Great bar for live music. Bands are great most of the time (depends on taste of course). Plenty of tables, great drink prices. Good food. The Monte Cristo is to die for! Staff attentive and excellent. Just started $5 cover for some bands, but your total bill will still be cheaper than most places!

Osheas Bar and Grill is a fun place to go for Thursday night Trivia or live music every weekend. Although they serve typical bar food, it is exceptionally tasty for bar food. I think the cook must have experience in a finer restaurant or a love for cooking because the food is very good. This is a casual bar and could use some updates, which I think are in progress. I recommend it for Live Music and the Trivia games.

Definitely eat before you go! The food was horrible, Our table ordered sandwiches, burger, and pizza. None of which were good. Fried mushrooms came out cold. I love coming to this bar with many friends to watch luve bands.The reason for the lower stars is Star is amazing as a waitress and Chris as a waiter, some of the others just leave you hanging and disappear those names I wont say. Food is not consistently hot. That can lead to food poisoning. The bathroom for the women is disgusting most of the time and hasnt been dusted in quite some time. The trash can should be by the door or get a metal food plate to add to the door. 3 stalls and the handicap door is messed up and all the toilet paper holders front pops off on the floor since they have been broke before and just sit on the front. I love the stage and the room to dance. Prices are good for eating or drinking. I still would recommend this place.

I have been visiting OSheas for many years, its a great local bar with live music and a dance floor. We specifically went to see the band 80s Gadgets. Even if you are not a child of the 80s, you will love this band, incredible vocals, drummer, keyboard, and shredding guitars. The bar has lots of seating inside, tables, and bar top tables near the dart boards, and also a patio. Cool place. I didnt rate the food. We did not eat.

The Chicken and Dumplings are pretty good. I read a lot of old reviews with concerns about smoking. I can confirm that this is now a non-smoking establishment. There is patio seating for smoking, though. They serve a Monte Cristo and it s on point. They have a pretty large stage for concerts, but I m not sure if they re doing live music. All in all, a really nice place to hang and eat. Staff is super friendly!

Emo night .... Went there with wife and friends Played pool For a while got beers wings. Everything was going great I started liking this place Wife and her friend were by The stage So I went to go join them Shortly after standing there dancing a little. I felt somebody shoving on my back. I thought it was just somebody else excited dancing When I turned around it was an employee telling me to move aggressively I tried telling her next time. Just tap me on the shoulder , but she keep on shutting me up and telling me no Still shoving I told her if you would have just tapped me on the shoulder. I would move out of your way. I guess she was sweeping up glass that somebody broke I moved a little bit , then she poked my girlfriend in the back with that broom Telling her to move except for excuse me or something we went outside to cool off Shortly after my girlfriend came back inside stood in the different area By some bar chairs And that same employee bump into her aggressively and telling her to move As she was walking by It was a girl that was running the bar by the outside area. When having a job like this you are here to serve people and to make sure that they have a great experience and want to come back to this bar There was other people nearby that were also complaining about her

Drinks for a decent price, service was friendly, lots of TVs to watch the game. Its a great spot for live music however if youre sitting on the side the sound doesnt carry well so if you really want to hear the band and have a good concert like experience get there early enough to get a good seat.

A server here begged for me to buy him a drink. How it came about was I wanted to order 4 shots for my compadres when he continues to bark back oh 5 shots? Multiple times when I asked for four I even counted 1,2,3,4 FOUR and then my friends caught on and mentioned the server wanted a shot. Even after I kept telling him no not 5, FOUR. It was not an open invitation. Then, I had been warned afterward by my group that he had been begging every table he has for shots so he can get drunk by the time he gets off. I got him a drink by mistake, it was not my intention I told him no several times. When the bill came he charged me for the drink he drank, which when he drank it he had to turn around and hide it from the other staff. So that was naturally, his tip. I tipped $1 as good will considering he drank a $15 drink I was paying for. He saw, and came back and made a snarky comment about nice tip $1 for a $65 tab (of which $15 was from his drink he drank, and obliged himself to). After he begged me for a drink he had the audacity to expect me to buy him drinks and tip him egregiously? No that s not how it works. Why would I pay for a servers alcoholic beverage, and tip 20% on his drink that he drank? Is he hanging out or working? He was not particularly keen on attentiveness either. The female I spoke to about the matter of drunkenness educated me about their rule of two drinks per staff per day. Though the gentleman s abuse of their two drink policy for staff was apparent as I saw him drinking more than two beverages at multiple tables and the group I was with who were on location longer mentioned to me the sever asking other tables the same thing, pushing to get drinks for himself. The employee told me she had already gotten onto the individual about his lack of work ethic previously in the evening as well. Before this I had not had any issue with this establishment. Upon further investigation there are allegations on here confirming concerns of overconsumption of alcohol by the staff by multiple other individuals. This is an establishment wide issue not only a one time thing.

