I was invited to the event on Saturday 6/15/24 and I am part of the family. And I was also asked to do a review before the event so that they could give the quinceañera a discount, I didnt do it because it didnt feel good to me. To begin with, I arrived and there were no tablecloths, they told me that they put the wrong color, it took them a while to arrive and they were moving around and making people uncomfortable to put the silver ones on, the same with the bows tied incorrectly. The floor was slippery, the chairs were so loose that I didnt even want to move much. I dont know much about the details of the contract, but at first glance everything looked poorly organized. The food was served late and I got the chicken raw, and I should have taken a photo but I didnt so as not to give my family member another bitter pill. At the time of the presentation they said the mothers name wrong, and when the quinceañera danced with the dad we couldnt take photos or video properly, because the waiters thought of lifting everything off the tables and they got in the way and didnt let you record properly. . If you want to have good reviews, you better give good service. May this serve as an experience for them to improve and not for those of us who went to the event to attack.

Horrible service. Guy was rude and disrespectful with my mother yelling at her bc they couldnt find the color of the dress for the tables so he wanted to charge more. The dj wasnt the dj that was included in the package. He did a horrible job. Quince started with the wrong everything and all had to be redone so instead of started at 6 it started around 8. On top of that the guy has people write 5 star reviews for discounts. We had to make 15, 5 star reviews for a $150 discount. So beware bc half of these reviews are prolly done before hand for the discounts as well.

All these 5 star reviews are just for discount of $150 so dont trust all of them... everything was so unorganized,everything we wanted for my sisters 15 was all wrong it was such a horrible experience the color of the tables all wrong when we gave them a piece of the dress of the color we wanted & if they didnt have it..something similar & no they couldnt even do that the color was lime green when the dress was Mint Blue...

Alert Alert Do not hire this salon it is bad Service from the owners are scammers. They make a contract for everything you ask for in the package and they promise you the best and at the mere hour of service that you arrive at the salon. You get the 6th surprise that everything that the client orders changes everything from the food that the client orders you get another meal. The tablecloths They dont give you the one you ask for, they give you another color that you dont want. When they went to see the living room they made it look very nice. But at the very moment they want something appealing like the bathroom. They had a nice mirror for photos and the owner took it away. They couldnt fix the tablecloths on the chairs, the dessert table was cornered for the bathrooms, but it was poorly served. The music of the DJ in the lounge, the client asks for his music and the DJ plays what he wants, terrible music until the guests left because the music wasnt good, he played the music that the client could and at the same time the owner The house is not in the living room on the day of the event. Terrible service. There is a lot of sacrifice that parents and godparents make to organize the event so that they do not respect the contract and give you what they want.
