Labor Day at 8:30 am I was hit by a red light runner at a major crash location in Seabrook, Texas. No witnesses, no cameras, just a He said/ She said case. And the police report is not in my favor stating I was the striking vehicle. I was the striking vehicle because my light was green and I went through the intersection. S,G&F sent me an automated letter saying they could not represent me. No reason why listed, and when I call, they treat me like scum. Youre case manager is in a meeting. Can you call back later? Excuse me?! Be solid enough to counsel me with a call back stating why, and give me options to go another route. Poor customer service & I would definitely not recommend!

Do not recommend. Angela just dropped me as a client in the middle of treatment due to their delays and errors. Why do I have to suffer in more pain and stress because you and the 11700 physical therapy spot couldnt get my treatment organized properly? Makes no sense. Angela told me Friday she would see if I could get pt somewhere else. She never updated me. When I asked how long have they been in business and are they registered with TEXAS STATE BAR THEY ABRUPTLY SAID THEY END WORKING WITH ME AND WILL EMAIL MY FILE SO I CAN FIND A BETTER ATTORNEY. IF YOU DONT WANT TO ANSWER YOUR BASIC QUESTION THATS A RED FLAG. Very suspicious.

I went into this thing just wanting fair treatment from the insurance company of the kid that hit me...I got much more than that...! Not only did I get fair value for my wrecked vehicle to the point I was able to get the exact replacement I wanted, they took care of Everything...Maria Gonzales worked on my case, I didnt have to worry about anything...and the settlement I got was more than satisfactory...I am very satisfied with the outcome and the hard work of Ms Gonzales...
