Ordered for delivery and chick -fil -a then routes your order to door dash service which you then pay a fee. My items arrive and I immediately notice I am missing a shake.The door dash lady apologized and said the chick fil a person verified the order.I point at the shake charge on receipt .The door dash lady takes the receipt and goes back to chick fil a and they say since the order was taken out then we cant give you the shake.I call while she is still there and Manager and Director tell me its door dashes fault and then basically my issue with them.I remind them I ordered from chick fil a app which routed me to door dash.The director says if she brought me something I would remake.I said she had the receipt.He said no a new order from door dash I said I ordered through chick fil a.So I ordered a shake and paid for it and never received it.So it was not my pleasure to eat chick fil a terrible customer service experience.I asked did you have the extra skake sitting there? Then he went back to well we cant give it to her.So the answer is yes.Congratulations chick fil a in Killeen TX you stole my money.

lol my cat I went through the mobile-order side of the line and it was fast because I already placed my order. You just scan the QR code at the sign. It gives you instructions on the CFA app. I really love CFA because they currently have this game going on where you play it and WIN FREE FOOD/DESSERT/DRINK. So far, I was able to win FREE chicken nuggets and a brownie! Check out my receipt for proof :) I usually order the cob salad and Oreo milkshake from CFA. It is always good.

Must have caught them on a bad day. Ordered through the drive-through I ordered the grilled club sandwich with no lettuce no tomato extra pickle I received no pickles and they charge me for not getting lettuce and tomato. My husband ordered the fried deluxe sandwich with extra pickles. He didn t get one pickle, his large sweet tea had no ice in it. We also asked for extra sauce, the honey barbecue sauce received one sauce packet. The fries were soggy at best. At least the dog enjoyed the french fries. The representative that took our order was rude. She was rushing through everything scanned my app. The order still came underneath my husband s name which he don t even have an account with Chick-fil-A so I had to go through the process of getting my points.

Always my first go to when Im hungry, hungry, or otherwise out and about taking care of mom duties. The folks are always genuinely nice and put up with all the crazy in my order. Just always be sure to get an extra sammich with no pickles so I can stay home on Sunday to clean and enjoy my chicken. And no... no I am not sharing. No cup holders, I had to hold all my drinks in my lap very uncomfortable while driving. This is a add on that happened on memorial Day 2024 1:20 p.m, they need to replace the person that cooked the chicken and put that person on the register. My Chicken was horrible and the buns was hard as a damn brick. I hate this place they messed up my meal every time. Harker Heights is better. I only came to this place cause it was closer

The food presentation was poor. The food was just tossed in the container and in the bag. Usually when I visit the burgee looks nice and neat or the minis and the hashbriwns are put in nice and neat. When I checked my order the container for hasbrown was nearly empty and I asked for them to fix it it and the staff member was upset. She said thats how its suppose to be, and I told her no its nots my food is always nice and neat well put and organized and this is empty. She left and was upset. You could even hear her complain to the coworker next to her. She tossed some more in the box and gave it to me. The customer service was poor. She was rude, didnt smile and had an attitude. I never had a bad experience with chick fil a but I most definitely will not be returning to this location and I was a regular!

Excellent as usual. Im not sure why the curbside pickup was down on the app though? They have it set up where the curbside parking can also be regular parking so not sure if thats causing any issues with the curbside service Vegetarian options: The Kale Salad is vegetarian. Not sure what kind of oil the fries are cooked in. The salads can be modified not to include chicken or eggs etc.

I mean this is the only option for Chick-fil-A in Killeen. So they have to do a good job I guess lol the only other one is in Harker heights. Parking: Parking is fairly easy. Kid-friendliness: I go to Chick-fil-A for my kids mainly! Both of them pronounce it chicka-fa-la lol .The food is amazing yes but there is also a good balance of food there. And if I get a 30 count of nuggets they usually will give me an extra empty box or two to separate out the food for my kids. Some workers wont but most will which I appreciate.

If any one tells you that Chick-fil-A is still good like it was a couple of years ago in the past They are lying to you. Their chick sandwiches have fallen off not as juicy and thick anymore. Now what you get is a flat burnt chicken breast that has more breading than chicken, cheese, one tomato slice, one pickle slice thinly, and 2 buns thats a lot of bread. So basically you are eating more bread with no type of spread on your bun. Once you purchase a chicken sandwich from this place you need to buy a large drink just to wash it down. Damn !! Chick-fil-A you are no longer #1 on my place to eat. All around the drive through attendants sucks and its a mess getting down.

Chic-fil-A was kind enough to remind me why I havent eaten there in years. They werent terrible, just disappointing. Their often talked about chicken sandwich was more bun than chicken. It looked more like a sandwich made from a single nugget triangle. Twice as much chicken could have fit on the bun without exceeding the edges. Thank you Chic-fil-A for encouraging me to try alternative fast food restaurants.

This location has gone downhill significantly. I have had multiple orders not be fulfilled due to poor quality control at this location. It is asinine to expect customers to return to the location to receive a refund when they screwed up to begin with. Go the cove or heights location and avoid this one. It is atrocious for customer service and reflects poorly on CFA as a whole.

My fries were super cold, and some werent even cooked all the way. my nuggests were rubbery, that I literally had to recook everything in my air fryer.
