We had a marvelous late lunch. Our waiter was wonderful as well as the shift manager. We accidently broke a wine glass. The shift manager was right on top of it and made us not feel bad about it. It was just a wonderful meal!!

I absolutely love this location. The food is was excellent as well as the service. The GM and servers are awesome. Jesus (bartender) is the absolute best, very personable, fun and friendly. My family and I have been coming to Carabbas in Sugar Land for over 20 years and the staff, food, and service is always above par. Friendly, they go above and beyond in any requests we ve ever had. The car side service has always been phenomenal from Zoe, Nikki, and Avery. The food runner Herson has always been so sweet and amazing. The entire bottom of my lasagna was missing, and it was just cottage cheese at the bottom, I have no idea what happened to the rest, it was all runny and it was all just thrown together in a container. I don t even know where the lasagna noodles were There was just a few small ones thrown in there, but the entire bottom was missing. We havent been to this location in a while and we were disappointed to experience how the restaurant was not as it was before. Trash in the patio, a dirty white towel at the hostess desk. I remember the tables used to have white linens and the atmosphere was a lot more intimate. It definitely felt more casual with the cheaper tables and overall appearance. The stone pizza oven no longer in use but covered with plastic to go containers. The chicken parmsean had mozzarella slices on top instead of the real mozzarella and our chicken cuts were so thin. To top off our dining experience as I got up from my chair close to the coffee station I see dirt, droppings and a DEAD ROACH behind the coffee maker. Everything in that coffee station was filthy. The food and atmosphere is always fantastic! And the staff is beyond accommodating. Sitting at the bar top, bartender Don went above and beyond to make sure the kitchen was aware and took every precaution for my gluten allergy. Don went back and forth several times to ensure I had the best, and safest outcome. When I asked if they still made the Sausage and Peppers appetizer, he talked to his manager (Matt) to see if they could whip something up for us. Matt was able to not only recreate the appetizer gluten friendly, but the taste was beyond compare! Not that we wouldn t be back, but Don & Matt both solidified Carrabba s as date night local for us! I came to celebrate my graduation and it was amazing. I got the crab and shrimp florentino (??) and it was delicious, and fairly priced. Everyone took a plate to go. We have always loved Carrabbas food. On this trip for dinner we only waited 5 minutes for a table. We ordered our favorite Pollo Mama Rosa and Veal Marsala, with house salads. We enjoyed the always fresh bread and our waiter, Ezekiel, was exceptionally good and very attentive. He checked on us several times during the meal to bring more bread and tea. The entrees were cooked to perfection and service was fantastic. We highly recommend these and many other menu options at the Sugar Land location. Ordered a car side order and every dish was cold. Ordered the trio with chicken parmesan and lasagna. The chicken was hard and cold. The cheese barely even melted over it. It was like school lunch quality. The pasta was dried out and stuck together in a pile with hardly any sauce. The mozzarella sticks were also cold and soft. The amount of lettuce was skimpy (it used to be a nice size bowl of lettuce); the croutons were stale tasting, the bread was not warm and seemed old without much taste. We decided to have a late dinner at Carrabbas after attending a performance at the Smart Financial Center. Unfortunately, it seemed like we were the last customers to arrive, and this affected our overall experience. As a first-time visitor to this location, I was disappointed with the quality of our meal. My daughters shrimp was undercooked, and my husbands pasta lacked sufficient sauce, leaving it dry. On the bright side, my mom, sister, and son ordered the Fettuccine alfredo, and they thoroughly enjoyed it. I hope Carrabbas improves this location!

The best food and the Bartender, Alberto was absolutely fabulous! He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy! He was extremely friendly and very quick to serve all at the bar! The Assistant Mgr , Matt, was also great as he responded to every customer and wait staff who had a question! Wonderful place as I will continue to enjoy Alberto and the whole staff!

From the hostess staff, to the bartenders, to the kitchen staff, to the GM, Scott, there is not a weak link. It s a very nice place to have a drink after work and take food home for the family. On the occasions we dine in, everything is first class. I also love that they have an open kitchen so I can thank them personally after a great meal. Especially Karen in the station nearest the bar. She always does a great job with my wife s food.

I will start out by saying, I dine out alot & realize everyone has a bad night every now & then HOWEVER - THIS was not just a bad night. VERY disappointed with service & management. Server was rude-unattentive, rushed us & rude not only to us- rude to all tables around us. Horrible experience! Worst part is when asking to speak to manager as we left, hostess came back & stated he said he was too busy, sorry, his business card is out there, (Matt) as she pointed. Not acceptable, however given the level or lack of service that we had tonight -not surprised.

I dined with a party of 6 Sunday afternoon. The food is always good and with great selections from which to choose. I was particularly impressed with our server, Ezequiel. He was attentive but not hovering, very professional, paid attention to detail and prepared our to go portions with great care. I even phoned the manager later that day to compliment this young man. I did not get the managers name but he too was very cordial and welcoming and my call was accepted with pride and gratitude! Thank you Carrabbas and a special thanks and hello to Ezequiel who appears to be a fine example of the best of our youth in todays world!

If you want good customer service at a Carrabbas this is not the place to go. We had two different servers and even our interactions with the manager were terrible and one of our servers was a bit racist towards us too. Ive been to plenty of other Carrabbas and the food and service is great but not here. Save your time and money and go to another Carrabbas, this one is the ABSOLUTE WORST one weve been to. Some say that the manager there is still making our salads to this day.

I love Carrabbas Italian Grill, but my online order wasnt the best . I ordered the trio and was very disappointed with my lasagna portion looked like it was kids size. My chicken parmesan looked a little extra crisp, the Fettuccine Alfredo was dry-looking and stiff not a lot of sauce. I finally had a chance to use my birthday gift card.