OSheas in hurst just had me kicked out because I had posted a negative review before about another past experience getting kicked out by the owners girlfriend. It seems as long as youre a buddy of the bar youre going to be ok. I was talking to a guy in a white and robe and house shoes(because thats ok in a bar) when this occurred about 1:50 AM . Ive been coming to this establishment for 10+ years(since it was lonnegans). Evidently all you have to do is disagree with the person who thinks theyre in charge(THE CHUBBY RUDE BARTENDER WITH THE OWL GLASSES) (I only give that description because theres a thin one with glasses that is great and I dont want them confused). She told me Im never allowed there again. Ill be laughing when Im there next week......I promote this bar and their bands. I hope she sees this and loses her job. She pulled up my past review and had me kicked out based on that(is that legal?) I JUST SAW YOUR RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW. YOU MUST HAVE ME CONFUSED WITH SOMEONE ELSE. I posted a review about my experience and in a response they replied that I always show up at 1:55 wanting beers and that Ive been kicked out of boomers many times. Im not even sure what boomers is, nor do I show up at 1:55 wanting beers. Whoever is in charge of their media has me confused with someone else or is just trying to protect their reputation. Either way, Im not sure who theyre referring to. It isnt me though. I show up to see the bands and have a good time. They dont play at 1:55. Service there is always great but I also always use the same bartenders that provide the great service. The one who had me kicked out isnt one of them. BLT is amazing with tons of bacon and the .89 cent wing special is a sleeper deal. The wings are nice and plump while the sauces are amazing. You can not go with Lemon pepper and tangy gold sauces. Nice cold beer in clean mugs is a plus also. Just wish you could smoke!

Horrible staff! . They are a quick and efficient staff with serving food and drinks, but it was a dead Friday and the one of the female bartenders misunderstood what I wanted to drink of course its loud!. I yelled 3 times so she could hear me. I could over hear her talking bad about me with profanity shortly after. Later I tried to get another bartender but she insisted. At the same time her team members from her staff were just staring at me. Very awkward and maybe this is just a bad environment, or the staff was just bored, or upset that it was not busy. Food is ok, but its not with going back.

Cause I chose not drive home intoxicated they had my car towed out of the Parking lot that they do not own. First off this is not an Irish Pub. However, its a fun place to visit. Its a local bar and grill / sports bar. They have several TVs, pool tables and regularly scheduled live music. We enjoyed the extensive menu and the music trivia, but this place is disgustingly smoky. My clothes smell like an ashtray and I woke up with a sore throat from all the cigarettes. We have enjoyed going to OSheas for several years and have never had a bad experience. However, we went last week and Ive never felt so uncomfortable. The bartender was foul-mouthed and downright disgusting (Well chalk it up to being immature). We love to have a good time and just hang out, but I wont sit at the bar again if shes bartending. Im having a conversation with another person about making positive changes in the works when a customer already drunk walks in and immediately starts insulting my appearance and after I verbally defend myself he slaps me in the face several times and threatens to hurt me if o dont leave. The bartender Chris makes me leave even though I was assaulted. The guy is already drunk and was still being served drinks. Complaint for an investigation to TABC is being filed and Police Report is being filed.

Osheas is a great place to come for live music. They regularly have some of the most talented acts in DFW come through here. We came to see The Lost Boys and they are awesome. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of. Be aware that smoking is allowed so if you are ok with that then you will be fine. Although the smoke was not excessive when we were there.

Have seen the evolution of OSheas from a dingy college bar to a respectable part of off-West 7th. Pool and dates. Reasonable drinks. Back patio and open-air concept (during nice weather) add to the vibe. Minutes walk to/from anywhere else in West 7th.

This is an old school club that may not look shiny and new, but its a very comfortable place to go drink some adult beverages and see some great live music. Southern Glory and Saints and Sinners (Whitesnake tribute band). Both of these bands rock.

Live music was fantastic the other day when I first came to visit. The STP cover band rocked!!! So I came back again on a not so busy night. Service was still great. Food is surprising good for bar food. Drinking specials were also very good on a week day. Can smoke inside. Thats a plus for me. Either way, I will be back when live music is scheduled. Rock on OSheas!!

I love the drink selection, but seriously, in this day and age, who lets their patrons smoke inside? This place smells like an ashtray when you walk in. Its actually against Hurst city ordinance. (In fact the dude sitting next to me lit up while I was there). No thanks!
