Beware! I ve ordered here a few times and I only use it at a last resort when all the better wing places are closed for the night. Buffalo Wild Wings as a chain is good but this store sucks to the point where a health inspector should check it out. Some of the food I received tonight looks rotted I did not eat it and would not recommend anyone eat it. Buffalo Wild Wings as a chain needs to take a hard took at this location and fix it.

Love the food here it s always so good, the service is just ok. The cashier is never around enough for you to catch her to ask what s taking so long or take peoples orders. I ve come here multiple times always dreading it in a way knowing the wait is going to be so long. Order on line if you want it to be fast but even then I doubt you d get it any faster. I ve waited for 45 minutes, and there was a man that was here before me I m sure he s waited an hour if not longer. I love this place for the food but come if you re willing to waste lots of time. Very understaffed.

This goes for all BWWs: I have no clue how they are still in business. The servers here do not want to be here, you can see it on their face. You d be lucky getting the servers name. They are not trained to handle volume days (more than 2 tables at a time) and give up. The bartender wrote our rewards number incorrectly, my wife gave her the right number, and she responded with we will see . Dirty dishes in view of guests on expo. Dirty cleaning towels on the ground. So many better options in CSTAT

Today was a day I didn t want to see. We love BWW as a family and often come here almost every week. The kitchen made a mistake and my wife and I s wing sauce order was flipped for our Boneless/ Traditional wings. We informed our server and he took them right back recognizing the mistake. A few minutes later another server brought us our new wings. They weren t new. Our wings had been cleaned and the sauce we ordered put on them. We could clearly see and taste the other sauce had been put on it. We ate most of them because our children were most of the way through their meal by this point and didn t want to wait for them to be remade again. They weren t good, but edible. Thankful to our server for getting them comped off the bill, but be aware to check your wings if you ever send them back. I m sure this is not the first time the kitchen has done this. Picture shows the in between honey bbq boneless wings with garlic Parmesan on the inside and all the garlic prices picked off onto the side

Wish I could give a 0 stars with service. Worst speed I have ever experienced. They should close if they dont have enough servers. 1 hour long wait, the baby fought everything after 30 minutes because of how hungry he was. Worst experience dining out with kids. Good food, great sauces, and a good sports atmosphere. The games/trivia you can play while waiting for your food is a good way to pass the time, and you can pay with your phone via a QR code or the BWW application so you dont have to wait on your server to bring you the check and then wait for them to go run your credit card through the card machine. Vegetarian options: They have cauliflower wings and a veggie burger on the menu.

I usually don t write reviews however this was awful. They messed up the order the first time so I turned around told them about. They took the wrong order and gave me back the right order except cut my short on the amount of wings I ordered! At this point it s been over 30 minutes but I drove back and let them know again. I waited another 5 minutes just to receive the two missing wings I should ve got anyways. Absolutely terrible service and hospitality.

I got chicken tenders and they were thin and not very filling and the smallest amount of fries I have gotten at any restaurant in town and they were lukewarm and did not taste good. I shouldve taken a picture, but I rather not remember this disappointment. The amount of money I spent on this did not match the food I got. I got less food for the money. I could spend the same amount ($12 - I think) at Wingstop and gotten better chicken tenders that have taste and a little more for fries. I also got fried pickles and they are the worst in town for sure. Ive had them in several other restaurants and all were better than whatever I got. And after eating I felt unsatisfied.

Paid $100.00 for food/delivery and nothing was right. Food was delivered and we were missing two fulls orders, two drinks and an appetizer. We called the store who confirmed they had the rest of our order. We kindly offered to pick it up since it would be faster (even though we paid for delivery). We picked up our order (didn t check it; first mistake) and went home. Once we got home, we realized the mozzarella sticks and fries were stone cold and the wing order was COMPLETELY wrong even though the sticker on the box was right. As an avid gin drinker, I m aware of the flavor of many brands. Specifically, Bombay Sapphire. Unfortunately, this is the same BWWs as every other that mixes their gin with lesser valued alcohols to cut cost and increase their profit margin. It is very disappointing to spend $15 for a product you know it is not. BWW i challenge you to be better and give people what they order. This is now #89 that I have witnessed at your stores. I will now have a headache in which I wouldn t with the proper product. People need to start calling out bars for this behavior.

This Buffalo Wild Wings had really gone down hill the past couple years. We use to be regular customers but sadly I think were done with Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff is very uninformed about offers and services lately. Also every time we order our order has been messed up in some way. My husband always asks for extra wet on his wings because most of the time there is hardly any sauce on them. Instead if extra wet they still barely had sauce on them but there was an extra cup if sauce, but it wasnt any of the sauces we ordered so not sure why it was in our bag. The WI gs have been getting crisper and crisper like theyre over fried. This has been one reason we typically choose BWW because they typically dont over fry like wings n more. But the last 3 orders have been very hard. Its sad to see one of our favorite places become one if the places we no longer want to order from.

The food here has gotten better since the last year or so. The pricing is still higher than other wing places however, in terms of size of the wings (especially boneless) they are larger than that of other local places. Staff is usually pretty nice but Ive noticed, even when the customers are low, the service pace has been lowering. I made a pickup order on the phone and went to pick up my order. The manager charged me a take-out fee (about $2.50), which was weird because I have never paid it before. The food is decent. Size of portions was small.Hardly any brisket on the nachoes and boneless chicken was hard and small. Disappointed in BWW now from past experiences was a bad one food wise. The waiter was good. He was attentive no matter how busy it was. Younger curly hair fella, sorry I didnt remember his name. Kid-friendliness: Just very loud on the weekends especially in here.

Ate there with a friend last week it was very good the atmosphere was really nice people never really friendly the food was nice and hot
