. Both were parked diagonal. We went in and sat immediately. A few moments later a female employee approached our table being loud and rude. Telling me that it didnt matter that she parked crooked. She does that so drunks do not hit her car. Made no sense. I told her it was illegal to park as she did. She felt the need to continue arguing. Waffle House needs to work on the disrespectful employees.

Horrible service. They said they had no grits but brought some out after we asked for a refund because they were burning they beacon. And the place was dirty.

We had friendly, welcoming and awesome some service from Jeannette Hernandez. She made sure we were taken care of even though it was busy. The food is delicious. We been coming here for years and will continue to come!

Good food, unusual waffle, though. It was very thin and crispy. As you know, the Waffle House waffles are normally thick and fluffy. It was good, a nice change. Service was good as always. All other food, eggs, hash browns, and sausage were spot on. Food
