For the past year I worked with Kitty Krutcher and her Paralegal Diane both great people to work with. Fast to communicate, diligent on what they do. My request were prompt and Kitty did her best to get exactly what we spoke about it, and her tactics achieving it made it so easy to navigate. I have recommended her to friends who now are working with her.

Time is the most valuable thing you have in life. My wife and I started contacting and filling out tons of paperwork and information over 2 weeks ago. Took days off from work specifically for this meeting with this place. Finally the night before the interview they try contacting us, we call back, it s closed. We call the morning of our meeting and they canceled because they DO NOT HANDLE INTERNATIONAL ADOPTIONS. Thanks for wasting our time and energy. Would ve been great to know at the beginning. That s literally the first thing we asked. The website LITERALLY says international adoption .

I recently had my last will and testament re-done to incorporate changes I wished to make plus to update Powers of Attorney to reflect current law. It was the first time I had this done by Sarah Springer and the Springer Law Firm. Of my three experiences in handing this matter, this one was by far the most professionally done. After I engaged the Springer Law Firm, the documents were drawn up promptly and e-mailed to me for review. The process was completed with a signing ceremony at the law office with five members of the staff in attendance. I left with the original documents, copies of each document and a flash drive containing them. The fee was very reasonable. In the future, I wont be using any other law firm to handle any necessary personal legal matters. Ive found a winner.

Do not go to this law firm, Melissa Smart is a complete joke! I m a mom of 3 kids trying to get a divorce, and I felt like she was on my husbands team instead of mine. It was a complete waste of money and joke! I actually bursted out in tears a few times because of how I was being treated. All about money to these people! She basically told me I m lying about everything. I have my husband emailing her saying one thing and she s believing it.

Aside for my divorce actually being finalized, I couldnt be less happy with my experience with this practice or my attorney. 3 years later and still upset with the experience. The focus was to make as much money as possible out of my situation. Phone calls were made to me and prolonged to rack up the bill. Nothing moved forward without an email or phone call to ask about the progress and then charged for the phone call or email response. The case dragged on when there was no reason for it to be held up. Any money I was expected to receive in the settlement was used as an amount they could charge against, and even then wound up with a total more than double that. I would never recommend anyone use this practice. Save your money and find a family law attorney who actually cares about you and your ability to survive after your case is closed.

Kalen and Nora are rock stars! They are both very professional and knowledgeable. They worked extremely hard to get the best outcome as inexpensively as possible. I could not have asked for a better experience. Ms Kalen Malone, her paralegal Diane, and everyone that I interacted with from the Springer Law Firm was incredible. Ms Malone exceeded every expectation I had of an attorney. She is the perfect balance of compassionate and aggressive. Her responsiveness to my calls and emails was always impressive. She always knew what was going on with my case and always made her representation of me feel personal. I would highly recommend Springer Law Firm to anyone needing expert legal help. Although my divorce trial went way longer than expected due to no fault of theirs, they worked diligently to help me. Attorney Kalen Malone is spot on when it comes to her knowledge of the law and I was never disappointed seeing here work in the court room. She is a Rock star. Cindy is a amazing paralegal and her ability to find the needles in the haystack is phenomenal. I had five star service through every aspect of this law firm.

Do yourself a favor and save your time and money for a different law firm. My life will never be the same as a result of the mistakes made by an attorney of this firm. They did nothing but take my money and cause irreparable damage to my case. My experience with this law firm was a gut wrenching nightmare. They dont care about you or your case, its just work for them. They dont care if your familys future is a stake, its just work for them. At the end of the day, all they are interested in is taking your money. And they took A LOT of mine. Its sickening.

My husband and I had our wills done here. It was so much easier than I expected, and Sarah Springer explained the process to us thoroughly. She and a paralegal sat in during the signing, which was really nice. I didnt think the principal attorney would be able to take time away from other cases to do that, but she was very attentive at the signing ceremony. The firm gave us a digital and hard copy of our documents that day. Im referring my friends to go. Very professional and a great value for the price.

Absolutely horrible!!!! I would not waste your time or money.... bc she will waste your time and take your money. I have been so disappointed in the lack of legal backing I have received. Sarah honestly doesnt deserve one star, but I had to put something. And anyone can leave a positive review for someone to help a rating. If going through a divorce.....stay away. Go with someone who cares about what you are going through and not how quick they can send you a bill for absolutely nothing.

Called to try and help a family friend get details in dealing with the loss of their child. Turns out they are only interested in getting your money. Before you can even find out if you can afford their services, they want to waste an hour of your time and $200 of your money just to answer extremely basic, non legal questions, like How much could this cost?. Even better, you will be blindly throwing money at problem that they may not be able to help with... Great business model... not so great customer service model.
