I don t know what s so difficult about following a static, non-changing recipe consistently. Every time I order something, it s a 50/50 shot at that order tasting right. Again - it s a standard (and very easy) recipe. So, why is there THIS much variation in basic taste? Sometimes, the drink will have the right amount of syrup, sometimes it won t have any syrup at all. Sometimes it ll have the right amount of roast, sometimes it won t have any roast at all. Just .press down on the syrup and roast levers? Just *remember* to do it? Is it that hard? I don t have much time for lunch, so having to park each and every time I order something, taste it, find out they forgot to press the syrup lever, go in, tell them it doesn t taste like the menu item at all and tastes like a completely different kind of drink from a different restaurant, and reroll that 50/50 chance is a waste of time. Lost a customer today. Just remember the basic instructions for creating a basic menu item, please.

I m not a huge Starbucks fan except when it comes to the convenience factor, but with that said, this Starbucks runs a tight ship! Very clean inside, super personable & fast baristas, and newly remodeled cafe interior. One of my favorites in the area! They re definitely doing something right!

I was in Round Rock after my power was off due to hurricane Beryl. I visited this location a few times during my week long stay. This location was always super fast, my drinks were always exactly how I asked, and the staff overall were great.

Please: blonde espresso and regular espresso are like night and day, please know the difference and when we request blonde, we want blonde; it s smoother, lighter and less acidic. The regular is wayyy more acidic , robust and dark in color. I don t know how many times this has happened to me at a Starbucks. Today it Happened here. This happens like at least 50% of the times I ve ordered a triple shot blonde espresso with cream. I let it go sometimes, but it s hard when I m having to pay out $5 for a drink I didn t order that gives me heartburn. Please please please, other than that service and quality of coffees are adequate.

The music is WAY too loud. I wasnt able to get my drip coffee for a solid 8 minutes after I ordered it. Normally they would have poured it right when I placed the order. To put it in perspective, my egg bites were done at least 3 minutes before my drip coffee was given to me. I guess I should just sit in the drive-thru in my running vehicle. .....I do NOT recommend.

Ive made this my daily coffee place over the last year even though there is a closer location. I did so because in general the staff is really friendly and work hard to remember their customers and their orders. For some reason. The weekend crew is always behind. I dont know if corporate doesnt allow enough hours to staff appropriately on weekends, or its due to lack of motivation. But the lines and drive-through queue are always super long. Still friendly smiling service. Just longer waits. Admittedly, I still go knowing this because for TX, where the rule seems to be horrible service and not the exception, these employees are fantastic.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for 16 years and when I sit in the store and write, I always get a nice ceramic mug since I am sitting for hours and dont need to throw away a paper cup. They have a new manager named Ashley who came up with the brilliant idea to throw away the ceramic mugs because they shared with me, that she thought they were stupid.. Ashely, do you realize you just threw away something that did not need to go to a landfill and would save on the need to recycle? Plus, maybe you should be more positive when sharing a decision with your staff. Like asking, Do our customers use these? I so miss the previous store manager Patience. He knew the customers and cared about the long-time customers. I was in Starbucks to submit the final proof of my book. But, because of the negative leadership vibe that now exists here, I am heading to Mozarts where I can get a ceramic mug if I want it. Thank you, Ashley, for turning a long-time customer into an exiting one! Your staff, which has been at this location for many years, deserves a leader who is more customer-focused! Update: The barista in the drive thru today was sooo sweet! He was so helpful when I wanted to try all the new drinks and yet didnt want caffeine so late in the day. They pick their own times to close. Online it says 9:00pm but if you go at 8:20pm they will say they are closed. I usually get coffee from here Saturday night around 8:30 as I work overnight that day but tonight they said they closed at 8:30. One day it s 9:00 one day it s 8:00 one day it s 8:30. Every time Ive been in here, everyone has been super friendly and kind. Today someone went above and beyond. I was trying a new drink compared to my usual, but after taking a few sips I realized it was too sweet for my liking (which is not their fault, just personal preference). I didnt say anything, but the staff noticed I wasnt drinking it and asked me if I wanted a new drink. Since coffee is a big pick-me-up for me in the day, the gesture was sweet and appreciated.

This Starbucks has friendly staff and usually gets my order out quickly. The atmosphere is quiet, laid-back, and there are plenty of places to sit. I would prefer more couches/soft chairs, but thats just a personal preference. I havent ever used the drive-thru but it seems like the wait time there is average for a Starbucks. I love their coffee cake here- its a great treat to go along with your favorite drink.

First of all, THIS HAS ALWAYS been my favorite location, and always will be!!! I have been coming to this location for about 6 years now, maybe longer.. I know that I have left negative reviews before but I have never ever changed the star rating...(IT ALWAYS REMAINED 5 STARS) The only reason I have left negative reviews on here is because theres nobody to get ahold of at all when trying to call and get an issue resolved.... The last thing I wanna do is blast somebody on a review.. So for that in the past, I do apologize.. Its very hard for me if something goes wrong, to just to just wait for it to be remade when Im basically doing mobile orders on the way so that I can go to work on time lol.. So sometimes its very convenient whenever the phone is answered.. The last thing I ever wanna do is rat on somebody in particular.. I love these guys more than any location; there is not a rude soul in that place.. I had some issues a few months ago back when everybody was new again. But I thank those who have stayed and continued to help make that place rock! I can honestly say that I have nothing negative to say about anybody in that store.. For any review in the past, I apologize please just know its because I can not contact anybody whatsoever through a phone... I would do anything to try and communicate with somebody over the phone versus a review, but unfortunately its impossible, (but I understand) I really dont want to bug them while theyre busy working cause Lord knows they are always busy working their butts off.. About 2-3days ago I was served by a woman named berry, she was so unbelievably nice and funny I hope u all are paying her $100 an hour she was so amazing and respectful

A gentleman named Patience who worked the drive thru was a blessing to my weary morning. Grateful for him and the service at this Starbucks. I have always received great service here.
