S/O to the manager for making it a better experience.. They didn t have multiple drinks on the menu, waiters just let me sit there for 20 additional minutes after I tried finding a backup drink, until I had to call the manager just order He ended up giving a complimentary beer, which I appreciate.. then the wings took forever so the fries came first. Friend ended up getting cold by the time the wings came so they gave me a fresh batch and only charged for the wings (ordered 10 but only for 6.. but hey, fries and drinks were complimentary)

If you order extra crispy, they will half way cook the wings. My guess is that if you want the wings cooked right, you need to go in their kitchen and cook them yourself. Might as well stay home

We came in because we had a lay over for about 8 hours and stopped in to kill some time everything was going good until the very end when we asked if i could use their internet to order a lyft they said they they couldnt give it out so i asked if they could call us a cab since we arent from usa and our phones werent working she said they dont have cabs in houston?!??!! So i ended up buying some data for my phone to order a lyft then as we were about to leave it started to rain and asked if we could wait in there till the lyft arrived and she said no only if we are buying more drinks or food so they told us we had to leave and wait outside? Not a good way to treat customers who just spent over $100 and we left a generous tip!! Not pleased at all

Hooters has gone down the drain. Service and food is terrible. Everytime I have previously come to this location I have had an issue with my order. Today I walked in, and without even ordering or sitting down. I was told i am no longer allowed in this establishment. Every previous food issue I had at this restaurant was handled by management due to staff not being able to adequately service me. Incorrect orders, cold food, 30+ min wait time for cold food. Customer service has gone down the drain since Covid and I m kind of tired of just taking these excuses. I ve worked in restaurants for years, so I know when there seems to be a lack in performance. There was always an issue, but I always believed they could fix it so I kept coming. This is disheartening because I ve been visiting hooters all over the country for years. I worked at a hooters previously and I love the environment. This spring location is 5 min from my house. Very saddening that I have been asked to not come back due to their lack of customer service. Unfortunately I don t think this issue will change. Hopefully cooperate will fully investigate this location. Throughly needed.

I mistakenly left my glasses on my table when I used the restroom. Next to my table was a troop of baboons with their little ones. We were the only ones in this part of the restaurant. I came back to the table and looked for my glasses and looked at the baboons who were looking at me laughing. I asked if they saw my glasses but they just laughed more. I guess this was reparations for slavery. I asked the waitress if I could see the cameras to see if they took them but she said the cameras were not for that. I asked what are they for and she walked away. I asked to see the manager but ironically he was in a meeting at 10:00 pm. She didn t get a tip since my money isn t for that and they don t tip so I m sure they are use to it.

The wings were trash. Ive been to other locations and the quality of the food IS MUCH BETTER. I try to get service at the bar , 2 servers and the bartender looked at me then walked away. They have armed security inside and 3 times police cars came racing by. Wear your kevlar. This location was horrible all the way around. 0/10 do not recommend

Hooters just aint what it used to be. I had been a very long time since I have been to a Hooters. The food was decent the service was as it is In most places like this. The girls think that they dont have to give good service because you are only there to look at them. As long as when they do stop to check on you, you are overjoyed that they are paying attention to you. Not really my kind of place anymore and it hasnt been for years but like I said the food was decent.

I live in Temple but visit Spring twice a year for some pool tournaments. We stopped at this Hooters yesterday for lunch in between our matches and I just want to say I am glad we did. First of all Ashley our server greeted us at the door with a huge smile on her face. Took us to our table and gave us some recommendations. She was so friendly and her service was amazing. She kept our cups filled and she had conversations with us. One of the best servers I have ever met at any restaurant in that area. We were also greeted by that locations GM. Her name is Sarah what an amazing person she is who represented the company very proudly. She asked us questions about us and our pool tournament and she was so easy to talk to that we had great a great conversation for a good 10 minutes. When our food came she pulled off paper towels from the roll handed them to us and told us to enjoy our lunch. Sarah is amazing. She trains new managers for all the Hooters in that area. She also worked her way up from being a server to a GM. There are not many places you go to where the servers and the GM not only care about the customers but are very proud of where they work which speaks highly of the Hooters franchise. Thank you Ashley and Sarah for an amazing experience and when we come back in September we will definitely come back!

