We waited 10 minutes for them to bring out our food. The lady had us repeating what we wanted to order. The fries were so overcooked, I couldnt eat them and this is not the first time they take so long in drive thru.

Orders were not fulfilled accurately. Our group of friends were the only customers to dine in, and maybe theyre not used to it, but the cashier that took out order purposely placed our order on the table behind us. We went to request the other half of our order when we noticed it sitting on the other table. The manager came out and saw us take it from the other table and automatically and sarcastically asked us, So, you did get your order? That was a rather rude encounter since we were expecting an apology. It was all such a bewildering experience since the cashier also said she was new and did not understand the pricing but, at the same time, refused to ask the manager to explain. Needless to say, we do NOT recommend this fast food restaurant.

This is the closest Jack in the Box to my house and we usually go despite the fact that customer service is usually lacking (we don t blame the employees they appear short staffed most of the time). HOWEVER, I was served MOLDY bread. I was so disgusted, I could not eat anything else or finish my drink. I will not be going back here. Not sure I wanna even go to another Jack in the box.

Second time I go and everything has an aftertaste of dirty oil. Change your oil in the fryers we can taste yall usin the same oil from all day. Dark fries and its not even from them being overcooked just from them bein dirty.

There was a girl that I think works on night shifts that was not understanding at all and did our order wrong we tried telling it again but she stood quite and continued we went up to the window and explain to her but she rolled her eyes at my mother after that we didnt payed bcs we didnt got anything so we left

The morning shift is always so nice and respectful but what is going on with their night shift. The girl on the drive through is rude with attitude. She put in an order wrong then said that we just ordered wrong. I understand if there was a miscommunication but she just said they will not fix it since it was us who messed up. When asked for a the number for someone to contact to make a complaint she said she couldn t give out personal information. These onion aren t even edible.

Very courteous employee asked if I had ever tried the chicken teriyaki bowl w egg roll. Tried it and it was very, very good. I will be ordering this in the future. Only recommendation would be to use brown rice instead of white rice otherwise I felt like iI was in an upscale Chinese restaurant. Again entree very tasty ....

This is nice place but just hate tht the prices are a bit much. But they should have a deal with this place on burger or the tacos. Parking: It is a nice place to go w/ family or ur partner to go eat. But i rather go home an eat my food. But i will eat there if i like to.

Ordered the southwest salad and was given the wrong dressing & croutons. I called the location to explain rhe issue and the gentleman that answered didnt identify himself or where I was calling...?? He did offer to remake my salad but I couldnt back there to pick it up as I was back at work. He started to them tell me to come after work and theyll take care of it, but wanted me to bring back the salad at 7pm...??? I would like a refund for the salad.

My gripe is not about the food, but about the condition of the restaurant. Filthy floors and tables. I walked in during non rush hour. The staff was mostly socializing rather than cleaning the dining area. Nobody wants to sit with their family at a dirty or messy table.

Unfortunately yesterday was not my day eating here. First the manager on his break, the cashier who knows what she did with my order, they delivered it to me in 30 minutes and thats because I went to order it, the lady who gave me my order had an incredible attitude, worried more about her daughter who I take to work and then respond Im just another employee. When they finally gave me my order, it wasnt the burger I ordered and the tacos were thrown in. More and more these businesses are forgetting about customer service and the quality of their products. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU EATING THERE.

The gentleman at the window was extremely nice but was handling cash, cards and food!! If you re going to be at the window taking payment you should put gloves on when putting food in the bag. I saw his hand touch the fries and then place them in someone bag after taking my payment. *cringe*

Went around 8ish in the evening. Order was taken quickly at the counter. They asked for my name as it was dine in. An employee actually brought our food out to our table and offered if we needed anything else. That was fantastic customer service. Not 5 stars cause i asked for my sandwich with no bacon and they added bacon. I just took it off as Im not allergic to it. And moved on with my life.

Highly recommend going to this Jack and The Box, the food always comes out extraordinarily good. Idk what they re doing in the back but it s art for sure. I always get food from this Jack and the Box when I want something quick and filling and this location always meets my expectations. The staff is always very friendly and even go beyond and make you laugh with every interaction. Can t believe it isn t always packed, food is always amazing.