Now HEAR THIS!!! This location has really stepped its game up! Was greeted by absolutely beautiful women, led over to the bar where I was treated like a king! Claudia the best bartender ever was professional, friendly and has a really great sense of humor! (Not to mention a great smile too!) I had an IPA which was super cold and delicious. I had 10 wings, 3 mile, fries with ranch. The wings came out mouthwatering delicious, steaming, super crispy and juicy on the inside!!! Best wings ever! This is the Hooters that I remember growing up with back in the early 2000 s! Matter of fact It was so good I m back here today! And it s a party!!! #Hootersforlife

Tried calling today several times to ask if pitchers of beer were sold there. The inexperienced person that answered the phone was not helpful at all. After the person confirmed that pitchers were sold. I ask for the approximation on how many serving per pitcher. She did not know and when I ask for a guess. She declined. I asked to speak to someone that could. Instead of doing that she questioned my party size. I stated that had no bearing on my question and to let me speak with someone else. I would like to give it 0 stars. The service is bad. The waitresses with a bad attitude didnt even ask about the drinks they had refills to replace them. The food was super late and the restaurant was empty. There were 3 of us for the cutlery for the bonless and the waitress brought only 1 fork. The receipt was reluctantly placed on the table without even asking if we needed anything else. This place has gone from bad to worse!

The bartender that took my order for a burger and fries and a drink while I waited was very nice and very helpful and I would go back again if it was just for her customer service. The burger that I ordered was pathetically underwhelming and the fries I received with my burger were equally unimpressive. I finished my fries though. There were only seven of them. I had forgotten over the years that the quality at Hooters was lacking. This visit reminded me that it has not improved over the past 20 years. I am surprised that they are still in business

Horrible service! The mamager Brian working the night shift on friday 07/29 was very rude. I understand that he cannot do anything about my doordash order. But I cannot believe that he is even a manager. He was very rude and inconsiderate of my concern. While speaking w Brian he was constantly cutting me off. Very abrassive w his responses. I was just trying to get a clear understanding on how my order was cancelled and stolen he seemed as if he was under pressure that he cannot handle. He dismissed the fact that I had a legit concern w my food and while in the middle of speaking w him he left the phone. I have never heard of more unprofessional behavior. Had great service from the bartender, Victoria, even though she was busy. I saw she was slammed and she still got my order right and I got my food hot and fresh. At other places, I would have likely been ignored. There was a small issue with my order getting lost in the computer system, but the manager took care of me quickly and fixed it.

The restaurant was very empty when we arrived. Maybe 8 ppl from my memory. We ordered crabs, fried shrimp and mozzarella sticks. Food came out warm as If it was just sitting there. The problem is most of their staff was sitting on their phones. Manager apologized. I then ordered something from the bar which sat and watched me until I got the attention of the manager to bring it to us. There is no sense of urgency here when when they aren t busy.

Ive always liked Hooters breaded wings. They have a variety of different wing sauces. My favorites are spicy garlic, Daytona, general tsos, and teriyaki. Service is okay, just depends on what girl you get of course. They are moderately priced during happy hour but can get expensive later on during the night. I go to the one on 1960 its not ghetto like it used to be. If you like breaded wings they are Recommended. Update 6-25-22 Still coming in for their breaded wings. This ones one of the few Hooters left in Houston. They feature UFC on Saturday and always have your local team on one of the TVs. Service is okay cant really complain. Food is good still recommended.

First I want to start off by saying I m so appalled and disgusted. I decided to go this specific hooters & was treated rudely by an employee name Sarah. I never even got an apology about finding this particular black hair strand in my strawberry daiquiri or any empathy toward the situation . The employees were nonchalant and didn t even care about me loosing my appetite . Please don t ever go to this location I found hair in my drink! They have horrible customer service skills Ps: my hair is the opposite color red so it s definitely not my hair follicle.

I was helping my son with the stressful negotiations of buying a car in this area so after we decided to have a drink at this Hooters. Ofcourse the environment was very nice, my waiter was fabulous, however for being a Wednesday not alot of customers our drinks took about 15 minutes to get to our table, our waiter was disappointed that the bar tender was no where to be found and one of the draft beers ordered was flat but they took it back and gave us the same drink in a bottle and didnt charge us for the flat beer. My simple order of strips and wings was brought incorrectly as I have order traditional wings and I got boneless, the waiter was nice enough to leave my plate with the boneless in the table and brough my traditional about 5 minutes later again did not have to pay for the mistake. The quality of the food was good but not the best, wish that it would had been better for me to return. Overall average experience.

Havent been here in 10 years. Came to have drinks and wings with some buddies after work. I watched my beer sitting at the bar long enough I got it myself. Everyone that drank beer thought it tasted strange and had a crazy headache the next morning. We only had 2 beers. The table had to be wiped down with a syrup washcloth. Everything stuck to the table. My advice, stay north of 1960

I mean, the food was good but where were the owls? How do scantily clad women have to do with owls. I feel a little bit lied to and hurt that you would use my favorite animal for a cheap and unimpressive innuendo.

The crab legs and shrimp always hit the spot. They were alittle slow so being asked how everything was going every 3 minutes was alittle disturbing but besides that it was a great visit.
